This Villa Rose Home in SW Cape Coral is open and sunny with sliding glass doors everywhere leading to the oversized pool Deck!! Southern Exposure is the best down here and this home has it. You get sunshine on the pool all day long yet still having shade available in the lanai area when you need it! Great Space outside to grill dinner with seating in the sun and in the shade along with chaise lounge chairs, there is plenty of seating for all. Inside you can relax with family and be part of everything if you're swimming or playing games yet get space to yourself if need be! It is the perfect layout. Kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to cook for your family with plenty of utensils, pots, pans and all that good stuff! It has a large pantry so your counters don't have to be stacked during your stay! We have Bikes to ride in this amazing neighborhood and you are so close to Tarpon point that you can ride there to get some snacks, do a little shopping or just watch the boats and water! We have Beach chairs and an umbrella if you would like to go to Sanibel or Ft Myers Beach and a cooler! This home really has it all. Check out the listing for more details.

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful property! Everything we needed was there, ready to use. The home was immaculate and well organized. At check in, the deadbolt is very tricky at the front door. This needs attention, however once in, we used the garage door as our primary entry and exit as we went to the car or bikes anyway.Jill, the property manager, was highly responsive and was very good with finding solutions when needed.Will stay here again in the future!

Alittle slice of paradise in Cape coral

Property was clean bright well maintained with an obvious eye for detail. House rules were simple and straight forward treat this Property like you own it Property manager was easy to get hold of and helpful with questions. Location was quiet but close to restaurants shopping etc .

Liked so much, stayed another month!

We loved everything about this house especially the warm pool, the well stocked kitchen for cooking, grilling! The floats, sand toys came in handy when the grandkids came!

Great time in Cape Coral

The house was just as advertised in the listing. It was a great location, quiet neighborhood, great work walking and biking. The caged pool was perfect. The house had everything we needed. The host communication was great. Super easy check in. Would love to come back next year.

The home was well-supplied and furnished nicely. It was a quiet neighborhood. We would think about coming back. Jill the manager was most helpful when a couple of minor problems developed. She was available and quick with the solutions.

Kitchen is really well equipped, the best that I've seen! 4 or 5 adult bicycles (1 girls bike) Washer/dryer Television is limited but from what I've heard, most rentals have the same tv service in the area.

Better than listed

Made daily use of the heated pool, used the bikes with our grandkids too. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking or biking. Stayed 2.5 months in total here, and would do it again if able to next year!

Villa Rose Garden

My wife and I had a very nice stay at the Villa Rose Garden in Cape Coral's Pelican neighborhood in early April. The home had it all, spacious interior, comfy bed, very well stocked kitchen and a lovely 5' deep heated pool all to ourselves (pool floats provided!). Great proximity to the bars and restaurants at the Westin and Marina Village too if you are looking for a night out at the seaside. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking accommodations in quiet neighborhood, yet with many things to do.

Awesome place to stay for vacation

Incredibly beautiful house, very clean and everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Florida. The house itself and the pool are very clean and have all the daily necessities such as sunscreen, coffee machine, beach equipment, ...). Contact with the owner, as well as check-in and check-out without any problems. WiFi in the house is very fast with a consistently good signal. Anytime again! Great Stay

We stayed three weeks at this property and enjoyed every day. The home was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet area of nice homes with little traffic. It is in a private location with an open area at the rear. It is very well-equipped with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool area is excellent with a shady area as well as a number of loungers and chairs for those who like siting in the sun. Jill was easy to reach and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Wonderful experience

This home was just as advertised! Spent most of our time in the versatile outdoor area around the pool. The south facing backyard with all day sun on the pool was wonderful. It is private and peaceful with no houses in the large area behind the backyard! Pool was not heated but was fine for us. Not sure if heating it is an option but might matter to some in Jan/Feb. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you would ever need. Bikes and beach equipment are in the garage along with a top quality washer and dryer. Close enough to the Westin resort and another marina area to drive, walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Would recommend Rumrunners, the Nauti Mermaid, High Tide Social House among others. The beaches and Sanibel are close enough to be easy day trips. We loved our week there and have already booked for next year. Highly recommend!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schƶnen und ruhigen Gegend.Das Haus war bei der Ɯbernahme sehr sauber und gepflegt. In einem Ordner ist alles wichtige was das Haus betrifft aufgelistet. Die Ausstattung ist super alles vorhanden. Der Pool war perfekt, wird einmal pro Woche von einem Pollreiniger Kontrolliert und gereinigt. In der Garage befinden sich Stranduntensilien sowie Poolaccesoires. Wir als Familie kƶnnen dieses Haus auch aufgrund des Preis Leistungs VerhƤltnisses, absolut weiter empfhelen.

This home is the families personal getaway! Which is always better than a rental that the owners just want to make money with. These owners want it nice and want to keep it nice for their own vacations. Trust me the best rentals are the ones that the owner care for and love!!

They purchased it in June 2022 and it was a very successful rental before but they updated it and made it even better . They painted and re decorated to have that coastal feel and it is beautiful! The neighborhood itself is amazing and then add the house to that and its perfection!
