Oceanfront Luxury Condo ~ Beach Life ~ North Puerto Vallarta Area

We have named our condo 'Beach Life' - 'Playa Vida'... Enjoy our luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
Located on the first floor which is elevated for a better view. It is has granite counter tops & marble floors. The only thing that separates you from the spectacular beach, is the awesome infinity pool. This condo has a very large patio with 2 sitting areas. A/C is provided, but never needed because of the ocean breeze that is present when the patio doors are open. These doors open 100% to create a complete open air living area. You can go to sleep & wake up with the relaxing sound of the surf.

This condo is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom....Almost 1600 sq feet. Strict max of 4 people ONLY

Very spacious & open with lots of closet space.

This is a family friendly property. Clean bottled drinking water is provided, as well as this complex has its own water purification system.

We have 2 TV's, all with DVD players, along with 50+ movies for adults & children.

We do have FREE wifi access in our condo.

This complex also has a security gate, elevators, & the one of the only onsite fitness centers in Bucerias.

It is within walking distance to everything. A small store and many restaurants within 1 block.

This condo is located in Bucerias. Only 20 min. north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Bucerias is a less expensive, more authentic alternative to the big city. Quaint, quiet & safe, Bucerias has everything that you need. Many restaurants, great shopping & even a few spas for a massage. Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Most of the area business people can converse easily with you & the other visitors to this area.

Our property manager lives in Bucerias & is only a phone call away with any concerns or questions.

A 50% Deposit is required to confirm & hold your dates.

There is a Electricity / Damage Deposit required of $300 USD collected ahead of time…..
This rental price includes 18 KWH of power per day for FREE.
But only a small charge of 5 pesos ( approx 4 cents) per KWH over the 18 per day will be taken if you exceed the allotted amount of free KWH allowed. If you are mindful of your AC use, keep the door closed while using the AC & do not keep the AC running while you are out of the condo, you will not
have any issues with extra elec charges.

The remaining balance of this deposit we will be promptly refunded with an approved check out from our property manager.

Payment via Paypal is accepted =
3% / 4% paypal fee will be paid by the renter, not the owner.

VRBO also charges a service fee for using your credit card, and the owner does not get any amount of that charge.
No other hidden fees will be applied.

As with all privately owned rentals. There will be a few basics to get you started (IE: Bottled water, Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc). However you do need to provide your own items during your stay. & Please replenish these items to pay it forward, so the next guest has some just as you did when you arrived.
