UNIT 35 LOT 20. This ocean front home features two bedrooms and two baths with panoramic blue water ocean views from every room. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living room lend a cozy atmosphere by day watching the whales go by or just sitting by the fire.
The home provides free WiFi and a Smart TV with Hulu-Live. Access the deck from the living room or bedroom to relax in the hot tub while gazing at the ocean only 100 yards away or enjoy the abundant wildlife and bounteous wildflowers in the adjacent private 30 acre meadow. This house is pet friendly for 1 dog and includes all bed and bath linens.


SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seale was just right for us; two retired folks with old dog. So peaceful and quiet, with the ocean in the background at all times. Lots of critters (deer, a fox, quail, even a jackrabbit)! Close to trail with other easy walks nearby. Very close to town. Views of the ocean from all main rooms. We’ll definitely come back!

House was simple and clean with wonderful views from all rooms. All the amenities and the location were perfect for a getaway during the week. Will be back for more sometime soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best view of any house we have rented in Sea Ranch. The weather wasn't great so having the view was wonderful. We saw lots of wildlife too.The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ worked great and the TV was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the spa was wonderful. The house was set up perfect for dog guests with a blanet and towel to dry off the pets. We will definitely stay again.

We loved being able to walk down to the trail on the bluff. Also very convenient and close to Gualala to make quick stops at the grocery store. Overall good but a few issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location and views, there were a few issues the kettle was old should be replaced the coffee maker did not work. The BBQ did not work and one of the tanks leaked propane when gas was turned on. I disconntected the tank that leaked due to safety concerns . I also felt that the floor in second BR ws very slippery and needs a better mat to prevent a fall, and the way that the toilet paper holder is arranged if you sit on the toilet it causes paper to be knocked off holder onto floor, could easily be adjusted to prevent this.

Very good but not perfect. Bed was comfortable but small. Need much stronger lighting in kitchen. Better knives. House was clean but worn (dog claw scratches all over the floor. Art objects up high where kids couldn’t get them, etc. ).

Great location for walks and wheel watching!

This was a very practical unit close to the coastal walks, which we enjoy, providing a splendid front row seat to the antics of the humpback whales that weekend. Unit was clean, both bedrooms face the ocean, which was nice for all of us. Property management was great. The kitchen has all the basics. bring any cooking basics as there is no actual store of pantry items, other than salt and pepper. The fridge has an icemaker, that was a great surprise! The only downside was a mustiness in the secondary bedroom which was probably due to linens that needed a good washing. I mentioned this to management on the way out of town and they were receptive.

The perfect house for our small family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful visit to Sea Ranch and enjoyed our stay at the Seale House. It was a perfect size home for two adults and one small child. The house has incredible views and access to trails. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the kitchen is well appointed with all the basics in place, although they could use some plastic containers for leftovers. Our only few complaints were that the bed was a bit soft, the stools at the countertop were too large for the space, that we could have benefitted from blackout shades in the bedroom, and not that we really wanted to watch much TV but we couldn't navigate the system at all and think getting a roku/apple tv/fire stick would be a benefit to the house. All in all, we real loved our time at Sea Ranch and at the house. We are already discussing a return next year.

Seale House is perfect for us- sweeping views of the ocean, wildlife galore, peaceful and the only sounds you hear re the ocean and the birds. The location is perfect for walking the bluffs, beaches to the left and right. Perfectly dog friendly- except one small note- the dog lead near the front door needs to be replaced. We'll be back.The house is et up very well- evertyhtng worked and is up to date.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Two minutes from bluff and amazing view from the living room. Access to a walk-on beach is 30-minute walk. The fireplace was not operable, which was a bummer in the winter. The place was not clean. We have stayed at other dog friendly places before and never had so much dog hair everywhere, including the beds. One bed even has a dead tick in it. I was disappointed by the management company's reaction. No discount or coupon for future stay was offered.
