Lovely, spacious accommodations in a great location. Convenient to French Quarter without the crowds. Was within walking distance to a few of our restaurants reservations. Beds were comfortable. Windows are scarce and those it does have face an enclosed courtyard(?) so mornings feel a bit dreary but you’re heading out anyway so not a big deal. Easy access to the unit. Good value for the price.

We had a girl's trip and spent the weekend at this property. We were so impressed by how beautiful it was. It was so clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The host also had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend others to as well.

There was a very strong odor as soon as you open the door to the kitchen and living room area. One set of sheets was stained, or looked like someone had laid down on them. One towel had a mildew or old makeup on it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Darlene. We’re sorry that these issues affected your stay. A strong odor is not typical for the suite. While our historic building’s original brick can occasionally have a distinct scent in the warmer, wet months, the strong odor you described is not the experience we expect for our guests. All sheets and towels are removed after every stay, professionally laundered off-site, and replaced with fresh linens before the next guest arrives. The condition you described is not our standard and should have been caught during the final inspection. We have addressed this with our housekeeping team to help prevent it from happening again. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

We had a terrific stay! The property was immaculate, with super cozy beds and a comfy seating area. The unit and building were quiet and we could relax and sleep well. The unit had a great kitchen and laundry to help us feel at home. The location was very convenient with tons of amazing restaurants, a corner store and coffee shop within easy walking distance. The center of the French Quarter, a supermarket and car rental were all about 15 minutes walk away. We loved our visit and would stay again in a heartbeat!

These accommodations are clean, comfortable, spacious, and centrally located. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom clean and new. The statement about parking in the listing was somewhat misleading, there is no onsite parking. Parking was on the street or a block away. It worked but would have preferred onsite parking. All-in-all, I’d stay here again and likely will. Highly recommend!

This place was PERFECT! We stayed for the weekend of Mardi Gras - it was a truly awesome location with great amenities. Very comfortable beds/linens and easy keyless access. They even waved the early check-in fee since it was Mardi Gras weekend, which was an awesome bonus. Cami checked in on us via text and was very available when needed for questions (which was hardly at all). Overall, this was a delightful unit (quiet and great bathrooms as well). I would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for a wedding and it was an ideal experience! The location was great and lot of walkable options for eating or entertainment. The condo was extremely spacious and provided many items needed for a trip. I wish I had more time to utilize rooms like the kitchen or outside terrace. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!!
