Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and that the layout of the home caused discomfort and safety concerns for your family. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. The property’s layout and stairs are shown in the listing photos; however, we understand that navigating the space—especially at night—can be challenging, and we sincerely apologize for any injuries or inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding lighting and stair visibility are taken seriously, and we will review possible improvements to help prevent this in the future. Regarding the supplies, we apologize if there were shortages during your stay. This feedback helps us improve our checks to ensure the home is better prepared for larger groups. I did notice that your rating was 3 star. I am interested in hearing your comments so that we can improve and make your next vacation even better, we are taking your comments into account we value your feedback and will look to improve in any way we can, I apologize about the experience you had. We provide the property with white towels, but we encourage guests to bring their beach towels. We do not provide soap or condiments for the property since we cannot ensure that they will be safe to use for all of our guests; however, we will take these comments into consideration.
