Incredible Gulf Views | 4-Min Walk to Beach!! A million dollar view! You can hear the beautiful ocean from your extra large private patio! Pools Galore | Very Spacious 2BR+ Bunk room ( doesn’t have a door) | 16th Floor ( super great water pressure ) at Laketown Wharf! Best layout in PCB. This is literally my home away from home that I share for families and Snowbirds to make precious memories.

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Panama City Beach! Located on the 16th floor with 1,262 sq ft condo combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Gulf views — perfect for families, couples, or snowbirds looking to unwind in style. Please read ALL of my reviews. Bookings include startup TP, 1 roll of paper towels a washing machine and dryer and I do not provide laundry detergent as everyone has their own preference.

We kindly ask that you treat these items with care so the next guest can enjoy them too. If something breaks, please let us know or replace it if possible. This is an owner-managed unit, and we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your vacation.

Important Info:
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• A one-time resort fee of $90+ tax is due separately to Laketown Wharf COA. This covers parking and wristbands for all guests. I will send you a link to register and you must register all guest and vehicle.
• Please note: Resort amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance — these situations are outside our control and refunds will not be issued.
• Walmart is right across the street, with Publix, Target, restaurants, and shopping just a short drive away!

This has been our absolute new favorite condo to stay at in Panama City Beach. The resort has endless amenities, including times of dining options on site. We had so much fun coming during my kids' fall break and having a Halloween pool party by the pool. The milkshake bar was a fun stop for us one night along with the arcade on site. Yaya was an amazing host and her condo had everything that we needed and more! We plan to come back every year!

Yaya's unit was exceptional! It's clean and tastefully decorated. Master suite spacious with plenty of storage including lots of hangars is the closet! master bath with large shower is nice. Kitchen has everything you need for a great stay. Yaya, the host, is first class assessable. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful location with Beautiful views! This was the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable birthday celebration extended weekend. I spent 70% of the time out on the balcony watching the sky and ocean change colors. Good views of the water from the bed and sofa. FABULOUS stay! Conveniently located near grocery stores and great restaurants. Communication with Yaya is 12/10! She is very attentive to her guests and goes the extra mile to ensure her guests enjoy their stay. I will DEFINITELY be a returning guest.

Our Stay was WONDERFUL!! Stayed for 5 nights. The Condo was Everything and more than what we expected. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook every meal if you choose to do so. Having the beach chairs and wagon was a HUGE plus for us made going to the beach more enjoyable. The location is great. Just steps from the beach, food and Fun. You can walk to any of the attractions. The host was wonderful. Making sure we had everything we needed, tips on places to eat and so much more!! We will be staying here again in the future when we return to PCB. Thank you Yaya for taking such good care of us.

WOW! WOW! WOW!Yaya upgraded and it did not disappoint! We’ve been before and the condo had carpeted floors which never fit in at the beach - YUCK! There is new flooring and furniture. We love that Yaya takes such good care of her return guests, they join her beach family! Comfortable and stylish furniture, all the amenities inside, and starter items were such a help.While Laketown Wharf is a beach building - sun, sand, salt, and so many people in and out, they do a good job keeping the property as up and running. I love the restaurants and shopping options on site, but they also have a new activities spot! 810, I believe? They have really bumped it up a notch!! Bowling and fun, right there, on the bottom floor! It’s amazing and Yaya communicated some great tips and tricks with us, making the convenience even easier for us! She truly is a gem, thank you Yaya, can’t wait to stay again!! Offering you oceans of gratitude, the Family of Five Adventurers. Also, I don’t think there was a coffee shop last time - BONUS AGAIN!

We had a beautiful stay @yayasbeachretreat. I was nervous about being across from the beach but the walk was very short. We enjoyed the beach! The kids played for hours. They found sand dollars, fish, and jellyfish. They were excited to see them in their natural space. Lovely food suggestions and excellent customer care from Yaya. I personally loved not having to check in or out as she takes care of that for you. The beds are comfy. The sheets and towels are so soft. There is so much to do just a walk away! Thank you for the lasting memories

This was the perfect vacation get away for our family of 5. A short walk to the beach, tons of pools, a putting green, and a great view! Everything is so close. Right across the street from Walmart and SO much other stuff to do besides swimming within walking distance. The Condo was beautiful and very well equip with pretty much anything you need. The host was fantastic and went above and beyond to make the check in and out process simple and really make the entire stay stress free for us. They even include a beach wagon and chairs for their guest to use. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!

Not as expected - Please read

Let me first start off by saying Yaya was excellent with communication and gave good local recommendations. Check in/out was a smooth process. Was disappointed with the complex as a whole. It’s ran down and not well maintained with trash everywhere including a Walmart shopping cart on the 16th floor when we arrived. Inaccurate listing. It’s a 2 bedroom (with bunks in hallway), not 3. I’ve stayed at a fair share of VRBO/Airbnb and was surprised when there wasn’t laundry detergent available. We were provided with 1 paper towel roll and two dish washer detergents for our 9 day stay. Little things that cost only a few extra dollars makes all the difference when staying places. Updated pictures needed, carpet no longer there. That alone would have changed my choice (personal preference). Books, games and beach supplies were available which was a nice touch. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Inside was clean, but has a musty smell. We made the best out of our stay, but will not be staying here again.

First the amazing Yaya was the best host EVER!! Her fast response to communications was 1000/1000 and all the check in & out tips for parking and the elevators made the process so smooth. Second the condo was just fantastic from the view of the beach, location and amenities. The condo was immaculate, well stocked with everything you need for cooking, relaxing on the balcony to beach chairs and wagon. The beds were so comfortable. I wish we could have stayed forever!! We will definitely be back again next summer. Thank you Yaya for an excellent stay!! Many memories were made on this family vacation.

Amazing and then some

We had the BEST time! First off, Yaya is amazing and a fabulous host! She took care of checking us in and then checking us out too. All we had to do was print our parking pass. The condo felt like a home and not a rental. All the furniture was high end and very comfortable. The bedding, linens and towels were super soft and felt amazing! The bathrooms were like our very own spas! The kitchen was well stocked and labeled for easy access to everything. The location was absolute perfection- four restaurants, shops, coffee and frozen drink shop and walking distance to anything else we could want. We parked and never moved the car until we left. Beach access was super convenient and we had several pools to choose. I would book this condo again and plan on coming back. Yaya is the best host I’ve ver had and her condo is like a friend’s home!!! All I can say is “chef’s kiss”

Excitement and relaxation all in one!

My family and I had the best time at Yaya’s home away from home! Both the condo and the host are an absolute delight! Yaya is so quick with replies, helpful tips, and concise information. You can tell that she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. The condo is walking distance from so much fun, food, and convenience. It had all of the cookware and dishes that I needed to prepare meals; perfect bedding… even the bunk beds were comfortable; and plentiful soft towels.We had the best time while in PCB, and this condo was perfect for our large family.

Amazing and Beautiful

I had a great time and stay at yayasbeachretreat it was so peaceful and beautiful the view was to die for my mother is scared of heights but she love the balcony view the beach is right across the street from the condo and everything was close by like walmart,food restaurants,gas station,gift shop and etc.. but all and all the condo was very spacious,clean and stocked me and my family really enjoyed our stay @yayasbeachretreat i will be back me and the family very soon thanks a lot Yaya for letting me and my family use ur condo.(5stars)

Love this Place!!

It was our 5th time at LTW and 3rd staying at #Yayabeachretreat. The price is always reasonable compared to other units, Yaya is wonderful to work with. She communicates with you and makes sure your stay is the best. She'll give you suggestions on restaurants, shopping and outdoor events.Check in is very easy because there is no check-in. You get your parking pass QR and security door code from Yaya and head straight to the room. I loved the new process! The unit is fantastic! She just upgraded the flooring. There is plenty of space for everyone. All the beds, pillows, sheets, towels are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Even a crockpot! The master bathroom has a big walk-in shower and separate tub. There has a wagon and chairs to use for the beach. My favorite spot is the private balcony. Loved having a nice AM coffee and PM cold beverage, watching the sunset over the horizon. There are several restaurants/shops within the LTW complex, plus Pineapple Willy's across the street. Access to the beach is easy and plenty of pools to enjoy. As for LTW, it has security at all entrances. Everyone is required to wear a band. It is very clean and staff was friendly. The elevators are a challenge, but once you figure out the process, it becomes easier. If you are looking for a beach trip to PCB, I high recommend Yaya's beach retreat.

Spring break stay 2025

The property and the host were excellent. The view from balcony- spectacular. The only thing to know - spring break is VERY VERY busy time in the area in general. Other than that I am absolutely happy with our stay.

Multi generational trip

My in-laws, husband and I along with our two teenagers came down for spring break week. It’s definitely been an experience all the way around. We enjoyed the condo, beach and close restaurants and stores near by. Walmart across street is a plus.

Yaya’s home away from home was everything I had dreamed of and more. Spacious beautifully decorated and had everything you could want or need!! The small touches didn’t go unnoticed Yaya was a gracious host that stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well, such a sweet lady! Being a solo traveler and a woman I could not have felt safer The Lakefront Wharf is well taken care of with helpful friendly staff if you had questions. Not having a car it was nice having so many fun options within walking distance! The on-site restaurants and gifts shops were amazing. The view is absolutely gorgeous on the huge balcony it definitely turned out to be my favorite place for my morning coffee and wine in the evening to wind down and watch the breathtaking sunsets!! The white sandy beaches with the emerald ocean water is a view I will be missing and can’t wait to get back to.So hopefully I will be back next year!! I would recommend Yaya’s home to everyone you will not be disappointed I promise!Thank you Yaya for everything

Great location and view

Our trip was a little different than some. We were here to adopt are granddaughter who was scheduled for delivery the week we were there. We still wanted the beach but to also be close to the hospital. The condo was a great layout for the four adults and a two year old. We cooked in most of the time and Yaya had plenty of dishes and pots and pans which was so helpful. They also had a pack and play. Yaya was very responsive and kind. We had a few issues that were handled in a timely manor. Yaya was quick to respond to any questions or suggestions. The views are wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio everyday. We even happen to be there during the iron man competition which went right in front of us. We went in November which seems to be the time to drain and fix the pools. Sadly the kiddie pool was one of them. There was one pool that was heated that we enjoyed with the two year old so it wasn’t a total loss. It was walking distance to Walmart which was so helpful and a walk across the road to the beach which was lovely. We had a great week at Yaya’s beach house and it will always be extra special because of the memories of our new granddaughter.

Hi, I’m Lisa, but my family calls me Yaya. I’m a proud grandmother to seven beautiful grandchildren and have loved the ocean since I was a child. Hosting guests brings me so much joy — I truly see each one as an extension of our family. My hope is that families will come to my home away from home and create priceless memories. The Emerald Coast, with its sugary white sand beaches is my happy place and I believe it will become yours too!

I love our condo building as it provides more amenities than any other condo on Panama City Beach. We are five pools, two hot tubs, a two story gym, pickle ball courts and a fabulous Lake to walk around on the boardwalk. We have onsite coffee shop, pizza, candy /Icecream store and the Famous all you can eat buffet that many come from all over the island to dine. Not to mention a few other restaurants, a pool bar, hair saloon etc. You can fly in and not leave the complex except to walk acress the street and have your toes in the sand. Our area caters to families and have many places near that you are able to walk to. We are near a small zoo ( Zoo World) putt putt, Ripley’s and go karts. We are not far from St Andrew’s state park.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My property is our #homeawayfromhome! I have many details you won't find anywhere else! When I come and stay I like to have a fully stocked kitchen so I can cook. I also like to dine out and we sure have a lot of options on-site or across the street. My private balcony is one of the largest in Panama City beach. We have a table for four, two nice chairs and a sofa on our patio! The wall windows are the length of our patio from the master bedroom to the living, dining and kitchen area. I absolutely love the bedrooms are separated with such privacy. Checkout my video and please make a note I have changed the patio furniture.
