Any violation of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to cancelled booking with no refund. Reservation is not confirmed until rental agreement is signed and returned to owner. Please provide 48hrs after booking. For spring break reservations, a phone interview is required within 24 hours of booking being accepted. Photo ID of renter + ages of all guests in party required upon booking acceptance. Winter discounted rates apply to small groups of 2-3 guests for a minimum of 5 nights.
