If this is the year to explore the area around Banderas Bay, then do it from the comfort of 3D-Resort in the quaint Mexican town of Bucerias. Professionally decorated and appointed, you will find that the interior of this elegant 2-bedroom condo offers you the comforts of home and more. However, as you step through the door of this 3rd floor condo, your gaze does not rest on the furnishings; it is the view of Banderas Bay which will leave you in awe. Walk to the sliding doors and step out on to the balcony. Banderas Bay lies before you until it meets the horizon. As you look left, you see the beach wind its way to Puerto Vallarta; to the right, follow the shore line through Bucerias and beyond to where it disappears into Banderas Bay. Be sure to pack your binoculars so you can check out the marine life from the terrace since dolphins and whales visit the protected waters of the bay.

3D-Resort is the perfect vacation home! From top-of-the-line amenities in the kitchen, to plush towels hanging in the bathrooms, your comfort and convenience are assured. A large infinity pool waits for you at ground level overlooking the beach. A fitness center is on site.

This is an exclusive 30 unit condo. Of the many activities you can enjoy during your stay here, walking or jogging the long stretch of uninterrupted sandy beach in front of the condo should be one of them. There are many adventures to enjoy such as snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, deep sea fishing, kite and wind surfing. There are a number of golf courses in the area. Puerto Vallarta is only 15 minutes away and offers great night time entertainment. Remember to bring great reading material for those evenings when you are relaxing on a chaise and listening to the sounds of the waves from the balcony.

You will find it hard to resist the old-world charm of Bucerias. Stroll to the town square and explore the sidewalk displays of hand-crafted jewelry, ornaments, clothing, and food. If authentic Mexican souvenirs are what you are looking for, you will find them here for “negotiable” prices. Check out the many fine restaurants.

Great getaway

The complex was well maintained and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the kitchen is very well-equipped, we used it less than any of our previous VRBO rentals due to how many great places there were to eat close by. The balcony overlooking the pool and ocean offered fantastic views of Banderas Bay from morning until night. We had the pool to ourselves multiple times during our stay since it was the low season ( August ). The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is perfect, a short walk in either direction offers shopping and numerous places to eat. After staying here, it's easy to understand why this condo has 60 reviews, all 5 stars. We look forward to trying their other rental in the same building vrbo.com/2486697 during our next visit.

Spectacular Oceanfront Condo.

An amazing condo featuring elegant furnishings witj a super functional layout and a gourmet kitchen. One of the best places we stayed in our world travels. Location is on the best part of Bucerias beach. Top notch pool for kids and adults and secure parking on site. The owner was extremely attentive and had gone to great lengts to make our stay flawless. This is our second time in this condo. ***** both times. Highly recommend this rental on VRBO. Thank you Chris for sharing it with us.

Best of Everything!!!

My husband and I spent two weeks oceanfront in this absolutely gorgeous, well appointed and perfectly positioned condo right on the beach in Bucerias. Everything about our stay was wonderful and the owners of the property made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions and went out of their way to communicate with us throughout our stay whenever we reached out to them. The condo was well appointed, spacious, perfectly situated close to town and central to all the best restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. The pool and gym amenities, staff and general atmosphere was 5 star. We enjoyed our two weeks so much, we have already booked two weeks next year in the same condo.

Beautiful Bucerías

We had a wonderful stay at the 3D resort, owner’s name for condo. It’s a beautifully appointed apartment complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is unparalleled, nothing but Banderas Bay. We did an amazing whale watching trip & saw dozens of whales up close & personal. PV has nothing over Bucerías. Loved it!

Luxury in Paradise

The pictures do not give this property justice! The view, comfortable furnishings and vast amount of space were amazing. Our massive balcony not only was as ocean front as you can get but also over looked the infinity pool, which we mostly had to ourselves. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Chris and Sue Daniel, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

A little paradise just for you!

The property is better than photos. Much, much better!. Everything is spotless. The owners always attentive to everything, solving any inconvinience you may have! Each detail of the apartment shows how caring the owners are!. And the sea everywhere: from your bed, when you prepare your meals at the kitchen, sitting at the terrace watching the sunset!. Also, there´s a swimming pool just for you!. Usually nobody is there. By far, the best apartment I´ve ever rented with VRBO!. It´s unforgettable, it´s your own paradise!. Of course we will be back soon. If you have the opportunity, dont´miss it!. A room with that view would cost two or three times more. For less, you have a whole apartment!.

Amazing Condo and Location!

From the moment we arrived at Punta Arena we were truly in awe of the beauty of Bucerias! Chris’ 3D condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing and relaxing stay! The view from every sliding glass door and even the front door are so beautiful. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view of Bucerias and the Bay of Banderas! Even enjoyed some amazing lightening shows that lasted all night some nights! We had just come from an enjoyable stay in Puerto Vallarta in the Romantic Zone, where we had stayed for five days. It was beautiful, but very busy and noisy and we need to relax.. After PV we then headed to Bucerias for our first time and enjoyed the quieter and calmer pace. Chris was very pleasant and helpful each time I talked to him or texted with him and all the staff including Teresa were always so helpful and lovely We hope to return soon to Bucerias and to the 3D condo at Punta Arena.

Beautiful Oceanfront Unit in Bucerias

The unit is beautiful and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It is very well furnished, cleaned, and decorated and provided every amenity needed in a condo. There is plenty of seating, both inside and outside the unit. The view of the ocean/bay is incredible. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, within walking distance. It’s much quieter than other areas, which we loved. We definitely look forward to returning to this unit.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Chris' beautiful condo at Punta Arena. The location was amazing - a short walk to shops & restaurants. I couldn't stop looking at the beach via the infinity pool, it was gorgeous. The pool was amazing too. The unit was gorgeous, exactly as described. It was well-outfitted for the two of us. I could enjoy my morning coffee while I watched my husband fish from the beach. We did travel during the pandemic, so we may have gotten an even more relaxing vacation as there were few tourists. Please note - we traveled VERY safely by masking-up any time we were interacting with people or shopping. Bucerias is a wonderful location with such nice people. For future travelers...consider eating at the family taco stands in El Centro - so delicious! Thanks again, Chris!

Wonderful stay

Renting from Chris is fantastic. Overall accommodations are superb! His property manager Teresa is Johnny on the spot. During this time if the Covid-19, it was very nice that Chris contacted us to ensure we got back to the U.S. safely. Thank you again.

This is very comfortable and well equipped condo overlooking the bay. The property is very well maintained. Lovely pool. Helpful staff. We had a couple problems with the fridge that were immediately attended to by the manager. Good experience.

The perfect place to get away from it all!

We stayed at Chris & Sue's place in Jan 2020 and we cannot wait to go back next year! The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked in terms of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, the furnishing comfortable and up-to-date, etc--in short, the unit itself is great! But it is the views and the location that really set it apart! The deck is the perfect place to relax--to have coffee in the morning watching the waves come in and, later in the day, to have drinks watching the sunset. Our afternoons were primarily spent poolside, with brief breaks to play in the ocean waves. The hardest decision of each day was where to go for dinner--there are many wonderful restaurants within a few minutes walk (one of our favorites was right next door!). And both Chris and Sue (and their property manager Theresa) were all great to work with. We have stayed at other units/complexes in Bucerias...this one is by far the best!

Fun in the sun at Punta Arena

We (2 couples) stayed at Chris & Sue’s condo Nov. 2 -9. First time for all of us to visit Mexico. Can’t think of a better way to enjoy the comforts of home and the beauty of Mexico. Chris & Sue’s condo was beautiful and comfortable with a million dollar view. Their condo’s proximity to many restaurants, bars and the town centre of Bucerías was easily walkable. The information and tips Chris & Sue’s provided at the beginning of our stay was so helpful... we were never at a lost for something to do or choosing a recommended restaurant. We totally recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing and adventurous holiday. Thank you Chris & Sue!

Paradise Found!

We love the Bucerías area and have found the Daniels’ condo to be a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and full of all the conveniences to make it feel like home,. The beach is one of the best for those who enjoy daily walks and one always feels safe whether on the beach or in town. The short walk to the market area makes it easy to shop or go to one of the many great eateries. This is truly a little piece of heaven.

This condo and property surpassed all our expectations even after reading all the reviews before making our reservation. Chris makes it easy to rent and is extremely fast in responding. The condo is well appointed. The view is amazing and we loved being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. It is a very peaceful and quiet location with no loud music from nearby establishments and no discos which made for a very relaxing and family friendly vacation. The staff is friendly and the property is meticulously maintained, and having stayed during low season, only a handful of units were occupied and at times we were the only ones at the pool. Beach vendors are not a problem as in many areas of Puerto Vallarta. If you want to be waited on for food and drinks there is Sukha's next door which also offers beach palapas to use while patronizing and enjoying your beach activities throughout the day; or you can simply take your order with you and walk about 100 feet and your back at the condo pool. We will definitely look to rent from Chris again when planning our next trip.

3D resort is located in a beautiful complex that has the best location in Bucerias. The property is immaculate and the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has marble flooring throughout the condo and deck. Both bedrooms have wonderful views, the master to the ocean, the guest room to the hills in the back.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

All you will see is a spectacular ocean view through the double wide patio doors which completely open onto the deck. If you wake up before 10 you should be able to see the dolphins and whales between November and April. All year round you will enjoy watching the pelicans fish, local oyster divers and the colorful sails of the wind and kite surfers as they fly by.
