Imagine your next unforgettable vacation where comfort meets family fun! Our homey PebbleFisher house is perfect for you when you are seeking relaxation and excitement for adults and kids alike. Set in picturesque surroundings of CHQ Lake, the modern lake house provides comfort and top-notch amenities for the entire family.
Enjoy stunning panoramic views on Chautauqua Lake all year round, while your children explore the expansive yard and lake. Gather around the fire-pit for evening stories and s'mores, ensuring a memorable stay. Stargazing included and if you are lucky the Northern Lights show up again.

You can fish, ice-fish, snowmobile, swim, ride your bike, kayak, float, and boat directly from the cottage, or enjoy picnics and games in the large yard. Walk to nearby restaurants, putt-putt golf, the village park, or Barney’s ice cream, parlor for added convenience and enjoyment. Enjoy nature without the need for a ride.
Escape to a destination where you can unwind in style and create lasting family memories.

Conveniently close by are the marina, boat rentals, putt-putt golf, parks, breweries, wineries, and raising food scene, Bemus Point shopping, the cultural centre of Chautauqua Institution, the Mediums at Lilydale, National Comedy Center, local groceries, and a cheese manufacturer.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped for your immediate enjoyment.
We offer a lot of amenities, so that you don't have to think about bed sheets, kitchen towel, bath towels or seasoning.

Access the red cottage from the driveway with parking for 3 cars. Two cars can park directly in the lot.
Trailers can be stored free at the harbor with boat launch facilities; attached trailers can be parked at Chautauqua Marina for $10 per night—mention your stay at Jim Kelleher’s cottage.

The dock, usable from late April/May to early November, offers split spaces with reserved boat parking during your stay.

The cottage underwent a full 2020 remodel, lovingly transformed into a lakeside gem with unique details.

Great place and great host!

We enjoyed the quaint cottage and the large yard, amazing lake view and comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed. Location made it Easy to hop on our bicycles, drop a fishing line in off the dock, ride our jet ski and super close to the Institution.

Great Lakeside Cottage

Great Cottage!

Super-nice property. Nicely appointed details. Owners are great to work with. Parking is a bit of a challenge on a busy road - but the newly-refinished cottage is well worth the expenditure. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, well-adorned, great location

We had a wonderful stay. It's obvious that the house is designed thoughtfully. There are plenty of rentals that are obviously designed for photos and marketing, but the small touches really set this rental apart. The view is incredible, it's close to a local grocery, and you walk out onto a nice trail. We met the owners and they couldn't be more gracious hosts. Highly recommend.

Nice set up, house lay out and amazing view of the Lake! Enjoyed the use of the kayaks on property and location to other features of the lake. The sound of the near by street was a bit challenging for night sleeping.

Perfect 1st trip to the lake!

5 stars, no question! The house was spotless, had EVERYTHING you could need + more, and the hosts were accessible and friendly! This was our first trip to the area and we can’t wait to come back. Would highly recommend this cute, newly remodeled home to anyone! Thank you so much!

View on the water

The location on the water was beautiful. We had to switch houses due to some issues but the owners were accommodating. They plan to redo the other house so that was understandable. Nice space in the yard if you want to do games. Dock for the boat or just sitting out there.

Wonderful stay!

The house is super clean, roomy, and in a great location on the lake! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the beds are nice and comfortable. The house is recently updated, but keeps its cottage feel. We were able to meet one of the owners who was so nice and accommodating, and you can tell that they really take pride in their properties and want their guests to enjoy their stays. We were greeted with chocolates and other treats on the pillows, local coffee, and a bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. The lawn was the perfect size for my 3 year old to run around and not have to risk getting too close to the water. The private dock was wonderful, and the water was shallow enough to swim and easily get in and out of our kayaks. Would highly recommend this property!

Great Getaway Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating and staged the house nicely prior to our arrival. The house was close to things to do and easily accessible from the water too. We had plans to explore the Chautauqua area, but found the house to be so nice that we spent most of our time there instead.

Beautiful lake home

We loved this modern and comfortable lake cottage! Everything you could need is right there. High quality kitchen, dining and grilling items fully stocked. Beautiful location, comfortable beds and very responsive owners!

A wonderful experience.

Everything went accordingly. No problems at all. Property owners are really nice people. They take pride in their place and were genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. I highly recommend this place as it was a no hassle no drama experience from beginning to end.

Pebble Fisher Weekend

Where to begin? My friends and I stayed in the Pebble Fisher for a long girls weekend, we had a blast! We walked to the restaurants Lakeview Inn, sat on the dock every morning, watched the beautiful sunrise and had an overall amazing much needed get away, and the view was so gorgeous. I definitely recommend to anyone !
