Corner unit, tons of natural light, 2 lanais (off bedroom and living room) offering gorgeous views and cooling ocean breeze. Full kitchen, in unit laundry, and 2 full bathrooms.
We help meet your adventure needs with beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, snorkel gear, etc.
The world renowned "Cliffs" has been awarded the 2018 RCI Green award for it's outstanding sustainable practices. Enjoy the fabulous grounds, amenities, and activities offered here. Swimming, tennis, affordable bike rentals, Yoga on the Cliffs, Botanical walks- just to name a few. Less than a mile to Princeville Center and the gorgeous Hanalei Valley lookout, where you can enjoy waterfall views after the rain. Short drive to downtown Hanalei and the pier and bay (my favorite beach for relaxing).

Great place in princeville

We had a great time. The apartment was perfect for us. Be sure to walk to turtle cove down the street. If you are checking in late be sure to call ahead.

Little slice of Paradise

We felt instantly relaxed when we arrived to our home away from home. Beautiful views of the lovely grounds from our private Lanai, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning.Sheila was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely location exactly what we wanted

A wee bit dated but very comfortable second floor condo with a very scenic setting. Staff was exceptional in assisting us as we had a self inflicted booking error which was easily resolved by the very capable staff

Exactly what we needed

This condo is not a five star resort but the price was perfect and the condo had every possible thing that we needed and the grounds and the pool were stunning and the view from the lanais were gorgeous!! Would absolutely stay again!

Overall the location in Princeville is great but the unit needs some attention. The mattress is very uncomfortable and the pillows provided are lumpy and old. The bed spread appears clean but could use updating. The blinds and curtains are in poor shape throughout - some of the blinds are broken or simply don't operate. The ceiling fans work, but the two free-standing floor fans are inoperable - they 'turn on' but the motors are either seized or seizing creating what could be a fire hazard. The furniture is dated and the pillows/cushions, etc need to be either cleaned or freshened. The dishes/utensils were 'ok' but the pans/cookie sheets were either rusting or not cleaned thoroughly. The range, refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster were fine - we did not use the dishwasher. The disposal works. Internet works. The TV/cable 'works' but requires patience to operate - probably more Spectrum's issue than the property management. There is a DVD player available. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc on the outside patio for use. The owner/manager was responsive but they're apparently not local so if you have specific questions it might be a guess on the answers you receive. We've stayed at The Cliffs several times over the last 10-15 years in different units, but overall the entire property and the amenities are becoming very tired and dated.

Great location but unit is a little tired

We booked this unit for our family of four and unfortunately, the sleeper sofa was broken. They provided an aerobed which was fine but it was not convenient to inflate and deflate each day and it took up a fair amount of room in the living area.Overall, the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty dated but totally functional. The location is great and the community immenities are very nice.

Beautiful property, but out of the way

Beautiful property with all of the amenities. Very clean, except for the floor, which needed to be mopped better. My feet got dirty walking around barefoot. There were beach chairs, a cooler, boogy boards, etc. for our use. The condo complex was more out of the way than we had expected, but the neighborhood was very pretty. Be aware that wild chickens will wake you quite early each morning.

Short review of The Cliffs condo

Having stayed at The Cliffs a few times before, I found the unit to be nice.. However there were a couple of things that could use improving...1..The blinds in the kitchen were rolled up when we arrived and must have been rolled up for quite some time, because when I rolled them down they were filthy...2 We also found that there was no empty cupboard in the kitchen to put groceries...3 some of the drawers in the bedroom had personal belonging in them....

Beautiful Place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The unit was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also a very spacious unit and we appreciated having two bathrooms. It was light and airy with windows at either end, which made it cool. Our only issue -- which was my error -- was that I thought it was a ground floor unit. I guess I was judging that from the photos instead of reading the description more carefully. But it was a beautiful unit with great views and close to wonderful beaches.

We loved our stay here with our family. The space was perfect—having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and two large patios made everything comfortable and easy. The Princeville location is beautiful and very convenient, with great restaurants and a large grocery store nearby.It was an ideal base for exploring—we spent our days visiting nearby beaches, checking out food trucks, and surfing and hiking around Hanalei and Haena.A big thank you to Doug & Tracy for being so gracious and accommodating when our arrival was delayed by the airline. We’d definitely stay here again!

Most of our VRBO stays have been in Europe, where owners are required to live in them for at least six months, so we don't have much experience with units that are oriented toward short term rental. That said, I thought our unit was comfortable and convenient, although it is showing its age a bit. It's accessible to many activities; there is no beach on the property but the cliffs are lovely. We were really only there to sleep, and it certainly met our needs there. If that's all you need, then you'll probably be fine with this unit. Would we stay there again? We'd look for somwhere else in Princeville, but we'd be fine with coming back.

Princeville Stay at the Cliffs

This was the perfect place for our stay. The description was right on. Sheila, our host, was very communicative and helpful. Our condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the sunset out on the vast lawn, visiting with many other people. The pool area is very nice. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will return!

Great stay in Princeville!

We can totally recommend this property! We had amazing time and our only problem was that it was just for 2 days and we had a lot of plans, so can't enjoy all activities which property offered. We'll definitely book also next time! Thanks for an amazing stay. :)

Wonderful

We loved the location, the property is wonderful and really spacious. I am sorry because we took with us by mistake the bottom part of the beach umbrella and I wanted to buy a new one but the owner never replied to my message. I would definetly come back, also with a new umbrella!

great weekend at this property

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The great view from the cliff offers whale watching and great sunset views. Nice pool and hot tubs. I would stay again any time.

The Cliffs are well known on the island, particularly due to the amazing overlook where the ocean's view can be enjoyed from an Adirondack chair or hammock. During season it provides a great whale watching opportunity. The many amenities at the Cliffs, include one of the island's best pools, with best views of the mountain, as well as tennis, bike rentals, and great food trucks.
