Boasting a rare natural beach, a boat dock, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, multi-level decks, and a huge screened porch with dining for 12 plus a separate lounge area, this home provides plenty of places to unwind every season of the year.

With indoor/outdoor living at its finest, adults can sip drinks by the gas fireplace on the screened porch while kids enjoy the bunk room, Wii, Smart TV, board games, and theater-style popcorn maker. Sleep like royalty in the three king bedrooms, curl up with a book by the vaulted wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with a nine-foot quartz island and separate beverage fridge. Make memories by swimming, roasting s'mores by the shore, and playing cornhole, bocce, or one of the other provided lawn games.

With 100 feet of shoreline and a private dock with a swim ladder on-site, ideal for jumping, fishing, and docking your boat, fun is at your fingertips. Soak up the sun in the property's two kayaks or pedal boat (life jackets provided). You'll be staying in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep in mind that parties are not allowed.

Dock details: There is a dock with bumpers and 2 cleats. There is an electric outlet near the dock (under the tree).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
