Was not cleaned very well. Sand on the floor, Couch stained and very uncomfortable. The pillows and spread in the master bedroom were torn and looked dirty. We found a debit card and glasses inside the TV stand from the previous owner. Great amenities at the Majestic. Only 1 hot tub working. We enjoyed our stay, but donā€™t like the parking situation, you have to walk half a mile to get to the parking garage, but they may all be that way. Thanks for letting us borrow your home away from home for a few days. We had a good time. .

Wonderful Stay

We loved everything about this condo and resort! PCB is always beautiful! The parking garage, the pool, the grill, walkway, everything was super clean and wonderful. For future vacationers, keep in mind there is a bar across the street and they play loud music with occasional motorcycle rallies that carry through the night and can be very easily heard from the master bedroom throughout the entire night. Great place!

Very nice condo! Just not the cleanest.

Overall the property was very nice. Great location and very accurate to the listing. However the check-in process and cleanliness was not great. They were still cleaning when we were supposed to get into the condo. We weren't able to get in for another 45 mins and it still wasnt the cleanest. Still great place to stay and amazing week.

Great room with perfect location! The only down side to this room is the kitchen. Pots and pans were old, some were still dirty. There were only 4 forks . Overall great room, great location .

This was my familyā€™s first time staying at the majestic, it did not disappoint. My rental was spotless, I communicated few times before arrival with property owner was always very timely in answering and was very helpful. I will diffently come back to majestic and will continue to rent with this owner thank you for the amazing rental

AMAZING PROPERTY

My family and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely amazing! there are two doors which i had a bit of trouble getting into (it was my fault i didnā€™t see there was a separate code for each door) so i messaged the host and i got a reply immediately which i greatly appreciated ! The house was clean and the location was great. You can take the elevator to the ground floor and walk outside and your at the beach !

It was decent for the price. The location was fabulous, but the condo itself, needs a few updates. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced. The entryway rugs are worn out, as well. There was also lots of noise & traffic from the street, due to the positioning of the bedrooms within the condo. Overall, it suited our needs and had a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean!!!

The location is great! The people at the resort were very nice. The unit is very run down and needs a lot of repairs. The air kept freezing up, the frig leaked, toilet seats broken, and more.. Dealing with emerald coast rental properties was not so pleasant. The lady lied about the repairs and someone coming to repair. We used all of our towels to clean up leaks and asked for more well we received more towels 24 hours later. When you are on vaca you donā€™t want to have to deal with problems in a condo and rude people. I would stay at this place again, but not this unit and I would not go through emerald coast.

Got to the room to find there was a conjoining door that was not listed, both shower curtains had mold on them, room stunk, tv would only go one channel all week, refrigerator had no ice marker and constantly leaked in the fridge part, there was very few kitchen essential, very unsafe for children due to lack of a way to lock the front door, tiki bar was very expensive compared to other condominiums, the parking is terrible, pools were to small for the amount of people in the condos. Overall one of the worst experiences with our stays at PCB over the past 10 years of coming.

Nightmare

Terrible: No air conditioning for days after we arrived. 85 degrees. Sofa was broken down and we were sitting on the frame. Asked to have it changed more than 6 times. Doing dishes after evening meal meant no hot water to shower with the next day. Oven had no tempature dial. Plungers in each bathroom....that would be needed. The whole experience was a nightmare. Checked with the BBB, they were graded F. It was never mentioned that the parking lot was so far away from the condo. We are handicapped. I did text Johnathan in November asking about the parking. He never told us that we had to get to the 3rd floor of the parking ramp and walk across the highway and then hall after hall away to our condo.
