Oceanfront beach house with an unobstructed forever view of the Pacific. Watch the gorgeous sunsets and Dolphins at play. All in one level with easy access. Large patio for outdoor entertainment and soaking in the sun or watching the spectacular romantic sunsets with your loved one. Casita is just one house from the community Swimming Pool and Tennis court and yet very private in its location. Beach access is right from the pool area. One of the rooms is large with bookshelves consisting of old classics and novels. The living room, Dining room and the Kitchen all have nice sit down ocean views. San Antonio Del Mar is a guard-gated community with a nice park area for the kids as well and it is only 15 miles from San Diego border and about 5 miles north of famous Rosarito Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a small grocery store within San Antonio Del Mar. If you prefer to eat outside, Rosarito Beach is only 5 miles away with numerous restaurants offering all types of food.


Rosarito Beach - City : The private community of San Antonio Del Mar is adjacent to Baja Malibu, well known for surfing and is right across Real Del Mar Golf course for those fun loving activities. Horse-back riding on the beach is popular right outside world famous Rosarito Beach hotel with its own pier. The city of Rosarito Beach is five miles South and has very nice restaurants and is alive at night with numerous clubs. You can walk around the city and do the browsing for all kinds of souvenirs at low prices in the small shops. Visit Fox Studios near Rosarito Beach that was set up for shooting several premier sea related films like Leonardo De Caprios' Titanic among others.

Rosarito Beach - Nearby: Puerto Nuevo, the famous Lobster Village is only 20 minutes away on the scenic road and is home to over 100 seaside restaurants and shops.

Ensenada - Nearby: Ensenada, the beautiful port city with its duty free shops and sea side restaurants is an hour away if you want to explore further. You definitely do not want to miss La Buffadora with the majestic hills and the sea creating a blow hole that shoots mists of water several stories high. For the wine lovers, the valley of Guadalupe offers wine tasting tours of several wineries.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful home, close to the beach and right next to the pool. We were able to see the dolphins right from the patio!! A vacation our children will never forget! Highly recomended !!!

Great Location and Host

The property is just as described. Very clean and well kept. The communication with the host is superb as they went out of their way to make sure I understood all the details about the property and how to navigate there as I am unfamiliar with the area & country. I definitely would rent this property again and recommend to more friends and family.

Accommodating!

Needed an emergency stay for a handicap individual. This home was just being vacated by previous renters and George went above and behind to accommodate us! We needed a one-story home near a clinic in Tijuana and this was perfect!

Heat was broken in two of the bedrooms. Did not work the entire stay. Power went out for the entire house for more than 30 hours. After 24 hours of no power owner of property sent a small generator to power the refrigerator only. All food and medications already ruined. Had to purchase 10 bundles of wood to use in fireplace to stay warm. Security at gate lost the ID card required for parking pass. Security then harassed us every entry and exit for more identification cards such as passport or drivers licenses. House is very cute however the issue with no heat in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and then more than 24 hours with no electricity then security issues. Do not recommend.

Best of the beach life!

The house was as described and perfect for a ladies getaway. We each had our own bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The pictures do not do the property justices. The property was clean and had everything we needed for some basic cooking. Walmart is close and plenty of restaurants to walk to when we didn't want to cook. The property manager, George, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. This is the second time we have visited San Antonio Del Mar and would stay here again.

Loved every bit of this place accept I believe plexy glass would be great! Almost lost a dog, but other then that everyone had a fantastic time even the fur babies:) We will be back:)

Horrible Experience

Pictures are deceiving Ants and cockroaches Electrical problems Dirty bathrooms not cleaned No hot water for showers Roads inside property bad cobblestone with huge potholes damaged two tires needed replaced and bent two rims plus scraping damage to undercarriage of car. No close and easy access to beach. Nothing to eat or enjoy is close at all you must drive for miles.Hoping we get a full refund because it was not worth the money spent total was over $800 dollars. Not to mention we were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

Wonderful Beachfront House

Couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy our long weekend vacation. The House overlooks the beautiful beach of San Antonio Del Mar and the pathway to the beach is right next door (most other houses have to walk a ways to access the beach) The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were spotless and fully functioning (great water pressure in the shower) Don't forget to pick up fire wood on your way or bring from home. A guy in a pickup truck sells wood inside the community but it was too dense and wet so we couldn't get it started. The neighborhood is very secure (24/7 gated with security guard) and the owners were very friendly and communicative. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Beach house, unobstructed ocean view.

Wife, daughters and close family planned this nice getaway for my birthday. I have stayed at San Antonio del Mar before and this listing becomes another saved favorite and will probably return here again in the future. The house has a beautiful and unobstructed view to the ocean. We were mostly outside enjoying the view, grilling and having some drinks while enjoying the sunset, then set up the firepit when temperature dropped at night. The next morning I would take a walk on the beach with the dog. Repeat for 2 more days. What a great way to forget work for a while and enjoy you time with family! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Family Experience

This was the best choice I made. My grandmother, aunt, cousins had never traveled before in their life, this for them was a memorable experience. I would like to thank management for accommodating us for an extra day. Description of the property is 100% accurate. The view is amazing!

Great Place with Million Dollar View!

As soon as I got there and walked to the back of the property, I was absolutely certain I'd made the right choice booking this place. I mean, the view of the ocean was absolutely spectacular! Definitely the main highlight of this house. The house itself was also great. It is really spacious, comfortable, clean, and safe. The host was amazing and always answered quickly, and everyone that stayed there had a great time. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks, Ana T,

Nice place

The house was nice and clean the extra beds where pretty thin not so comfortable the house can use an update, the linen didn’t smell so clean either. Aside from that there was everything needed on the property. It definitely needed some issues fixed in the washroom. Aside from that it was nice relaxing and convenient with a great view and washer and dryer available.
