Newly Renovated UNIT 2D4: Simply a "WOW" across the board -- This top-floor corner two-bedroom unit has everything!

Gorgeous furnishings. Incredible views from the corner of the top floor. And even a guest room that has a queen and twin bed, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. The living area is stylishly decorated with an upscale "casual elegance" feel; an impression that flows throughout the entire unit. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; queen bed and twin bed in guest bedroom; sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. This four-floor-corner jewel offers an unbeatable location and wrap-around views, perfect for relaxing or enjoying stunning sunsets. Talk about breathtaking views -- Truly a beach lover's dream!

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

The property was great! There was some hidden dirt in places you’d expect (under beds and side tables). The view was spectacular! We’ve stayed in many rentals and there were no spices or anything of that sort, which was fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The beds were comfortable and the resort itself had nice amenities that we took advantage of, especially the shell washing station! We’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was just as pictured and view was beautiful. Love being close enough to go back if you forgot something at the condo while hanging out on the beach.

Warm and relaxing New Year

Balcony overlooking the beach! Great area of the island off of main road with bike trails passing the community. Just 2.5 miles either way to restaurants and shops...Easy bike ride. The condo was filled with sunrise each morning. The unit was fresh and clean with all accessories provided. Great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in other condos on the island and Ocean Reach is the Best! Location-was great! Condo-the decor colors were beachy, sofa, beds were comfortable, two tables on the patio instead of the one, great view from the corner unit, just steps from the beach, the pool area didn't interrupt our visit it was quiet and peaceful, the powered shades were a nice touch, the shelling station was well maintained, the condo was located to the shelling station and the recycle/trash area making it easy access. The elevator was near our condo, Noticed that the insect spraying that has been added seems to help quite a bit. Mosquitoes, no-see-ums and other flying bugs weren't as bad. Any issues that came up, the Ocean Reach Staff were extremely helpful or better stated, they were there for YOU! Hope that other Guests will enjoy the unit condo as we had 2D4!

Great Sanibel getaway

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the unit, have stayed in it several times. Beds are the most comfortable I have slept in, including my own. Love the color and decor. Liked the fact that more gadgets were added in the utensil draw. Only comment from me is the weight of the blue dishes which are very heavy. I am short and the cabinets are high so grabbing the dishes is an issue for me so I only used the white Corelle plates and other pieces in the unit. A small foldable step stool would come in handy because there was no way to reach the wine glasses on the top shelf without a chair. Might not be ann issue for anyone else. Property is immaculate and the property staff are awesome. Looking forward to our return in September.

Oceans Reach beats Ohio in December

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was well equipped, bright and comfortable. We had everything necessary to make our stay complete from kitchen items to beach items, we had everything we needed. The ease of renting bikes and other beach supplies on site is a nice convenience. If Oceans Reach could get rid of the no see yums, it would be a complete win. While we were there, maintenance on the elevators was taking place without notice in advance. That could have presented a problem.

We understand the frustration with no-see-ums and wish we could control them, too.
