The Marais Chic apartment (Dreams Apartments Paris) enjoys a perfectly central location, literally steps from the metro Saint-Paul. Once you have crossed the leafy and peaceful courtyard of this charming 20th century building, you could almost forget that you are in the heart of the vibrant Marais district. The interior of the apartment is beautifully designed and finished, with a timeless elegance that will make your Paris stay a special one. The floor plan offers lots of privacy for 2 couples.
The two bedrooms have AC, king sized beds, and closets. The two modern bathrooms have toilets and showers. The kitchen is open on the bright living room. The whole apartment is quiet, overlooking the charming courtyard. The second bedroom can also be set with two twin beds and two more guests can sleep in the living room sofa bed.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. There are two very convenient metro stops very close to the apartment and lots of wonderful things to do (food, shopping, parks, Notre Dame, museums) within walking distance. Highly recommend! We would stay again the next time we are in Paris!

Ideal Paris apartment

Phenomenal locationā€”with great food shops and a metro stop a block awayā€”excellent layout offering maximum privacy to two couples. Very pretty design and all the essentials. The hostess was very responsive and easy to reach. And the driver Philippe she arranged to meet our plane also helped us with the keys and our luggageā€”an amazing guy.

Great Apartment! The locations is a 2 minute walk to the St Paul station on Line 1. Buidling has character (100 years old) but the apartment has all modern applicances, furnishings, etc... Bedrooms were compfortable and offer privacy from one another.We'd definately stay there again.

Beauty and comfort!

We spent the last 3 days of our visit to Paris in this lovely apartment and I wish we could have afforded to spend all 8 days of our trip here. It made our time so much more enjoyable to have such a clean, beautiful and comfortable place to start and end are busy days of sightseeing. I hope when we return we are able to stay in this apartment again! Cecile, the property manager, was so friendly and even aranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment early so we didnā€™t have to lug them around with us until the 4pm check in time. There are great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the area is so close to so many main sights. I hope we get to come back very soon!

We did not want to leave

We knew this area from a stay before in another apartment. This apartment was so beautiful/Parisian vibe- the courtyard neighborhood was quiet and interesting. Baths - very modern/sleek. The bedroom that we used-entrance hallway -was so comfortable...mattress, crisp/soft sheets- watching the moon before we fell asleep. The light from morning to evening -inside the spaces was so pleasing. We had everything there that we needed- except of course croissants. which were available around us- short strolls. A Carrifour grocer is nearby also- for anything else.Another advantage here is the restaurant Chez Madmoiselle - just below us. Delicious- we ate there first night and last nights-make reservations ahead of stay. Metro station is right around the corner also- wonderful, clean, bright. You will want to walk as much as possible to explore but the Metro can make the exploring much more managable. I could go on and on....5 nights was too brief.

Fantastic apartment and location!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this apartment in Le Marais. Cecile, the apartment manager, is incredibly responsive and reliable. The information she supplied was extremely helpful and thorough. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. Well maintained, lovely interior, clean and quiet. It's as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our two teenage sons. The location is fabulous. Close to Metro stops, many markets, bakeries, restaurants, and shopping. Easily walkable (or a short Uber drive) to many Paris landmarks. Le Marais is our new favorite neighborhood in Paris. We absolutely hope to stay at this apartment again in the future.

A true Parisian Experience

We rented the Le Marais apartment from Cecile for our family trip to France for three nights. The apartment is in a very quant walkup building in Le Marais just steps from the Il de St. Louis, Il de Citi and the bustling neighborhood of Le Marais. If you truly want to feel like you are living in Paris for the time you are there, this spot is for you. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised and very well appointed with two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms equipped with a washer/dryer and small but very functional kitchen. It was very comfortable and could accommodate a family or 4-5 well or two couples perfectly. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Only caveat is if you are booking in the high heat of summertime, there is only one AC unit in the master bedroom for the entire apartment.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location!

We love staying at the Marais Chic apartment. It is always clean and well-maintained. The location is outstanding. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and many other kinds of shops are right outside the Rue Saint-Antoine entrance to the courtyard along with a metro station, taxi stand, bus stop, and ATM. The neighborhood is vibrant, historic, and safe. We've met Cecile (and her mother) several times. They are delightful. Cecile wants everyone to have a great experience in Paris so do contact her before and/or during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. She'll be happy to arrange airport or station transfers for you with Philippe (a true gentleman!). We are happy to recommend the Marais Chic apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient "home away from home" in Paris.

This apartment is absolutley perfect! Photos are accurate showing updated ammenities, decor, lovely bedding ( we are over 6 ft tall, & were very comfy in King beds) and split unit AC in the 2 bedrooms. Bath wash, shampoo & conditioner were very nice in the showers with excellent water pressure. We used the washer & dryer with ease & the kitchen was small but very functional for breakfast, lunch & coffee prep. All cooking pans, dishes, utensils & coffee/tea, basic seasonings, oil were provided or remained from prior guests. Apartment has all the thoughtful touches, umbrellas and reusable tote bags for shopping, even has a basket full of various chargers available for you! A fan in the living room, kept us cool. Stayed here in mid August and the building was very quiet and peaceful. I assume neighbors were away for August holidays. Apartment is on the 4th floor, there is an elevator, but note there are about 6 steps from the elevator to the landing of the Apartment, so be aware there are a few stairs to manage with your luggae. Perfect location around the corner from Saint Paul metro, which also meant taxis were readily available as well. Grocery store, pharamcy & plenty of restaurants nearby. Cecile was an absolute delight to communicate with & allowed us to drop our bags while housekeeping was there as we had an early morning flight arrival. We went to the nearby Picasso museum that opened at 10 am & then had lunch while waiting for the apt to be cleaned. Fantasttic stay!

Cecile was fantastic. Loved the home and location. We took my 90 year old father with us, so an elevator was critical. We didnā€™t realize there was a half a flight of stairs on both ends of the elevator. My dad did ok with them, but it would have been better if we had known in advance.

This property is fantastic and even better than what is shown in the pictures. Everything about the property is perfect and the location couldn't be better. We stayed in mid June 2022. Overall, this was a wonderful apartment, located on the 4th floor of a vintage building inside a courtyard. The small elevator was convenient. Clean, spacious and very quiet. Location was excellent - close to bakeries and restaurants and the St. Paul metro was less than 1 block away which was ideal. AC units, located in each bedroom, worked well. Cecile was professional and very responsive and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend her private driver, who we used for airport transportation. Again, can't say enough good things about this apartment.

Fantastic apartment and location!

Notre impression sur la location est excellente. Lā€™emplacement est idĆ©al, lā€™appartement est trĆØs bien conƧu, au calme, bien agencĆ© et organisĆ© pour recevoir des voyageurs dĆØs les premiĆØres heures (lessive, un peu dā€™Ć©picerie....). Le fait de rĆ©cupĆ©rer les clĆ©s Ć  lā€™arrivĆ©e dans le cadenas du vĆ©lo est quelque peu ennuyeux, sous la pluie, lorsque nous sommes encombrĆ©s de nos sacs , valises et autres objets de voyage. Cecile was excellent manager, we communicated last minute and she was 100% helpful. The apt was super clean, the checkin/checkout was easy, the drivers Cecile works with and cleaning personnel were extremely professional and HELPFUL. The apt is perfectly situated, 2 streets from the river, out the back door to all of the shops, cafes, grocery, wine etc on rue de rivioli. Easy walk to Latin Quarter, easy access to taxis on rue de rivioli. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyable traditional restaurant next door (enjoyed lunch there & best espresso). The apt architecture itself is great for 2 couples, 2 good sized BRs separated by the kitchen/LR and a hallway. Kitchen has everything one needs to eat in, both bathrooms nicely maintained, washer/dryer worked quite well. Although elevator was convenient, the stairwell is easily walkable, well lit and not concrete (open & airy). We used the stairs exclusively except for luggage arrival/departure. I regularized my apartment to have the right to rent it on short term. It's so rare in Paris. Only a hundred of apartments are legal. So you don't have to worry to see an inspector of the City of Paris knocking at the door during your stay at Marais Elegance.
Also, Le Marais is my favorite part of Paris. I've always loved hanging on in the charming streets of this area, and feel like if I was in a cute little village. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and cafƩs, trendy shops and art galleries, open markets, and above all, it's so close to every thing that you want to see or visit when you're in Paris. i believe location is the most important when you choose a vacation rental, and you won't be disappointed!

It is spacious and bright, with 2 lavatories (one in each bathroom) and two large bedrooms.It faces a beautiful courtyard which makes a very quiet place to stay.
