Pets considered in the non peak season. One pet per rental, 25 pounds and below.

Enjoy the convenience of this 5th floor gulf front condo on the same level as the walkover from the parking deck across the street. No waiting on elevators!

The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The second BR comes equipped with a king size bed, private bath, and flat screen TV.

This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You never have to leave the condo with a washer and dryer at your disposal. Also, high speed wireless internet is available, free of charge.

Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

ABOUT Grand Panama

:Property features three pools (two seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars and snack bar, a gazebo by the tiki bar, on-site dining and shopping, seasonal live music, exercise room, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (both heated seasonally), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.

We enjoyed our week at the condo. The view was awesome and we could hear the waves from the super large balcony. The balcony furniture was great...it had 2 counter height adirondack chairs and table, 2 lounge chairs and a regular height table w/4 chairs. We only slept in 1 bed in the room closest to the ocean and it was very comfortable (firm, but not too firm). The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The living room couch and chair were not very comfortable because the cushions have reached their iife expectancy and need to be replaced. The couch sits too straight up in the back for our comfort. We had 3 maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. Unfortunately we did have a few roaches and they came out immediately to treat, but we continued seeing 1 or 2 each day after. I asked for a partial refund and they offered me only 100 for our inconveniences which I have yet to see 14 days after our stay. As a former vacation rental owner/manager, I would have offered more, but that's just me.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the weather was perfect! Unfortunately my sister and I got sick and that definitely affected our trip. Thankfully my husband escaped our illness and did a wonderful job caring for both of us. Not much fun for him though and not the Christmas Iā€™d hoped for. Higher hopes for next year!

We normally feel the sand on the floor under your feet but there was none of that this year. Amazing view and this room is on the same level as the walk over from the parking garage so no extra elevator to get to your room. We would for sure stay here again!

Beach get away

The condo is great - exactly as shown on the website! The amenities are great and being on the 5th floor (same as walk over) was handy! The living room set up would be tough for larger groups - a sectional sofa would be perfect!
