We are the owners of this very spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo. Come enjoy the best of both worlds of the beach and the lagoon. It is a less than 3 minute walk to the beach (from door to sand). The road is not busy so easier to cross with children.

This updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single level condo is your vacation spot! Come and relax in this remodeled fully equipped 1440 square foot condominium. Master bedroom features a king bed with a TV with a large vanity leading to a private bathroom, that includes a large walk-in shower! 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for children featuring twin bunk beds, queen bed, TV, and a DVD player. Large spacious living room with a 61 inch HD TV, free cable, and wifi. Full size pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress . There is also a queen size air mattress if needed as well.

There are charcoal grills for use.

8 acre complex is located on the lagoon with a series of docks, boat slips (first come first serve), and a boat launch to enjoy fun filled days of boating, fishing, and crabbing! Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico is across the quiet west end of Beach Blvd. Enjoy the white sands of Southern Alabama beaches in this quiet, private area of Gulf Shores. Only 3 miles from the shoppes and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. Snow Birds are welcome here at Fun in the Sun D-105 at an adjustable rate!

Minimum of 3 night rental preferably otherwise arranged with the owner/manager. During the summer, it is a 7 night minimum with check in and out on Saturdays.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice and clean. Had everything that we needed and more. Check in and out was easy. Owner had great communication. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great space for 2 families! We had a great time! The bed were comfortable, the unit was clean and holy. We met neighbors whom were all friendly and helpful with tips and places to check out. The location is a few mins outside the main area with the private beach access right across the street.

National Tournament

This condo was awesome. Fit all of our needs. Multiple pools as well as lagoon and beach access quickly. Will definitely be going back!!!

Great location

Always appreciate the location at Sea Oats. Far enough away for the touristy-side of GS, but close enough to get a bite to eat within a 10 minute drive. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious, and had plenty of utensils, and the ice maker was a nice bonus. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Great place!!

This is a great condo! 3 big bedrooms and living/dining room! Another great feature is the beach access that is literally across the street! There are many condos that you have to walk 1/4 mile to get beach access, NOT this place! Being able to get out on the piers n the bat side is great for fishing and an awesome place to catch the sunset! Will be back next year!

Wonderful 2 week getaway..

We have been coming to gulf shores for 34 years and usually we stay in the heart of Gulf Shores on the beach but I must admit I loved staying out on West beach on the lagoon.. The grounds were very well maintained and the condo was immaculate.. The supply of amenities were up and beyond, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the beautiful dining room table that seated 8 was impressive.. The deeded access to the beach was nice and convenient and spending time on the beautiful pier out into the lagoon was great.. I would definitely stay here again..

Such a blessing!

We are so thankful for our time at Fun in the Sun!! It was better than we could have hoped for. We looked at so many places and I am thanking the Lord for helping us find it. It was perfect for us (ages 1-60+) and had everything we needed and more! The ocean was so fun, and it was so close! Diana was so good to communicate and answer all our questions. We will be forever grateful for our amazing week of fantastic memories.

Awesome family friendly place!!

This condo is perfect for a family with small kids. Only one set of stairs and your steps from the pool. The beach is a short 2 or 3 minute walk right across the street. When your not at the beach or the pool the condo has plenty to keep the little ones occupied. They have shelves of toys. Plus tons of DVDs. Very family friendly! Just a few minutes drive from all the good food and stores. Awesome and friendly host! Would love to stay again in the future.

Fun in the Sun

It is close to food and attractions but also far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. Beach access was right across the parking lot/roadway which was great since we had little ones. I did have to reach out in regards to one if the tvs not working and the response time was amazing. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would love to book again

Amazing Fall Break

We really enjoyed our Fall Break at Gulf Shores. This condo was amazing. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The ice machine was so helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything. We loved that it had a crockpot. We loved this place. Will definitely vacation here again.

This was a great stay for the huge group we had, from less than one years of age to 60+ !!!

Lots of extras!

The owner thought of everything! Lots of cooking supplies and spices in the kitchen, toys in the living room and beach towels along with plenty of bath towels. The use of all the beach supplies was also a major plus. The condo was in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the busier side of town. The beach was an easy access across a road that wasn’t that busy. I will recommend this condo to others!

Very clean. Great location

Easy to get to the beach. Just walk across the street and it’s right there. There is a lot of beach stuff in the shed. No need to bring chairs or umbrellas or boogie board or any toys. It’s all right there for you. Owner was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Overall great experience here.

Loved everything!

The location of this property was perfect! Super clean! Within minutes of the beach, there was everything there that you need! No need to bring chairs or toys! We will for sure be back!

Wonderful place to stay as a family

My family had such a great time at the condo! It was beautiful, cozy, and extremely close to the beach. I loved the ice machine, the beach chairs and toys available, and all of the family friendly accessories!

Fun in the sun

Loved the property and proximity to beach and lagoon. Very roomy and well stocked with updated appliances and furniture. Very family friendly. Only downfall was getting evacuated and leaving a few days early due to hurricane. No fault of the owner. Will stay again!

Girls family trip

This property was great for our group of 7. Location was perfect with the beach accross the street. Loved the wet bar!! We always had plenty of ice. The extra mini fridge was great too. The condo was a perfect layout. Loved the deck. We were also impressed with the storage area with so many chairs, umbrellas and toys! It was also nice having beach towels and plenty of extra towels!! Smaller bathroom does need some work. The bathtub never looked clean. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Great family vacay

Condo was just as listed. There were several “extras” that we haven’t had at other condos in the past...games, beach gear, a few necessities in the pantry just in case and they even had a pack and play. Property manager was very nice and answered all questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Our family is from Cartersville, Ga. Owners Dan and Sandy Parker with our daughter and son in law are the property managers, Ed and Diana Bell. We really enjoyed the Gulf Shores area and decided to buy a condo in this wonderful area. We want others to share the great beach area with a great condo complex.

This property was perfect for our family. It is big enough to have family gathering and the condo complex is so laid back. It really is a relaxing area with plenty to do around without the crowds like Panama City Beach. The condo is close to everything but far enough to be away from the crowded areas. Gulf Shores really has everything you could want in a small beach town.
