The Reserve at Sugar Mountain is the best and most scenic mountain resort in western North Carolina. From the balcony, enjoy the natural beauty and the soul-satisfying views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Linville Valley. You'll love the comfortable interior of this home complete with a full kitchen and gas log fireplace. This property sleeps up to four with a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths. The master bath features a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, great after a day of adventure.

What's nearby:
Sugar Mountain Resort is just moments away from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours, and a full golf course. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including Reid's Cafe and Elevations Restaurant. Sightseeing is plentiful in this area as well, such as the Foggy Mountain Gem Mine, Mile High Swinging Bridge, and Grandfather State Park.

The place is nice and secluded. I loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub was nice after being on the slopes all day. Not as good of a view of the slopes as advertised. The entrance was covered in ice when I arrived and I had to use a plastic shovel that was left there so that I would be able to walk through a portion of it without falling. This was a safety hazard all weekend. A bag of trash was sitting by the entrance when I arrived and all weekend. And the microwave didn't work initially until I fixed it the second morning. I left my pillow and called Vascasa to let them know a few hours later and I was promised someone would call me right back so I could go back and get it since I was in town but no one did and I had to leave. I probably won't choose to stay in this unit again when I visit Sugar. And I may not choose Vascasa due to the lack of communication about the pillow.

Mountain snowboard trip

Overall, i had a great time with the family. My kids loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed the view and fireplace etc. Will definitely visit again!

The kitchen had everything you need. There’s a lot that needs improving, like the internet, the carpet that is stretched and tripped me twice, and outdoor furniture. Some general maintenance is required.

Spectacular View

Stay was short but it was great. 2nd bedroom and the master bathroom were cold but the fireplace was working really well and the living room was very warm.TV and entertainment can use upgrade.

Amazing Place

We came and stayed 4 days for my daughters 7th Birthday and it was absolutely amazing!! We have been coming to Boone and Sugar Mountain since I was a child and this is by far my favorite new place to stay!!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and so comfy and homey!! The views are beyond words! We got snow on our stay on day and it was so beautiful to enjoy here!! 10/10 would recommend and will def be coming back to stay again!

Great Stay.

The home was so nice. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The home was located on the mountain and the drive up was beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was nice too. The neighborhood was quiet and while maintained. It snowed about 4 inches while we were there. The roads in the mountain were not bad at all. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view

The first thing you see when you walk in is the amazing view of the mountains through the gorgeous, walk-out glass doors. Once through those doors, you are on an elevated porch and in the middle of serenity. If you want a quiet home away from home, this unit is it.

Great view - overall a great stay!

The view is amazing! Overall clean, though a few stains on the carpet at the entry way. Beds were comfy, hot water great in the shower. The blinds in the master are not great (one is dark one is white - not great if you want a dark room). AC worked very well. Kitchen well stocked, laundry room very convenient.

Amazing views

The views are just perfection! The condo is spacious, and clean. The carpet did seem to need a good cleaning, but other than that it was really clean. The neighbors above played the tv really loud which made the evening not extremely relaxing. Overall it was a nice short stay with amazing views!
