This is one of my guests' favorite places. Lots of repeat visitors each year! Great price for a recently completed redone beachfront duplex. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Beach Axis is completely furnished and professionally decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.
Beach Axis' deck is as close to the gulf as you can get in the area. Folks LOVE LOVE LOVE its gulf front decks! Most nearby units have their pool behind the homes, putting the pool between you and the beach. Not Beach Axis. Beach Axis' pool is streetside. Sit on the deck, enjoy the sunset, while most neighbors are behind you! How nice is that! The pool is private to the two sides of the duplexānot shared with any other home.
One side perfect for your group, then book my Beach Axis East and Beach Axis West listings for the individual units. Take one or both, you'll have a great stay either way! For both sides, check out the combined Beach Axis East & West listing!

Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa
Please note that there ARE 5 bathrooms. The main floor BR has a bath, there are then 2 baths on each of the remaining two levels. The mystery bath that people don't see in the virtual tour is BEHIND the entry door in the 3rd level (2nd living level) south bedroom. With the entry door to the room open, you can't see the bath! POOL
Big. Streetside. Private to the two sides of the duplex: no sharing with other places nearby. The pool is open all year. It's a big oval, 30x15x3-6'. Lounge chairs are provided around the pool.
WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!
PARKING
There is available onsite, offstreet, parking for 4-6 cars if you use space under the home and stack well. In duplex units, please be neighborly about this.
SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, GRILLS ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have both drip coffee makers and Keurigs as well.
PETS
We do consider well-behaved canine furry friends at many locations. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Approval in a duplex location, especially for peak weeks, generally is only available for guests renting both sides of the duplex. Please inquire.
No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Good note on the driveway too; it can hide on you the first time. I'll see what we can do to make it easier to spot--turn left eight after Waves. my family just returned from this beautiful beach house. It was just as listed. Plenty of beds for everyone. Was about 30 seconds to beach.Unfortunately, the ocean was actually closed for 3 days due to riptides! No problem, because they have a beautiful pool. We still enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching the crazy waves! we enjoyed being across the street from a small store, Fish market and a good restaurant. Close to Gulf Shores park, which we took advantage of free bikes to ride everyday .I hope to return again to his house. We go to Gulf Shores, every other year, so definitely will return if we need 5 bedrooms again.

š¤ Wonderful Lin! What a great rundown of Beach Axis East ā just as listed, plenty of beds, and 30 seconds to the sand! And I love that you rolled with it when the ocean closed for those riptides ā that's exactly what the pool is there for, and watching those crazy waves is a show in itself! Sounds like you made the most of every bit of it ā the little store and fish market across the street, the good eats, even the free bikes at the park every day. So glad it was a great fit for the family. And every other year to Gulf Shores? We'd be honored to be your 5-bedroom spot whenever you come back! Any suggestions for the home while it's fresh? Wonderful Experience at Beach Axis East
My family vacationed in Gulf Shores at Beach Axis East. The home was even better than the pictures. It was just a short stroll to the beach, pool, and restaurants across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!
It was amazing! Everything was great! Your staff helped us out with a crock pot as one was not there. We are going to rebook just trying to decide if we need a six bedroom for next year or want the same place. I'll update you as soon as we decide. It was perfect weather this year!!

Perfect set up!
4 couples, and two brothers. This house was perfect for all of us! The store and restaurant across the road are convenient and delicious! The house is great, every bed was comfortable. The easy beach access and pool are so nice!

Perfect location
This property was a perfect location on the beach. We could even walk to a grocery store and restaurant. The house was perfect for our party of nine and was even roomier than it looked like in the pictures.

House was perfect for our group of 4 families. Perfect location on the beach.
Great property. Clean, plenty of room and no crowds on beach like it can be near condos. Pool very nice and not fighting for chairs as it is for you and the other part of the duplex. Great check in and no issues during the stay.

We took ownership and completely redid this home with an updated vibe. Check out the red cabinets! Nice location. Style. Look at the deck view. You so want to be there!

You simply cannot do better than Beach Axis (well, you can do as well in my Sundancer, Beach Baby, and Sea Monster homes because... they are right next door!) because it is right across the street from Waves Grocery, The Beach Kitchen, ice cream and seafood! Not many places are easily walkable (I mean... across the street!) to amenities, but Beach Axis is!
