Two-room very pleasant with a large balcony and a superb view over the south of Paris, quiet and yet in the heart of the village of Passy. Close to shops, subway (lines 6 and 9) and the RER (line C - Boulainvilliers station).
Located on the 6th floor with elevator in the 16th district of Paris, this stylish 2-room is very bright thanks to its windows without vis-à-vis. Ideal for a couple, you can, if the weather permits, dine on its two balconies.
It includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a living / dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The toilets are separated.
Comfortable and functional, it is equipped with HD Cable TV, Internet ADSL / Wi Fi, a stereo, phone etc. . The fully equipped kitchen you can cook according to your desires: oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine is in the bathroom.

Stephanie is amazing! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Paris. The apartment is absolutely glorious, the neighborhood perfect and access to all we love about Paris. We look forward to staying in this lovely apartment again when we return to Paris in the fall. Merci beaucoup Stephanie!

Great spot

As advertised, perfect little apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy to get in and out and see the sights. Host was great with communication and check-in and out was super easy.

Perfection in the 16th arr.

Stephanie has wonderful taste. The space is much larger than it appears in the photographs. It was immaculately clean. We loved the neighborhood which is filled with good restaurants, bakeries and even a good theatre. The views of Paris are stunning. We feel very lucky to have found this exceptional property.

Perfect location!!!

We stayed in this apartment for our 1 week trip to Paris in October 2024. Location could not have been better, we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River and Trocadéro and the Metro was a few minutes away for longer trips. Apartment was cute and clean, all essentials were provided. Bonus items included washing machine, hair dryer and curling iron. We loved staying here and would definitely book again.

Lovely French apartment!

We would stay here again! Cozy, comfortable apartment for two. Great bed. Stephanie was a excellent hostess and checked in on us during our 10 day stay, to make sure we were at home. Some street noise at night from the bedroom windows when they were open. Great neighborhood, shops and restaurants and food. Grateful for this little jewel in Paris!

Perfect place to stay

We so enjoyed staying at Stephanie's stylish apartment for our Honeymoon. We loved the location with all the shops, cafe's and delicious boulangeries near by! We quickly learned to use the transportation which was also very accessible. Stephanie has a binder with a lot of great information and we found it very helpful. AMAZING!

Magnificent

I spent several weeks at Stephanie’s apartment and everything about it was magic. The view, the accommodations, closeness to the RER and metro stations and of course restaurants and shopping. Stephanie was in touch if I needed help. I can’t wait to return!

Relax in comfort!

Great communication with the owner and organization for lockbox key entry to the apartment. Perfect location and we appreciated the elevator. Close to metro and all the shops and restaurants in Passy area. We also appreciated the coffee and tea on our arrival. Clean, comfortable apartment - lovely rooftop view - and a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We would love to return one day. Thanks Stephanie for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Lovely apartment in the 16th

Lovely decor. Bright, welcoming sitting room. Comfortable queen bedroom + single in the study. More blankets would have been helpful as the weather was quite rainy. Loved the large tub and separate toilet. Elevator was convenient. RER “C” close by Metro just 2 blocks farther.

Well equipped apartment in quiet neighborhood

Spacious apartment in upscale family neighborhood, with easy access. We enjoyed the nicely equipped kitchen and the abundance of food shopping nearby. If you're not into cooking, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable, with a peek-a-boo view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything is just as described in listing. Stephanie is very responsive to any questions.

Paradise in Paris!

Stephanie is a dream host. She is thoughtful and communicates so well. She provides a luxurious stay at her lovely terraced apartment and welcomes you to feel right at home. The accomodations are beautiful with tasteful art, all you need to prepare a meal and a lovely view. The beds are so comfortable and you are in walking distance of a vibrant Paris along with easy access Metro stations. It was my 2nd stay in this apartment and I hope to return again. 10 days in my favorite city

I stayed at the apartment for 10 days and felt very safe as I was traveling alone. The apt. was as described and the pictures were accurate. Everything was close by, plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus and metro close by. Stephanie kept in touch with me and I knew if any problems were to come up she was but a phone call away. Thank you for a lovely stay in such a beautiful city.

A Pefect Paris Pied-à-Terre

Very nice apartment in a fabulous location. This spacious apartment is comfortably and attractively furnished. The view over the rooftops of Paris reaches to the horizon. The location in Auteuil is exceptional. It's just a short walk from the Rue de l"Annonciation and it's close to L'île aux Cygnes for bucolic strolls in the heart of Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Rue des Vignes and we hope it will be available for our next stay in Paris.

La Musette

We absolutely loved Stephanie’s wonderful apartment. It is clean, quiet and even better than the pictures. An oasis in the midst of Paris. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the little terrace is perfect for a meal. The neighbors are quiet and the building is secure. The metro and RER are 5minutes away! You can easily get anywhere you’d want to go. However, everything you could possibly want can be found in this neighborhood. Many wonderful shops, a lovely market street and a covered market as well. We stayed for a week and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Stephanie’s flat was perfect for our 12 day stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many shops and restaurants as well as both the metro and the C train. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more than large enough for myself and my husband. There were beautiful views from both sides of the flat as well as a lovely balcony overlooking tree filled courtyards. Stephanie was incredibly kind, patient and responsive to my many questions and gave us several terrific recommendations for bakery, restaurants and butcher in the immediate area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely apartment in the 16th

This apartment is well equipped and has the most amazing views looking over Paris. The windows are stunning. The apartment is very spacious for Paris. Comfortable bed; well equipped kitchen. After realizing that one of the buses was not running right now, we discovered that the RER is just a half block away. That was a great connection point to downtown and the metro system. In the neighborhood itself are multiple restaurants, shops, boulangeries, grocery stores… everything you need within walking distance. We also liked that the area was not as touristy as many areas. For us that was a good thing. Stephanie was very responsive and was a great hostess. I did do a bit of cleaning in the kitchen particularly with the drawers which were a bit dirty. We would love to rent this apartment again in the future.

Highly recommended

We highly recommend a stay at Stephanie‘s lovely apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and attractive. We enjoyed the balcony with the roller shade and large glass doors. The balcony, extra space plus the windows on the other end of the apartment helped make it feel spacious for a city apartment. It’s a great apartment in a safe area and a fabulous neighborhood. Excellent gourmet food shops (bakeries, cheese shops, fruit and vegetable shops, gourmet take away, pastry shops, etc.) and a large grocery store are only a few blocks away. Also plenty of restaurants and good shopping. We used the “C” train which is very close to get right to the heart of the city. We also used the nearby metro stop. We used bikes from the nearby Velib bike share station to go to the Bois des Boulogne which is also close by. There is no A/C (seems to be rare in Paris) but a fan and cross ventilation in the apartment and roller shade worked well. Communication with Stephanie and check-in were excellent.

The perfect Parisian apartment!

Stephanie’s spacious apartment is lovely! Beautifully decorated with original artwork, darling curtains in the bedroom and bath, fully equipped with anything you might need, including an umbrella and spare adapters! The kitchen has a full sized fridge, including ice cubes (for us Americans who love our ice!), wonderful stove top & oven, Nespresso maker, plenty of pots and pans as well as silverware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and much more! Excellent use of space! We loved the terrace and the bedroom with comfy bed and very nice bedding. Beautiful breezes come through the windows! The neighborhood is fantastic! A 5-10 minute walk to coffee shops, markets, lots of good restaurants and even a hair salon that Stéphanie recommended for me! (Le Salon, book online). We felt like we lived in Paris, not just visiting! Stephanie was very accessible, always quick to answer questions or give information. Her book about the apartment covered everything. We certainly give her apartment the highest recommendation and we can’t wait to return again! Thank you for everything, Stephanie! Merci!

Paris Rental 11 Days

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Paris and always rent apartments. We can offer a good basis of comparison. For a Paris one bedroom. this unit offers a lot of space, as it includes a good size study and a small balcony. Lots of light!The bathroom is as pictured and is good size. There is a full bath tub, which you don't often have in Paris. The trade-off is that that you have a hand held shower. Water pressure and temperature are both fine. And again lots of light and windows for fresh air. The kitchen is very well designed - not a big space. But a full frig/freezer, four top cooker/oven and dish washer We found it very efficient and we like to cook. The Passy neighborhood - 3-5 minutes walk - and its many food shops and stores. We used the washing machine and while there is no dryer there is a drying rack you can use on the balcony which was sufficient for our our needs.The living room is comfortable and just as pictured on VRBO.There is some street noise in the bedroom, which faces the street, on mornings when the garbage is being picked-up. We live in NYC, which also has the same problem, So expect for one morning we could sleep through this. There is also a day bed in the study, which can be useful. It is s minute walk to the B line of the RER and five minutes 9 metro line. Many bus lines as well. We never met the owner, but she was available via messages on VRBO and What's App. We would def stay here again.
