This is a beautiful newly refurbished designer flat with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private terrace with stunning views of the sea and Port OlĆ­mpic. It has a garden with communal swimming pool and children's play area, making Marina the ideal holiday option for families with children.
This beautiful flat has features that make it very special, a private terrace with stunning views to the sea and the Port OlĆ­mpic. Inside, the open concept living room is very spacious and all the rooms are quiet, spacious and bright.
There is access to the gardens of the communal area which is for residents use only. There is a play area with swings, basketball court and a beautiful swimming pool. This makes Marina an ideal choice for families with children.
The location of the flat is privileged as it is close to the beach and the town centre. There are shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The Ciutadella park with its famous zoo is just a short walk away.
Access on foot: The metro is 1 minute away. Within 5 minutes walking distance you have the beach and numerous restaurants in front of the sea, and only 8 minutes walking distance a shopping centre with a multiplex cinema (films in original version with Spanish subtitles), restaurants, shops and a gym.

Great apartment with awesome view!

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona. The best part is the views! Both front and back have expansive views of Barcelona. The apartment is very bright and modern and comfortable. It is also very lose to the beach and walking distance to the city center. We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave! The management is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They were very attentive to our requests and really made our stay enjoyable. Can't recommend this place enough.

A very nice condo with some management problems!

This condo was extremely nice, clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location to see Barcelona! We hadnā€™t heard from the property manager since booking in March (this was June 5) and had to contact them about final payment and checking in 24 hours prior to our arrival. Their email stated that we would hear from them 14 days prior to arrival. We didnā€™t! The check-in process required us to go to the management companyā€™s office, which was not convenient and cost us more $ in taxi fees from the train station. Upon arrival to the condo, the unit was very hot, but the key controlled the electricity, so the power had been out (It was a high 80 degree F day). I called the property management about this, but called them off when it appeared the air conditioning was working (fans were blowing in all rooms). We returned that evening to a still hot apartment and were forced to open all windows for any comfort from the heat. I called in the morning and Pierre, the property manager, came out and checked the system and said it was working fine. Just leave the apartment dark and it should be cool upon our return. 8 hours of darkness and cooling later and the place was still hot as an oven! I called and got the answering service (a Sunday night) and told them it better get fixed tonight or to bring some floor fans over! The fan on the a/c was blowing the same warm air on fan-only or air- conditioning mode, indicating no Freon in the unit or other issues with the compressor. After multiple calls, even with me threatening to involve the authorities over my familyā€™s safety in the extreme heat, nothing was done that night! No Pierre showing up! No fans! Nothing! We suffered through another miserable hot night! We went out the next morning and returned to a nice cool apartment, the way it should have been on night one. However, we never heard another word from Pierre or the management company, EnjoyBCN. The unit is very nice, clean, and very well equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent. There were some noise issues. The unit is on the top floor and the elevators make very loud noises on the roof every time they operate. Seagulls nesting right outside the kitchen window were also very loud. But, overall it is a quiet area of Barcelona convenient to trains, the zoo, bus lines, etc. The management company needs to make check-in more convenient and should ensure the unit is cool with air conditioning operating before guests arrive!

Barcelona beach apartment

The apartment was clean, roomy, and in a perfect location. The only issue we had was the transfer from and back to the airport. I suggest arranging transportation on your own. Also important to know, you have to pick up the keys in a different location than where the apartment is. Other than that, the apartment is wonderful and close to the beach and other attractions. Great place to stay!!

Amazing Barcelona Apartment and EnjoyBCN team is fantastic!

We loved staying at this apartment in Barcelona! It was very clean and beautifully furnished! We were concerned about having to pick up the key late at night when we arrived, but fortunately we were able to divide up our group at the airport and send my sisters to pick up the key while we collected our luggage, then we all met back at the apartment. There is a beautiful view out the deck and from the back bedrooms. The location was nice, quiet area but quick walk to the main areas. Two of our trip highlights were the personalized welcome gifts for our 3 boys when we arrived in the apartment, and then the EnjoyBCN crew when we stored our luggage at their office the last day before flying out. They were beyond helpful and delightful!!!! The city views from the EnjoyBCN office were incredible!!!! We enjoyed our stay very much!!! We would definitely stay in this apartment again, and I have already recommended the EnjoyBCN team to friends that are visiting Barcelona this Summer! Thank you all!!!

Super Appartment in toller Lage

Wir haben mit fĆ¼nf Erwachsenem und einem Kind sechs wunderbare Tage in Barcelona verbracht. Die Abholung des SchlĆ¼ssels aus dem SchlieƟfach war problemlos und gut durch den Vermieter (auf Englisch) beschrieben. Das Appartment ist modern ist gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. In der technisch komplett ausgestatteten KĆ¼che findet sich alles an GerƤten, was wir fĆ¼r ein FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck und einfache Gerichte benƶtigt haben - "Grundausstattungen" wie Zucker oder GewĆ¼rze sind allerdings nicht vorhanden. Die komplette Wohnung und die Badezimmer waren super sauber, gepflegt und stimmig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im achten Stock in einer ruhigen NebenstraƟe, direkt an der Uni. Aufgrund der Fenster und Balkone auf drei Seiten des Hauses hat man einen Blick Ć¼ber die gesamte Stadt. Zum Strand und in die Altstatdt sind es jeweils nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu FuƟ, die Metro-Station liegt ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter hat auch wƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts auf Mail-Anfragen sofort reagiert und UnterstĆ¼tzung angeboten. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert, falls man nicht direkt im Trubel der Stadt wohnen, und z.B. abends noch mal schnell zum Strand mƶchte.

Best decision for family vacation

We chose this apartment based on its location, facilities, many positive comments and the pictures. After spending 2 weeks with our family and the grandchildren we can say that everything was truthfully represented. Excellent location for getting to the beaches or to the vibrancy of the city. Beautiful views. The apartment was perfect in size along with the four bedrooms. We were 7 people. We utilized the kitchen for some family meals which worked out beautifully. The grandchildren loved the pool and the swings. Easy access to the metro/buses/trams which was very important when you have grandchildren. The two weeks went by extremely well. Furthermore, the customer service and support from EnjoyBCN was excellent. We had a few little items to follow up on and the staff were there all the time and responded on time and perfectly. Great customer support, great apartment and great city. What more can one ask for when on vacation.

Great apartment in Barcelona

Seven of us had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-maintained, spacious eighth floor apartment, with views of Barcelona and the Sea. The apartment is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and night clubs. Easy area to catch a taxi or public transportation. Also has a space in the garage if you have a car.

Schƶne Tage, keine Frage

Wir waren mit 2 Familien fĆ¼r 5 Tage zu Gast. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man hat von dort einen sehr schƶnen Ausblick Ć¼ber die ganze Stadt, auf alle SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, bis auf den Aufzug den man etwas hƶrt wenn er anfƤhrt . Die Abwicklung lief gut ab, allerdings nur auf Englisch. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag fĆ¼r die SchlĆ¼ssel Ɯbergabe wƤhre noch den SchlĆ¼sselsafe ( EingangstĆ¼r) mit einem Schild zu versehen, war etwas schwierig zu finden. Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen

Beautiful Apartment - Great Value

I rented this apartment with a work colleague for 3 nights. The unit was clean and located in an area that was easy to walk to many points of interest including the beach and shopping, restaurants etc.. Because this unit is located on the 8th floor, it provided a birds eye view of Barcelona and the water. Chiara, the property manager was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and providing tips on the best places to eat and shop.

Very clean, and spacious. Eight of us were comfortable. The apartment is quite and central to many places. We walked to everywhere, it's safe to walk at night. I highly recommend this place.

Excelente! Muy recomendado! Totalmente satisfechos! Pasamos 10 dias muy a gusto, queremos volver, realmente felicito al equipo de ENJOY BCN, por el nivel del servicio y organizaciĆ³n, el equipamiento, mantenimiento y limpieza del apartamento excelente, pensaron en muchos detalles, se ve el esmero para dar al cliente la mayor comodidad durtante las vacaciones. Este apartemneto es ideal para familias, la ubicaciĆ³n es muy buena, el area es segura, hay supermrecado a 150 metros, cerca de la estaciĆ³n de metro, a nosotos nos gusta mucho caminar, es una ciudad muy peatonal, a veces usamos taxis y el servicio es muy bueno, en cuanto a precio-tiempo nos convenĆ­a mas movernos en taxi que en metro. Esta cerca de la playa, a la par del parque de la Ciudadela, caminando llegas al barrio de El Born, hay muy buenos restaurantes. Barcelona es un destino facinante!

Outstanding and Modern!

This top floor apartment in a 1960's styled building has been updated and remodeled into a clean, modern, well appointed home away from home, with fantastic views towards the Sea and City. The beds were great, the showers were modern and clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. A 5 minute walk to the metro. A 10 minute walk to the beach and nightclubs. 20 minutes to El Born. Food shops close. For those travelers use to the modern conveniences of America, this place would exceed your expectations.Plus the staff at Enjoy BNC were terrific.
