Keurig and drip coffee makers, a Ninja blender, and a KitchenAid mixer are all provided, as are gourmet tools from Microplanes to ...mandolins!

The three bedrooms have high-end mattresses, 600 thread-count sheets, and smart TVs. Master has an incredible bath with a large jacuzzi tub and a separate shower with adjustable rain shower and hand-held fixtures, plus a 60” TV. The large second master has a tub/shower combo, seating for reading, and a smart TV. The open living area has a stylish dining table for eight, and three full-size comfy leather sofas with ottomans surrounding a 65” smart TV. Also provided is a new wireless Epson printer for those days you have to work. A heavy-duty, large-capacity Maytag washer and dryer allows you to go home with clean clothes!

Mariner’s Club amenities can be enjoyed with included beach toys, pool floats and noodles, plus tennis racquets, pickleball paddles, and beach games. There are two outdoor permanent

pickleball courts, a tennis court, a basketball backboard, and an indoor pickleball court available for a small charge. The fitness center has a wide choice of equipment and free weights. The game room has been newly redone in a speakeasy theme and will keep the family occupied with ping-pong, pool, cards, and tabletop shuffleboard. (Mariner’s collects a $95 resort fee per visit upon

entrance for use of all its fabulous facilities.)

Best of all? The largest pool in the Florida Keys and a hot tub is just a few steps out from the condo’s oceanfront patio. The first- floor condo location means no waiting for the elevator and easy access to the entire property. The condo is in the Mariners’ building, which is closest to the water and has the best views. The second beautiful lap pool is also easily accessible and has its own

grotto hot tub.

The condo is equipped for all generations: from a wheelchair to a highchair, Pack ‘n Play, and a cabinet of free books to read, all generations of your family will be at home here. The entire condo is on one level and has marble floors throughout for easy navigation. (Ramp access leads right to condo)

This is a gated community that controls who enters the complex.  If you have guests, they must be registered.  Otherwise, there cannot be any entry.  You will have to fill out a Registration form for the Mariners' Club Guard House.  If your guest is not on the list, no entry will be allowed. Contact the Property Manager for guests list. 

An outstanding array of restaurants is available a short distance from the complex.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

Linens and bath towels are always included.

This property is not pet-friendly per the condominium. Failure to disclose a pet may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
