You can't beat this location in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! It is a 5 minute walk to our fave beach for swimming and people watching. Small complex with a great rooftop pool with an amazing ocean view. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and usually had it to ourselves. When we didn't, the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The condo itself has awesome air conditioning and a refreshing shower - perfect after a walk exploring the city. The unit is spotless, with new appliances. The host is very responsive and communication with him was great. Thanks for everything!

Muy Bueno!

Loved the outdoor patio area and rooftop pool! Studio had all the necessities, and the patio was the place to hang out - spacious and relaxing with tropical surroundings. Location was great - close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, stores and shops.

EXCELLENT STAY IN THE PERFECT LOCATION

From the moment we made our reservation at Antonio & Francisco’s lovely apartment in Puerto Vallarta, until the time we left, we had nothing but pure joy!!! The apartment has everything anyone could need & more! A private veranda, a stunning rooftop area with an infinity pool & the most gorgeous view of the ocean, plus it’s in the perfect location!!! I highly recommend this property!!!

Lovely place in a great location!

This is a really nice little studio in the perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and tons of good restaurants. The rooftop pool was incredible -- perfect for hot afternoons. The room itself was comfortable. It had everything we needed. My only complaints are that there was that we ran out of toilet paper on our last day and there was no back stock in the house. And there was hand soap at the sink but no soap in the shower, which was slightly inconvenient but not a huge deal.

Not as advertised

We agree with the previous reviewer in October 2022. Beware of being invited to book outside of VRBO as we were. We cancelled our 2024 reservation as soon as we arrived in January 2023 but did not get the full refund as promised and it took 7 weeks for the partial refund to arrive.

My new home away from home

What a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The studio was everything that was advertised on your site and more. Immaculately clean, cool and a quiet respite to recharge from all the excitement of Puerta Vallarta. The patio garden is beautiful and the rooftop pool divine, perfect place to watch the sunset peacefully. My favorite take away is the property owner Antonio. He is an excellent hosts and went above and beyond my expectations , always available. He is a kind and exemplary gentleman, I’m so grateful to him for making my time at the unit “perfecto!” A beautiful experience on all levels, I shall return and in the meantime recommend it to everyone. DO NOT RENT THIS ROOM

Do not rent. Misrepresented. When you look out the sliding glass doors on the back of the unit you are looking directly at a concrete wall. You can’t even tell if the sun is shining. You have to go out into the patio area and look up in the sky to see what the weather is like. The room is dark most of the day. There is a massive construction Project going on directly beside the building That I was not made aware of. Terrible noise of construction all day long. Diesel powered generator The size of a truck running all day long. They are just now starting with the excavation to build a new building so this project will probably be going on for at least a year. Not very relaxing to hear construction noise going on the whole time of your vacation. The air conditioner in the room is located directly over the bathroom door and drips condensation on a slick marble tile floor. There was a big puddle of water on the floor and I just about slipped and broke my neck. The pictures are misleading and are taken from angles to make the room look larger than it is. Of course they do not show you the concrete wall that you will be staring at through the sliding glass door. I had the room booked for eight nights. I checked out after the third night. It was too depressing to be in the room. Grossly misrepresented. And all of these reviews on here talking about how spectacular the property is… I’m sure that these were some of the owner‘s friends doing this as a favor considering there have only been five reviews in 2 1/2 years. I will go on every social media outlet possible and let them know to be warned of Vrbo and this owner. I wish I had done my homework. A complete waste of money and no one is willing to reimburse me or compensate me in any way.

Excellent Location

Stayed January 31 through March 19. The property is in a fantastic location close to everything you need or want, roof top pool was fantastic and the communication with the owners was always good. Absolutely no complaints would choose this condo again in the future if available Rick & Luanne

Fabulous stay!

From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful! The location can’t be beat and the condo is well equipped for longer stays. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
