Sitting on top of a hill, you get some of the best views of Lake Tahoe. This large, newly built three-story home has plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor) to relax with family and friends. Enjoy upgraded amenities, granite countertops, roomy bedrooms and living spaces.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge open living room with tons a bright light and a fireplace, an open and spacious kitchen with an island, a hot tub, and a comfortable ground floor with a foosball table!

This luxury mountain home is situated on three levels.
The Second Floor (or main floor)

You enter the home on the 2nd level (or the main floor). On this floor, the main floor (2nd floor) is where you will find three of the four bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the hot tub deck!
Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with stunning views. The third bedroom, the bunk room, has one bunk bed and an additional futon for lounging. All bedrooms have comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, and great views!
One of the queen bedrooms on the main floor has a pull-out couch, and this is where you will also access the hot tub deck!
Sit back, relax and enjoy soaking in the hot tub and taking in the views after a long day of adventure around the lake.

On the 3rd floor (or top floor) you will find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and BBQ deck.
Guests enjoy a huge open kitchen area with everything needed to cook a five-star meal at home. The dining area has seating for 10, but we do offer additional chairs for more people!
The living room has a large comfortable sectional where you can lounge by the fire, watch a movie, or simply gaze over Tahoe. There is a second deck off of the living room with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ! This is the perfect place to kickback, grill, and enjoy all that this home has to offer.
The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, spectacular views, plenty of closet space, and a gorgeous full bathroom with a soaking tub! This master suite is the epitome of luxury!
Guests will also find an additional bathroom on this level as well.

This level is the 'hangout' spot. There is a large sectional couch, great for relaxing, sleeping, playing games, watching a movie, or whatever your heart desires. You have access to the outside of the house from here. If you have additional guests, you will find plenty of blow up beds, mattress pads, comforters, and more in the closets on this level.
On this bottom level there is another bathroom as well as the washer and dryer that you are more than welcome to use throughout your stay!
We also offer guests access to our HUGE garage. You can use it as a hangout spot or a place to park your cars.
*LATE SUNDAY CHECK-OUTS: If you book Friday and Saturday nights (at a minimum), we will extend you a complimentary 6pm check-out on Sunday. There is no guarantee of this late check-out until the day before your arrival (as we have to make sure someone else doesn't show).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
QUIET HOURS
Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. To make sure we are respectful of our neighbors, we have a NoiseAware system on both outdoor decks, that measures sound decibels (no audio is recorded). If there is a noise complaint or we are alerted the decibel level is too high, we will contact you once (via phone and through the message center). If neighbor complains to the county enforcement office and the county has to come to the house because the issue persists, you will be charged a $1500 fee for excessive noise. If the issue becomes out of hand, we will have to work the local police to have you vacate the premise. If we receive a fine associated with the noise complaint, that charge will be passed on to you.
While our occupancy is set at 10 guests, we can accommodate up to 12 if the extra 2 guests sleep on the living room day beds. We will charge $25 a person, per night after your booking has been confirmed. Just ask us at booking if you can add the extra guests and we will get you taken care of!
A Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in your reservation.
The cleaning fee added to your reservation includes the hot tub cleaning fee.
We have one exterior security camera in the front of the house on the driveway. No audio is recorded from this camera. This camera is used to keep an eye on snow levels and ensure you can get in and out of the property.
Depending on the time of year, we may be open to hosting long-term guests. Please note that you will have to sign an official rental agreement along with the booking if you stay more than 30 nights. You will also be required to pay for a cleaning every 30 days along with the cleaning that is already scheduled after your stay.
Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While theshttps://www.vrbo.com/p/property-details/321.1729384.2290870e instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
