Walk to the beginner ski slopes of Sugar Mountain from your back deck!
This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was recently updated to provide all the comforts needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Bedding is provided to sleep 6 guests, with a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
You are only minutes away from all Sugar Mountain has to offer; skiing, golf, tennis, mountain biking, tubing and ice skating.

Non-smoking, No pets allowed.
No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Great stay! Good location, close path to walk to the slopes, clean and perfect size for our group of 4. The roads weren’t bad to get up in a front wheel drive (it hadnt snowed in a few days), and we had 2 parking spots. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this rental was perfect. We have stayed several places over the years at Sugar and this one wasn't our favorite unfortunately. The biggest issue was the heating- we couldn't seem to find a happy medium. It would either be super hot or super chilly, especially in the shared bathroom. The heat issue along with a noisy toilet impacted sleep. The second issue was the lighting in the shared bathroom. Lots of switches but only one seemed to work. Other than that, this rental suited our needs and we had a great time overall.

Good location, needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to snowboard day and night, so proximity to the slopes was important. While a bit farther than some other ski-in/ski-out options at Sugar, the roughly 10-minute walk to the lift was still very manageable.The condo had what we needed and was as clean as possible, though the furnishings and finishes are older than many units we’ve stayed in. A little more organization in the kitchen would make things easier to find.We did have some trouble regulating the temperature, and the heater in one bathroom was difficult to figure out. Maintenance came, which we appreciated, but we still couldn’t get it working.We also picked up a physical key, and a keypad entry like many other units use would be more convenient, especially for late arrivals.We understand updates are up to the owner, and the management company was responsive and great to work with. Overall, the place worked for our trip, and with a few improvements it could really shine.

The home had a few minor issues (pull out sofa bed was dirty, a few items in the home were broken upon our arrival) but overall our stay was absolutely lovely!

Great Location For Sure but Needs a Deep Cleaning Immediately!

We have been coming for years to Sugar. We have sone condos, homes, time shares, hotels, etc. This was the best locatio wise. Disappointing on the lack of care for cleanliness. Black mold in the master shower. Fans covered in dust. The dust accumulated under the beds was foul. The carpet in the rooms needs to be steam cleaned badly. Overall OK but cleaning this place and some small updates woul go a long way.

Cable Channels not up to oar

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is nice however if you have family members who want to watch ESPN or Hallmark or many othet channels you’re used to seeing, you may be disappointed when you arrive. All of the channels we were accustomed to having were not subscribed to by the owner of this cabin. This is very sad when older family members who do not ski cannot sit by the fireplace and watch their favorite channels. We will not stay in this cabin in the future. It’s a shame because it is a cute place.

We apologize for the lack of premium channels. Each homeowner chooses which cable/satellite/streaming packages they wish to use for their vacation home.

We did have issue with refrigerator being turned off before we arrived.The circuit breaker had been manually turned off!!!Also, the entire power to our condo was turned off by the Electrical Utility for about 6 hours. (Reason unknown).We did sleep well.

We snowboarded for a few days and had a great time. Unit is directly beside the chair lifts so it was ultra convenient

Great location

We came to snowboard, this was perfect because we could walk to the resort, the place was clean, bring salt, sugar and all that stuff if you're planning to cook, only thing we had problems with was the internet, they changed the unit but it was faulty too, if they upgrade it to a 5g it'll be nice, other than that we really liked staying here

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two bedroom condo was in a great location with a 3 walk to the lift. Interior of the unit was clean and welcoming. Sorely lacking was the bedding situation. Master had a waterbed with no support, other room had an ancient mattress that swallowed us up, and the pull out couch had a blow up mattress with a bad leak. On top of that the pillows were very old and we actually thought about replacing them for future guests but ran out of time. Next time we will have to inquire about the condition of the bedding.

Rundown condo unit, but in great location

Appears the property has not been updated since the '70's. Everything is old and wearing out. The fridge door shelf bar was missing; the sliding glass door would not work; the sliding screen door was broken and off track; the carpet was badly stained; the 2nd bathroom was extremely small to be shared by 2 bedrooms plus the wallpaper was peeling every where and the ceiling was unfinished with only nailed in sheetrock. We found dirty items left under the beds and in the bathrooms from previous tenants so made us wonder how well the unit was cleaned before we got there. Kitchen was very small with too few dinnerware for a group of 6 and there was no disposal in the sink. We stayed 3 nights and I emailed the rental company the first day we arrived to tell them of these items, but I never heard back from them. The location is great, on the ski slope and and within walking distance to the lodge, but the crappy condo unit made the visit less enjoyable than it needed to be. Location was good

Disappointed with our stay!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early and we were told our room was not ready.. we went to lunch and around 3:00 our room was ready.. We were told that construction was being done next door.. the entranceway had several pieces of drywall.. Our Unit was full of dust..We called the office and housekeepers came to look. We asked them simply has this unit been cleaned?? They responded with they did not clean it.. they agreed it needed cleaning and suggested to change the sheets as well.. they left and later the property Mgr arrived Jack Anderson.. His demeanor was very aggressive and confrontational.. He wanted to know who was being rude to the housekeepers? No one was rude to anyone.. Mr. Anderson told me that My wife needs to shut her mouth??? Who says that to anyone much less a paying client.. He said we can leave and he will refund our money and that everything was sold out.. He agreed to clean the unit but not change the sheets.. at this point we wanted to enjoy our Vacation.. We left and as my daughter and her boyfriend were leaving over heard Mr. Anderson called us F### liars. He obviously has no customer service skills. As far as the unit besides not being clean was very dated.. remotes were missing batteries, 7 lights were burned out. Stains on carpet.. Toaster on 2 sides did not work, kitchen cabinets were dirty with dried drippings on the outside.. Top of refrigerator was covered in dust.. outside porch was covered in leaves and dirt. We cleaned before we could use. King size bed was a water bed :( should indicate this in the listing.. I also emailed Kennie Boling no response.. I also tried to place a review on the actual site and it would not let me.. I have since went on Trip Advisor to leave a review.. Would not recommend this unit or this resort to anyone..
