Location is convenient to the best activities the Mount Washington Valley has to offer: minutes to Storyland, White Mountain hiking trails, tubing on the Saco River, multiple golf courses, Attitash and Wildcat Mountain Resorts, as well as many restaurants, shopping and dining options. Food, gas, and liquor stores are right around the corner. Summer guests also have full access to the resort's private swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. Our town home features an open floor plan with a private deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools, dining room with a table for up to 6, a comfortable living room with HD TV, DVD player and Roku and game table, and a powder room. There is a full patio set on the deck off the dining/living room, with awesome views and sounds of the Rocky Branch River below and a gas grill at the bottom of the stairs off the deck. The lower level features a master bedroom with its own private full bathroom, queen bed, and dresser. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress below and a twin above, a dresser and another TV and DVD player for the kids. The lower level also has a second full bath, a washer and dryer, and a spacious storage closet in the hallway. All bedroom furniture and mattresses were brand new in 2019.
