You get what you pay for. The pictures of this property were clearly staged and are not telling the whole truth. The building is old and dated. It’s under going renovation but if you book the Aqua Palms directly at least they will give you access to things like beach towels, ect. Parking is $40/night and not guaranteed. We had to pay to park in other buildings as we got home last 6 pm each evening. Super inconvenient. The elevators and hallways were covered in cardboard and tape. The actual room itself is so cramped. The 2 beds are hard and the linens are cheap and not even a bed spread. We got 2 sheets and a blanket on each bed. The pillows were horrible. We were given 4 super thin towels and one bath mat for our 6 night stay. There is no where to hang towels anywhere. There is no place to put your toiletries in the shower but on the floor. The refrigerator was a nice thing to have but with 4 people we had no room for luggage. The closest is occupied by old beach chairs and toys. The balcony is not big enough to sit. You can barely stand outside on it. There was lots of damaged walls and areas of the condo that are left out of the pictures. Nothing that will jeopardize your stay but not pleasing to look at. Definitely not a room to hang out in for any length of time. Location was good but just pay the extra and stay across the street. We ended our stay early as on the 3rd day we were there the boiler went out and we had no hot water. That was enough for me to be done.
