Loved loved this property!!! So much charm. Super clean! Amazing boulangerie right down the street. Historic yet updated. Super comfy beds and bedding. Great host. Would go back again for sure!

Quiet and quaint apartment in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! This felt like the quintessential Paris apartment. It was so adorable and close to many great restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect

My favorite place yet to stay.

Incredible neighborhood!! The place was perfect for our stay. Love the architectural details throughout and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Highly Recommend. Would stay here again in a minute.

Great location in the Marais

A very lovely apartment in an historical building. Despite being close to a lot of activity the apartment was quiet. The furnishings were lovely. The hosts were extremely gracious. We would definitely want to stay again.

Super Neighborhood

Stay here and you will have a great local Paris experience in an amazing neighborhood. Perfect accommodations for a family of four, close to many attractions and the Metro. Thank you to Ivan and Faycal for the wonderful hospitality!

A beautifully furnished apartment in a great location

First of all, we were so impressed with how we were greeted upon our arrival. The apartment is charming, and it's only a short walk to two Métro lines. Good restaurants and grocery stores were also nearby. We loved our time there.

Great for a family of 4!

This apartment is very charming and spacious for four. The location is terrific with many many shops and restaurants just steps out the door. Also walking distance to major attractions. Great communication with the owner and property manager. We would not hesitate to come back.

A wonderful stay with my husband and two teen boys, their first trip to Europe! This apartment was perfectly Paris, full of character and Parisian charm. Even in the heatwave, the Dyson fans kept us (mostly) cool. Our host was lovely, greeted us and made sure we were settled and had our bearings. The building is definitely old but added to the experience for us, very clean and quiet. We loved the Marias neighborhood, central to all our adventures!

50th Birthday Celebration

My friends and I stayed at Ivan’s apartment for our 50th birthday celebration in Paris. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location, comfortable and just as pictured. We were greeted with a lovely cheese plate and bottle of champagne. We loved our stay!

A special property, highly recommend

We visited Paris with our 2 young children and this property was a delight. It was so well maintained and Faycal's help was wonderful throughout our stay. We strongly recommend considering this property for your future visits to Paris!

Great last stop

Paris was our last stop in a 2-week trip to Paris and we had a great time staying at Arts et Metiers. Check in process was smooth and well communicated in advance. Recommendations on how to best appreciate the area and travel were also top notch. The place was super charming and we would absotuley stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible property located in the heart of the beautiful Marais district! Ivan and his property manager Faycal were attentive and helpful. Faycal helped us to carry luggage and called a van for arrival and departure. Gorgeous space to spread out for a family while being in the heart of the city. Fantastic amenities! We hope to stay with Ivan as our host again. Many, many thanks.

Wonderful apartment and location

We stayed with our 21 year old granddaughter for a week. she had her own room and bathroom and the apartment was more than adequate for the three of us. Being in the Marais put us close to many of the sights in Paris either by walking or public transportation. There is an excellent bakery across the street and markets at the end of the block. It was easy to work with the owner and the manager.

Paris apartment accomodations

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Loved our stay and the location was perfect. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely try to stay there again. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment. One thing to mention is that the stairs are steep, which was not a problem for us, but an elderly person may have. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was a wonderful apartment in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in the city. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment itself was very nice - all of the small touches made it feel like home! We also stayed during Europe’s record heat wave and we couldn’t believe how relatively cool the apartment stayed. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great location and wonderful stay!

This beautiful apartment is in a great location and is well equipped for anything you need. The stairs are narrow and we had one night (in five) where we heard neighbors talking until late. Otherwise, it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great host and owner with good communication before our stay.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a charming flat in the marais with attention to detail. Comfortable beds with nice linens, slippers provided. Ivan and Faycal were welcoming, even ordering Nespresso pods for us to have on our arrival. Faycal was very helpful answering our questions and making sure our transportation got us to the train station on time. We hope this flat is available on our return trip!

Great Parisian apartment

Started 4 nights and found the property perfect. Close to 2 Metro stops. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Wonderful beds and bathrooms. Spacious for our family of 4. Quiet interior apartment. There are 2 narrow flights of stairs you need to climb to reach the apartment. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and groceries.

Beautiful and comfortable

Ivan and Thierry, who maintains the property were both lovely to deal with. The apartment was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated with modern conveniences. Thierry was exceptionally helpful when our son needed a doctor, he found us someone and set an appointment for us. It really was incredibly kind of him. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Great apartment for our week in Paris.

We really enjoyed this apartment. We are a family of four with two adults and two kids ages 11 and 16. The setup of the apartment with two bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds was ideal, as was two full bathrooms. The apartment was charming and nicely decorated. The location was good and not crowded or touristy. We enjoyed a number of the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood during our visit. The apartment is convenient to the Arts and Metiers metro station.
