Set in a modern building next to the Pompidou center, on the fourth floor with a lift, facing south, this property is located in the heart of the Marais, the most vibrant arrondissement of Paris, in walking distance from many attractions like the Louvre, Picasso museum, Place des Victoires, Saint-Eustache's church and even Notre Dame. The neighbourhood is surrounded by many nice restaurants, organic stores, bakeries, supermarkets and liquor stores. All windows are double glazed and sound proof (although there is not much noise on this pedestrian area to begin with!)
