The Palm Room is the perfect sitting area to relax, read, visit or plan your excursions!

The Pub Room is the entertainment area. It features a granite top bar with 2 stools, pub table with 4 chairs, smart TV and a double slider that opens to the patio/lanai. So easy to slip in from the pool and refresh that drink! Turn the TV to face the patio, so you don’t miss a show or game.

The Kitchen/Family Room boasts an open area concept that creates the hub of the home! The spacious gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, bar height table that seats 8, counter height breakfast bar with 4 stools, triple sliders that open the kitchen to the patio/lanai for complete entertaining.
