Casa Dodge is located in the private gated housing community of Cabo Bello. The third closest houses to the ocean. Property sleeps up to 8 2bd, 2ba , 2 hide a bed sofas, Full kitchen, cold water dispenser. Two pools one shallow for kids. The upper unit is owner-occupied however rarely occupied. 1bd, 1ba hide a bed sofa full kitchen sleeps 4, can possibly be rented with lower unit .Your own private pool, spa, and surroundings. The house is completely gated in for security of kids and pets.

Casa Dodge is steps away from the private Cabo Bello beach, which offers great snorkeling, swimming, or just laying in the sun.

Great surfing areas, such as Monuments Surf Beach within walking distance plus dozens more surfing locations in the area.

The house is 5 miles from the town of Cabo San Lucas, restaurants, shops and OXXO within walking distance or ubber anywhere you want to go.

I highly recommend the house in Cabo Bello. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The home was spacious for 2-3 people. You can sunbath by the pool and jump in for a dip and their was a close walk to the beach which was great for snorkling. Also, it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown Cabo.

Casa Byron was a fantastic stay for our family! Our kids range in age from 6 to 17, and every one of them absolutely loved the home and the pool. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure, and the location within the community couldnā€™t be betterā€”getting back and forth to the private beach was quick and easy. The beach itself was incredible, with amazing snorkeling just steps away.Byron lives upstairs and was a wonderful hostā€”friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed while still giving us plenty of privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, and we especially enjoyed grilling poolside. The beds were extremely comfortable, and parking right next to the front door easily accommodated our overlanding rig.The backyard is a beautiful tropical paradise, complete with fruit trees and fresh limes and lemons to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Byron to families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Cabo and had the pleasure of staying at Casa Dodge. Overall, it was a great experience and a home we truly enjoyed.The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. When we ran into neighbors out walking or spending time at the beach, everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. The beach itself is just a very short walk away ā€” incredibly convenient and perfect for morning strolls or full beach days.One of the standout aspects of this rental was how well-equipped it was. Byron was an exceptional host and provided so many thoughtful beach essentials ā€” towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. It made beach days effortless and saved us from having to rent or pack extra gear.Inside the home, there was ample space for meal prep in the kitchen, which featured modern appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave ā€” all in new condition. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and clean, and it truly felt like everything we could possibly need had already been thought of and provided.Ultimately, we had a lovely time in Cabo and would absolutely consider staying at Casa Dodge again in the future. We hope to be welcomed back for another relaxing getaway.

Nice neighbors, front guards are so welcoming. My family of 4 loves it here, as this is our second time staying here. And itā€™s just a 2 minute walk down to the beach! And 15 minutes to both the Cabo marina and 20 to the San Jose marina! Highly recommend!!!!

Not a great experience

Without going into too much detail, the stay was not a great experience. We had several issues and the owner just stopped communicating all together. We ended up leaving a few days into a 3 week booking. Fortunately we found a great place in SJD.

Time to relax

We loved staying at Casa Dodge! The whole place was comfortable (the beds!!!!) and convenient - it had everything we needed from the kitchen to stuff for the beach. The beautiful beach was just a quick walk away and we loved the convenience of a pool to lounge in if we didn't feel like making the 5-minute walk to the beach :). We literally spent 2 of our 8 days laying around the house and pool reading and ordering Uber Eats! The only inconveniences were the intermittent construction noise that lasted a few hours on most days (no problem...just head to the beach) and the challenge of getting to Fresko to shop or to some of the restaurants - the area is not all that walker-friendly, but the Uber drivers are plentiful and close. We Ubered to both San Lucas (the shrimp and margaritas at Maro's are a MUST HAVE!) and San Jose (the Thursday Art Walk is festive and wonderful) multiple times and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Communication both before and during our visit was quick and helpful. Thanks Byron and Kim!

Great Property and Host ā€”Beware of Construction in Neighborhood

Byron is considerate and readily available to answer questions. The home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The kitchen has nice appliances, preparation tools and basic cooking ingredients (oil, spices, potable water) ā€”so we were able to buy food for meals at the nearby Fresko and eat at home when we didnā€™t want to adventure out. The furniture is comfortable and the interior layout has a pleasant, functional flow. The highlight is definitely the ubiquitous view of the beautiful pool area which Byron has thoughtfully accented with festive lights and native tropical trees and plants. Byron even encouraged us to pick the ripe papaya growing! However, neither pool is heated and the water was much colder than the ocean. Everything you need for the pool and the beach is provided ā€”even floats, portable chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling equipment. The beach is an incredibly easy walk from the house, and it doesnā€™t disappoint. Itā€™s beautiful, secluded, and the water was deliciously warm even during our visit at the end of October. We saw many tropical fish while snorkeling, and we didnā€™t realize how lucky the ā€œprivate beachā€ was until we visited some of the other beaches in Cabo where you are bombarded by people trying to sell you everything under the Cabo sun. Our disappointments were few ā€”but they were very serious. They concerned the timing of our trip and my ability to work remotely, which was critical to our trip. Several of Byronā€™s neighbors (including the one directly across the street) decided to make MAJOR renovations to their properties during our stay. From 9:30am-5pm every weekday (and until 1pm on Saturday) we were in the middle of a construction zone. The horrific noise was inescapable. Additionally, the rental home uses Byronā€™s personal internet router located upstairs in his apartment. The signal is VERY WEAK in most of the house (though we were often able to watch tv programs in the evenings without much interruption). The best signal was at the lovely outdoor table on the patio ā€”which would have been wonderful if the space wasnā€™t overwhelmed by industrial jack-hammering. It was extremely disruptive and embarrassing to explain during my many video conferences. If we ever considered staying again, we would need assurance that this wouldnā€™t happen. What would have felt like a value ended up feeling like Byron was lucky to get our business during this inhospitable time.

We stayed at Casa de Byron for 28 days. The place is amazing!! Beautiful pool, the place was clean, and had everything we needed, it was perfect for us!! We brought our two big boxers and it was perfect because it was fenced in and there was no way they could get out. Byron, the owner was quick to get back to me if I had a question about anything. So happy we went there, highly recommend it for couples, families, and dogs!!

Great host and close to beach

What a great place for my wife and I and 4 young adult kids to celebrate graduations from highschool and college. Byron is such a great host. We were lounging in the pool and he surprised us with more floaties the first day we were there. In the morning we would have a coffee on the beach which is only about100 yds away. Since Byron's place is a few miles out of town we got a rental car. We drove to a different beach almost every day. Sant Maria and Medano were our favorites. There is a supermarket across the street but I suggest you drive unless you're good at real life "Frogger". Costco is about a mile away and they also have an atm where you can get out pesos. One of the nights we were there the A/C went out so I messaged Byron. He had it fixed in no time! It has been a while since our family has gotten to go on vacation together and we can't wait to go back to this place!

Beautiful place situated between Cabo and San Jose

We had an excellent time -the place was just the right size with the two bedrooms and two bath full kitchen living room and dining room plus a beautiful outdoor area with a pool and a hot tub. The owner of the house was amazing & came and welcomed us as soon as we arrived and offered to assistance with anything we needed even giving us rides places! what a tropical gem! definitely be back- thank you Byron for everything!

Wonderful stay!

Pictures do not do the property justice.. everything about the property was as described and more.. the staff at the gated community were very nice and helpful, we felt very safe and at home.. the private beach inside the community and your own pool on the property was awesome! Byron (the owner) was very nice and helpful.. my family and I loved it! We will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone..

We loved this property! Great for us two couples. Close to everything one wants or needs. Loved the pool! Short walk to a very nice beach. Felt very safe & secure in this gated community. Property owner Byron is the best! Even gave us a ride to airport at last minute when our UNRELIABLE transport Las Cabo Airport Shuttle did not show up as was arranged. Thank you, Byron! Pretty much as described. Nice kitchen, plenty of gadgets, loved loved loved the cold water cooler. It was super hot when I arrived (temps in the mid 90s) but the air conditioners kicked in and cooled it right down. Pool helped too! I'd come back.

Location I have been staying in Cabo Bello now for 15 years on vacations I finally bought when Casa Dodge became available it is one of the closes houses to the Private swimming Beach Casa Dodge went thru a extensive remodle. new paint, sofa hide a beds, gates and railings around the entire property. new pool and spa and decks. new kitchen pots, pans ,and all needed utensils.

Cabo Bello is a quite gated safe development. your own private pool and spa. Private swimming beach 300 steps away with no beach venders to bug you. Walking distance to several restaurants. Costco and walmart are two miles away. The town of Cabo San Lucas is 5 miles away. You can catch the bus on the top of the road to go to town town for .25 cents or call ubber or a taxi. San Jose Del Cabo is 20 miles away. Great Fishing, Diving, Surfing, Shopping or just Lounging and doing nothing.
