Quiet residential area one mile from Wm. Hilton Parkway with lots of open space for exploring, picnicking/grilling by the lagoon, swimming in the refreshing, beautiful pool; an ample shady playground for the kids to play within view of the unit; one mile to a sandy, public beach at Fish Haul. The unit itself is a two story unit on the second and third(top)floor of a 3 story building. ( No one above you, with exterior stairs to access the unit); the unit was recently remodeled to give you modern comforts with a beachy decor and all the conveniences The flooring is all engineered hardwood, so great for guests with dogs and easy cleanup; The pet fee is just an additional $35 for the stay for two dogs, $50 for 3 dogs. There is one medium crate on site, in case you would like to crate your dog when you are out and about. There is a deck off the living area with a view of the marsh and lagoon; a fully-stocked, modern kitchen and to the immediate right is a half bath; the dining area sits four at once but extras chairs are available; there are two bar stools on the extended kitchen counter; there is a single Murphy bed to accommodate sleeping a 6th person in the living area; You can relax on a sofa or love seat in the living room. while watching TV/movies on a large Roku TV; wood burning fireplace for cooler nights; the upstairs has two master suites; and plenty of closet space. each bedroom has its own full bath and TV. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall; plenty of restaurants and and shopping near by; convenient to Hilton Head Airport. Boats, trailers, RVs, can not be parked there. They will be towed immediately and it will take $800 to reclaim them plus a $100 fine. However there is a storage rental place right next door.
