A rare direct oceanfront condo with spectacular panoramic ocean view & beautiful Maui sunset view. Air conditioning in both bed & living rooms and they are quiet. Access to an oceanfront heated pool, BBQ area and a community centre. No resort fee, Free parking on the ground floor under the building, free cable TV and free high-speed WIFI. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella & snorkeling gears (2 sets), boogie boards & noodles are provided. The building has elevators with luggage carts and On-site 24-hour professionally managed building (it's on Maui hotel list).

Walk a short distance to the beautiful Baby Beach and Cannery Mall for Safeway, shops, art galleries, the highly acclaimed Old Lahaina Luau and some of the best dining in West Maui

A custom made triple-glazed window was installed on top of the existing window in the bedroom for the best soundproofing effect. A extra comfortable queen murphy bed is also provided in the living room, sleeping to the ocean view and to the sound of waves! This is a peaceful Maui gem!

What a wonderful week we had staying at Richard and Yanā€™s place! If I ever had questions, Richard would answer them right away. He gave us suggestions on where to go to eat and every one of them was amazing. We just love their place and we cannot wait to go back. He had beach stuff for us, I in fact, brought too much stuff that Iā€™m used to bringing it to Mexico and I didnā€™t need to because again Richard had it there for us to use.Seeing the turtles and the whales we just had a perfect time. It was so relaxing sitting by the pool and not having kids running around was also amazing. It was nice and quiet just listening to the surf. This place is a five star. We walked to Kaanapali almost every morning. Itā€™s got a great path there through the parks loved it.
Looking at this every night from the lanai was breathtaking.

Our first Maui experience was exemplified by such an amazing host. Everything that you wanted is here. Amazing location. (The views are to die for from the balcony) Amazing amenities. Clean. Host was very kind and responsive. 10/10 recommend this space and will definitely come and stay here again when we are back. Mahalo.

We had the good fortune to have rented this condo for a week, and let me tell you: it is the nicest place weā€™ve ever stayed, with the nicest owner weā€™ve ever encountered as well. There was a bottle of wine to welcome us! The views canā€™t be beat - you are direct oceanfront. We saw whales jumping almost every evening at sunset, and saw turtles daily near the shore while the water was clearest. The ac in both the living room and bedroom are whisper quiet, as is the dishwater. The place is stocked with anything you could possibly want - the kitchen has so many gadgets. There was even a printer with paper, binoculars, and random fun and useful items we noticed throughout the week. We never heard any other tenants either. The entire place was so quiet in every way. Everything is marked throughout the place so you know where everything is. The Murphy bed was so fun to pull down for random naps, and or to lay on it when youā€™re watching tv at night. Thereā€™s also a tv in the bedroom. Best of all there was no lengthy list of checkout instructions like weā€™ve usually encountered - all that was asked was to take out the garbage which we did daily anyway. How refreshing not to have to start a load of laundry or to strip beds, etc. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place - we miss it so much and hope to go back to it one day. This was our 4th trip to Maui, and this was our absolute favorite stay!

Fantastic Experience

The view is amazing, the condo is clean and very well stocked. Our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and generous. Communication was stellar. We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and it could not have been more perfect. The reservations and gift card for Mama's were especially appreciated. Thank you Richard and Yanna - we hope to return in the future!

Amazing condo & hosts!!

Our vacation was absolutely amazing! This condo is very clean and well stocked with beautiful views. The owners are the most generous kind people. Richard gave us tons of recommendations on what to do in Maui. Also he gave us lots of recommendations on what restaurants to go to & he even made reservations on our behalf to restaurants that need reservations far in advance. We did not want to leave!

Great Property. Even Better Hosts!!!

The condo was perfect. Our favorite part of every day was sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves (you could watch sea turtles from the balcony in the morning!!). Our hosts were AMAZING! They booked reservations for us at Mamaā€™s and Lahaina Grill and gave us the best recommendations for places to sightsee. The location was great too, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The common areas, pool and grills, were cleaned every morning along with all the chairs and tables. The property is well maintained. Thereā€™s no doubt that we would say here again if we get the opportunity.

Beautiful Maui

This was our first visit to Maui and it did not disappoint. Richard's condo at Lahaina Roads was an outstanding base for our visit. The oceanfront views were simply spectacular. It seemed we spent most of our time on the lanai - whether it was coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. You cannot get enough of the views. The condo was immaculate and extremely well stocked. Richard was very proactive with restaurant and activity recommendations prior to our visit. If we ever return to Maui (fingers crossed) we will definitely rent this condo again.

Absolutely perfect.

The condo is not exactly as listed - itā€™s better!! Richard has thought of everything. Just bring your clothes because everything else is already there. The location is great. Canā€™t beat the view for watching whales and turtles. We even saw a couple of Monk seals. The condo is super clean. Richard has provided instructions for everything so no wondering how to get the TV and Cable to work. The building is quiet, well cared for and the managers are friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We have done a number of vacation rentals over the years and this is amongst the best. Charming condo right on the water (slept listening to the ocean every night, saw a number of whales from the balcony). The condo was well stocked with everything you could think of and with clear labels for the locations of such items. Communication was easy with Richard and he gave us great recommendations for food/activities, including preemptively making a reservation at restaurant that is booked out for months in addition to another unexpected surprise associated with the reservation. We were additionally greeted with a bottle of local wine which was a nice touch! The description of the place was spot on. This was a perfect way for us to start our trip in Maui and we would certainly stay here again.

Canā€™t recommend this stay enough

This was probably the best VRBO experience Iā€™ve ever had. Richard was incredibly communicative and easy to get in touch with. He provided a whole list of recommendations for things to do during our stay that was extremely helpful. He was attentive and went above and beyond for our stay and we really appreciated it. The condo itself was spacious and clean and well stocked, including with a ton of beach essentials that made our trips to the beach easy. And THE VIEW. I canā€™t say enough about the ocean front view. Gorgeous and exactly as advertised. We spent a majority of our time on the balcony just soaking it in. If you are looking for a place to stay in Maui that is close to Lahaina (walking distance) but still peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view that you canā€™t beat then this is the place for you.

Superb in every way

Rarely does a vacation rental live up to all of your expectations. This rental did and more. Richard went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Directions to the kind of things we wanted to do, special things in the condo he knew I would need even though I didnā€™t ask for it, clear easy directions on WiFi , tv and air conditioner settings, instructions for the coffee maker (excellent coffee), and juicer. There was nothing we needed that wasnā€™t here for us. He even left us goodies for our 40th wedding anniversary. He is the very best host we have ever had in all our Vrbo trips! He cares much more about the person than his profit. I could say a million other great things about Richard but Iā€™ll let you book this unit and find out for yourself.

Wonderful View, Great Location, Responsive Host

This property is within walking distance to downtown Lahaina and beautiful beaches. Bonus: you can see turtles from the ocean-facing terrace! We chose to sleep on the Murphy bed in the living room because we wanted to wake up to the ocean view, and because the actual bedroom does not have AC. The place was mostly clean. The only real issue we had, which the host resolved for us immediately, were that the towels were stained when we arrived. But, as stated, the host immediately sent us brand new towels. Note for anyone who *needs* an elevator (eg, parents with strollers, folks with mobility issues): the elevator is broken, and we were told that the current supply chain crisis makes it hard to know when it will be repaired. But the host made sure someone was available to help us with our bags, so it was not an issue for us. We were very happy to stay with Richard, and were made to feel very welcome and accommodated by him (he left us a bottle of pineapple wine and balloons for our honeymoon--that was really sweet) We had a great stay, and already miss the ocean view.

Maui perfection!

Wow! Where to begin to tell you about this property? Highlights: Close to everything important, walkable to good restaurants, entertainment, the beach- also easy to get a Lyft if youā€™re heading into downtown Lahaina- like a 2 minute ride. The balcony! Morning coffee was taken daily on the balcony overlooking turtles at play and multitudes of spouting, breaching, pec slapping humpbacks. Many tours go out to see the whales - we liked Captain Steveā€™s off Mala pier- so close. Everything you need is stocked here! No puny rations and having to go buy tp, paper towels, even coffee- SO nice. A/c worked perfectly as did the elevator. There was even a supply of bottled water ready in the fridge and a few other goodies! Your hosts, Richard and Yonna, are decidedly the best hosts weā€™ve ever encountered. They made restaurant reservations for us that were fabulous and we never think that far ahead, let alone do all the research for that. It was truly amazing. We could have canceled of course, but we loved each one. Richardā€™s island activity suggestions were perfect and we did as many as we could. Directions for use of the condo, check-in, etc weā€™re all perfectly clear and not overbearing. We are booking for next year. Trying to come up with any negative, and I truly canā€™t think of any as long as your goal isnā€™t going to Haleakala daily. We loved it.

Best vacation, property, location on the island, and hosts Richard and Yanna!

Wow! I canā€™t say enough about how amazing our stay in Maui wasšŸļø From our amazing, kind and very thoughtful hosts, to the location-location-location and amazing views! Richard and Yanna literally thought of everything! Richard sent us helpful tips/information for the grocery store, restaurants, beaches, and parking way before we even arrived! It was our 25th anniversary vacation and when we entered the property we were greeted with a Happy Anniversary banner, balloons, decorations, and pineapple wine. It was extremely heartwarming and thoughtful! We were able to watch at least 2-6 turtles in the water from our Lani every morning and the sunset in the evening. It has an amazing view. The hosts were also able to get us a reservation at Mamaā€™s Fish House for our anniversary dinner. We tried 3 months before our vacation and they were booked so far out. They also made arrangements for us to receive a gift card from them when we arrived for our reservation. Such an nice and generous surprise! We never got to meet Richard or Yanna, but they truly made our vacation memorable and easy. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO properties and this by far was the best equipped with everything you will ever need and more. Here is a list of some of the helpful items that were include: TP, dish/dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent/fabric softener sheets, trash bags, dishes, paper products (paper towels and plates), pots/pans, electric kettle (for my tea), coffee maker & Keurig w/coffee, enough bottled water to start our vacation, plenty of extra bedding/pillows, very comfortable bed, everything for the pool/beach - snorkeling gear/beach towels/chairs/umbrella/cooler w/an easily foldable beach wagon that was so helpful (and it folded almost flat & fit in our rental car), toiletries that included full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a full size hairdryer, plenty of thick fluffy bath towels. Iā€™m sure that I neglected to list many things, but those were the stand outs for us and our needs. Itā€™s difficult to travel light when you are on a 10 day vacation. All of these thoughtful additions helped with that. I knew I would forget something! They also got us rooftop reservations at Fleetwoodā€™s Restaurant on Front Street for a sunset dinner, however we had to cancel due to me not feeling well that night. But still very thoughtful. Thank you for everything Richard and Yanna! We definitely plan on returning to Maui and your Condo!

Our hosts were outstanding. They provided so much more than expected to help make our stay enjoyable. The ocean view and the habor views were spectacular and we were able to enjoy whale activity nearly every day.

Perfect location

Very smooth experience for our first time in Maui. The owner was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and very thoughtful for our anniversary.

Great location, fabulous host!

Best thing to say is I would stay here again. Enjoyed this wonderful upper floor unit with itā€™s incredible view. It suited my needs being a 1 bd that also had a very comfortable Murphy bed. Everything we needed was in this unit including snorkel gear! The hosts are very welcoming and go above and beyond. Truly enjoyed our time in their special place.

Phenomenal experience

We just got home from a fabulous 8 night stay in this amazing condo. Richard was absolutely the best owner I have ever encountered. He was in communication with us throughout the process helping with recommendations and reservations. He went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. I cannot speak highly enough of the positive experience we had working with him. One of the reasons we chose this condo is the Murphy bed in the living room. Even though there was a perfectly lovely bedroom, we slept on the Murphy bed (it was comfortable!) every night with the deck slider open so we could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. I will miss that sound! The condo is equipped with all the beach items you would need! Although we brought our own snorkel gear, it had that, boogie boards, beach chairs, blow up floaties, umbrella, cooler, beach wagon etc. which was amazing to be able to use each day! We also loved being so close to so many restaurants. We loved being able to drink our coffee on the lanai each morning looking for turtles. That was one of our favorite parts of the day. My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time in Maui, and Iā€™m already planning our next trip back. I would 100% recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

All the Comforts of Home

This is a beautiful unit completely kitted out for Maui vacationers. We had everything we needed for a great time at the beach, e.g., umbrellas, chairs, snorkels/fins, etc. and the kitchen was very well set up for cooking in the unit if you so desire. The host, Richard, sent a detailed list of recommended restaurants and activities prior to our stay which we relied up extensively. He was batting a thousand on his recommendations.

Views were amazing!

Listing was exactly as described. The views from the balcony were amazing, we loved sitting out there for morning coffee. Hosts were extremely communicative/responsive - they provided great suggestions (including detailed parking information for various beaches) and were also very accommodating regarding some food allergies I have. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The view is excellent! The condo offers everything you could possibly need and is very close to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Wonderful property in Lahaina

Everything was as advertised. Richard was very attentive and responded quickly. Only downside was the small parking spaces for even just midsized cars. Wouldnā€™t stop us from staying here again though .

This condo building is a direct oceanfront only separated by the pool, which is rare in Maui as no buildings are permitted to be built so close to ocean anymore. The panoramic ocean view is simply stunning with the view of the island of Lanai and the island of Molokai!
