UNIT 35 LOT 20. This ocean front home features two bedrooms and two baths with panoramic blue water ocean views from every room. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living room lend a cozy atmosphere by day watching the whales go by or just sitting by the fire.
The home provides free WiFi and a Smart TV with Hulu-Live. Access the deck from the living room or bedroom to relax in the hot tub while gazing at the ocean only 100 yards away or enjoy the abundant wildlife and bounteous wildflowers in the adjacent private 30 acre meadow. This house is pet friendly for 1 dog and includes all bed and bath linens.


SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

The property is wonderfully located. My only complaint was the second bedroom bed mattress was not comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful rain or shine.

House was simple and clean with wonderful views from all rooms. All the amenities and the location were perfect for a getaway during the week. Will be back for more sometime soon!

Lots of critters (deer, a fox, quail, even a jackrabbit)! Close to trail with other easy walks nearby. Very close to town. Views of the ocean from all main rooms. We’ll definitely come back!

We splurged a little for my birthday. Its buff location is so great. We spent all week fighting over the binoculars as whales cruised by everyday. 5 stars for everything. You could not regret staying at Seale House.

Great location for walks and wheel watching!

This was a very practical unit close to the coastal walks, which we enjoy, providing a splendid front row seat to the antics of the humpback whales that weekend. Unit was clean, both bedrooms face the ocean, which was nice for all of us. Property management was great. The kitchen has all the basics. bring any cooking basics as there is no actual store of pantry items, other than salt and pepper. The fridge has an icemaker, that was a great surprise! The only downside was a mustiness in the secondary bedroom which was probably due to linens that needed a good washing. I mentioned this to management on the way out of town and they were receptive.

LOVE this property so much....

We love this property so much, almost hate to tell you about it! Really, this home is top notch. Perfect location with a gorgeous meadow and ocean expanse (hello deer and rare birds of prey and fox). Everywhere you turn the warmest, most beautiful light and views that both help you breathe and take your breath away. Nice, clean spaces with well-considered, updated furniture, just what you need in the kitchen (including a pastry brush! but not more--we brought a French press, cast iron skillet, olive oil and good salt), a hot tub with somewhere to put your beverage, and perfectly nice bedrooms and bathrooms. From the front door ride your bike miles and miles, or walk-about on the coastal trail out the back door. Good groceries are maybe 3 miles away. Solid wifi, something-for-everyone CD collection, games, fireplace, TV...even a tiny souvenir LED keychain flashlight from the rental office.

Don’t plan on cooking very much as the kitchen has the minimum in lighting and some of the pans are not anything that should be used. Coffee filters were provided, along with salt and pepper. Gas grill was great!Seating in living room was ok. Very small and cozy for 2 people. Great views from this house!The one issue we had was the hot tub - the cover has to be completely removed and set somewhere manually. There is no lift assist and we thought it was a hassle..Beach rentals provided great support and will send out a repair person quickly should the need arise.Overall we liked this house but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We saw lots of wildlife too.The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ worked great and the TV was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the spa was wonderful. The house was set up perfect for dog guests with a blanet and towel to dry off the pets. We will definitely stay again.

The BBQ did not work and one of the tanks leaked propane when gas was turned on. I disconntected the tank that leaked due to safety concerns . I also felt that the floor in second BR ws very slippery and needs a better mat to prevent a fall, and the way that the toilet paper holder is arranged if you sit on the toilet it causes paper to be knocked off holder onto floor, could easily be adjusted to prevent this.

Art objects up high where kids couldn’t get them, etc. ).
