No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Great Rental Well Situated and Well Appointed
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is as bright as the pictures and well structured to have everything needed. Small but efficient, though larger than most similar rentals. It has all you need to do full cooking and storage with plenty of towels and linens and closet space. The beach chairs and umbrella were a huge help and East to cart. Easy walk to the beach (5 minutes?) and located ideally in Waikiki away from most of the congested hustle and bustle but only blocks away from the heart of Waikiki activity. The building is clean and lovely and the security is great. Shout out to Peter who is a fabulous security guard in the lobby. People in building are friendly and pool is added plus but sun hits it only part of the day. The property manager, Paul and his staff, were incredibly responsive and helpful and answered every call instantly which was a huge plus. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Four Paddle for years and as usual everything was excellent. Paul took care of the one issue we had in quick time. Hope to stay many years to come but with the passage of Bill 41 by Honolulu Council, our future visits are now in jeopardy.
