Designed for relaxing indoor-outdoor living, the home features an expansive covered patio, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and tranquil garden spaces perfect for gathering with family and friends.



The Space:

This fully renovated home blends classic Carmel charm with modern updates and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces.



The spacious covered patio overlooks the Santa Lucia Mountain range and serves as the heart of the home. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, side burner, refrigerator, ice maker, and a 75-inch television for watching sporting events or movies outdoors. A large dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, while the separate sunken seating area that creates the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful mountain views. NO parties or large gatherings over 10 people are allowed without a permit. Monterey has a noise ordinance in effect from 9 PM to 8 AM daily.



For golfers, families, and kids, the property also features a large putting green ideal for putting practice, cornhole, and yard games. Three outdoor ceiling heaters help keep the covered patio warm and comfortable during cool Carmel evenings.



Inside, the primary kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, oils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Large 16-foot sliding doors open directly to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.



All four bedrooms feature new mattresses, luxury linens, televisions, and strong high-speed internet. Two of the bedrooms open directly to a peaceful Zen garden, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, tea, or an evening glass of wine.



The living and dining rooms feature classic Carmel-style ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and character to the home. Guests in the primary suite can enjoy the relaxing sound of the outdoor water fountain simply by opening the windows.



We love well-behaved furry family members. Please contact us prior to booking for pet approval. A pet fee applies, and most stays are limited to one dog unless otherwise approved.



Cameras and Locations:

We have a camera system protecting the outside of our home and noise monitoring devices (they do not record conversations). The locations of the cameras are:

Please be aware that the camera does not record sounds or conversations but it will alert us if there is excessive barking or loud noises. We follow Monterey County noise ordinance that requires quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor living spaces, with the exception of the owner’s closet located in the garage.



Maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted on the property. Additional vehicles require prior approval. Street parking on N. Mesa Drive is not allowed



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from downtown Carmel, the home offers a peaceful residential setting while still being close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, golf courses, and wine tasting.



The neighborhood is primarily made up of full-time residents, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that feels tucked away while remaining conveniently located near everything Carmel has to offer.



Getting Around:

Downtown Carmel is just a quick 2-minute drive or approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. The entrance to Carmel Valley is also conveniently located about 2.5 miles from the home.



The property offers ample parking, including space large enough for two SUVs or a Sprinter van. A Tesla charger is also available in the garage for guest use.



We added this parking because there is no parking on N Mesa Drive.



Other Things to Note:

This house used to be my private residence and I would be happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, wineries, beaches, golf, hiking, shopping, and local favorites to help you make the most of your stay.



Whether you’re relaxing on the patio, practicing your putting, or enjoying the peaceful Carmel evenings by the fire pit, this home was designed to create a truly tranquil coastal getaway.



Interaction with Guests:

We self-manage the home to provide guests with a more personalized experience and quick communication throughout their stay. Guests will receive a private key code prior to arrival for easy self check-in, and we are always available by call or text to help with any questions, recommendations, or concerns.
