There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Marine Surf building, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping or sightseeing locations.
There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.

*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.

*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc. We are not providing the linen cleaning services during stay.

From Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 31, 2026, Seal Masters of Hawaii will be performing final touch-ups and consultant punch list work at various locations throughout the property.

The remaining work will include:

Makai Hallway Landing: Waterproof deck touch-ups and final completion
Parking Garage: Basement through the 3rd Floor
Mauka Penthouse 23 Floor Hallway Landing: Tile removal, waterproofing
Rooftop Machine Room: Exterior painting

Construction work hours will remain Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Residents may continue to experience occasional construction noise during these final activities.
During this time, guests may experience temporary noise, dust, or limited access to certain exterior areas, including possible impacts to the lanai or views. Work schedules are managed by the building and are outside of the unit owner’s control.
