Our stay has been wonderful. The host was very responsive when I had concerns. The place does lack a little bit of the basics that I wish I didn’t have to go buy like dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Wish there has been a little extra! Wasn’t a big deal for us though really. There was a few cosmetic issues that I took pictures and documented things to make sure I don’t get blamed for them. But otherwise, everything was great! The floors seemed a little dirty when we got here. I do feel like it could be better cleaned and dusted. But again, was not by any means gross. These floors have been hard to keep clean with all the sandy kid feet. I would recommend! Just come prepared with needing to buy a few more essentials. This is our 3rd time staying at Majestic and we have loved it every time!

The Majestic itself, was great. Elevators worked great the entire time we were there, no long waits to use them. The pools were clean and enjoyable. Beach access was perfect. Location is great. Very pleased with the Majestic. Overall, the condo was okay. The 2 guests rooms were very small. The master was huge!!!! There were only 2 spoons in the condo. Had to work on the drain in the front bathroom sink. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work, the ice maker at the mini bar in the condo was absolutely disgusting and not usable!!!!!!

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The property grounds, pools, and beach were beautiful! I saw someone else say the elevators took too long, but we didn’t have any issues. Could be that we went in September and not June/July. The only issues we had were never receiving our parking registration. I sent several emails requesting the registration, since you cannot enter the parking deck without preregistering your vehicle. I would get an automatic email sent back but never any resolution. I ended up just calling customer service where they sent it immediately. Also, the condo itself wasn’t very clean. It just felt a bit dirty. The floors weren’t clean when we got there, there was mold in the tub, and the couch was worn down and felt a little gross to sit on. Overall, we had a great time. We would stay here again and had a great week!

Moldy rugs, tubs, shower, and ice maker. Ice maker didn’t work. Curtains and couch ripped up. Maybe 5 spoons and 7 washrags. Bunkbed had a broken sharp piece of metal. Dryer had to be ran twice to dry clothes. Fridge thermostat light is out so you can’t figure out what to set it to. Broken dishes and dresser drawer. Pools stayed closed majority of the time and very rude security guard. Emailed multiple times about our problems and no response. It was clean and enough space available for my family’s needs.

The condo and location were phenomenal. The view is wonderful as well. The onsite amenities will have us book here again. The host was responsive and we had a wonderful trip!

Nice stay

The condo was nice. All 7 of us fit comfortably. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even extended our reservation. Love the beach.

Great Condo for the price!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Great unit and location!

We got an awesome nightly rate so I was a little worried that the unit wouldn’t be what the pictures depicted. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly how it was listed. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and don’t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

Beautiful views!

The rental was perfect and in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Although we were on The 18th floor the elevators were fast with very little wait time. The rental was very clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Bring binoculars because you will want a close up of the stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles you will see in the distance. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future!

A week on the beach with friends

It is overall a nice place. The living room sectional was just not comfortable for me. I have a bad back and I did not have a real comfortable place I could find to set.

Down South guests

Property was wonderful to stay in, but had several maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Also could have been a little cleaner. Overall a great stay just needed some upkeep.

It was a nice view

The room itself was ok. Had some damage.the location and view were very nice. Check out is to early everywhere else is 10 or 11am and the fridge sounds like it was on it's last leg. There is also a leak going into the master bathroom where the carpet ends going into the bathroom
