PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Unquestionably the most comfortable and spacious 1-bedroom unit in Oceania, the Deluxe View One-bedroom condo surely caters to the desires for relaxation of its every guest. This unique luxury condo has a spacoius bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed with WinkBed mattress, a walk-in closet, and additional built-in closets, a romantic spa/Jacuzzi room with a 2-person whirlpool tub to indulge in your every fantasy, which area flows graciously into a full modern bathroom with large glass-enclosed shower. There is further a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room for your toddlers, kids, or extra guests, supplemented with two matching single lounge chairs. A 5-seat dining table and a full-sized fully equipped kitchen ensure that you have everything at your fingertips for your creative daily meals.

To compliment your needed conveniences, a semi-private washer/dryer facility (=shared with next door's Deluxe View Studio condo, locked on both sides) with a storage facility is just off the hallway, that also lends access to a second full bathroom with glass-enclosed shower. There are two large balcony terraces (adjacent to the living room and to the primary bedroom) each with unprecedented panoramic ocean views! On the balcony of the living room, there is a gas Baby Weber stainless steel BBQ grill so that you can prepare your exquisite dinner meats to perfection while savoring the views and/or sunset; combined with the close-up views of the nightly color-alternating swimming pool, your paradise experience will undoubtedly be brought to overwhelming heights!

A code-lock safety box, free broadband wired and wireless internet, cable TV, two high definition flat TV's of which one is a Smart TV, two DVD players and a mobile connectable stereo set (bring your mobile playlists!) are all available for your extra comfort. This unit is located in the Eagle (=beach-side) building on the third floor (adjoining to the Deluxe View Studio condo).-Sleeps max 4

Great vacation

The property was even better than the listing as the furniture was updated just prior to our visit. It was exceptionally clean. We ate in for breakfast and lunch and enjoyed great dinners at nearby restaurants. Josh greeted us at arrival and gave us plenty of local information that was helpful to our stay. Overall this was a great experience-fabulous property.

First trip to Aruba

The condo is beautiful. It is clean and new and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. There is a large grocery store within a mile and many restaurant choices. There are pools available on the property and the ocean is right across the street. I would definitely rent this again.

Lovely unit!

Just as advertised. Everything was exceptionally clean. We had enough linens, towels, and kitchen items. The two balcony views were amazing. We used the bbq grill and really enjoyed it. The location is superb (centrally situated to all parts of the island). We were able to get everything we needed at the grocery store - make sure you get your own coffee.

Nice spacious unit but our deck looked onto a massive construction project. We woke to cranes and steel moving with noise from 7:30am-3pm. Although we had issues with our air conditioning, the property manager and concierge were very gracious and helpful.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortableā€”perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony, which had a great view of both the pool and the ocean.The location was fantasticā€”just a super quick walk to Eagle Beach, which was beautiful and had just the right amount of waves for our child to have fun while still feeling safe. The property also had great amenities, including a pool and an activity room. We didnā€™t get a chance to try the sauna, but wish we had!Aischal, the property manager, was incredibly kind and responsive via WhatsApp. They even helped us arrange a rental car for the day, which made it easy for us to explore the national park and Baby Beach. On top of that, since there were no guests booked on our arrival and departure days, they kindly let us check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated.The only minor downside was that the laundry area was shared, and we were only able to use it every other dayā€”but overall, this didnā€™t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 6 nights. The condo is clean with beautiful views. We gave it 4 stars because not directly on beach. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk then we taxied back with groceries. Please note that the supermarket does not provide bags. You bring your own. Also you have to pay to get a shopping cart. Tulips next door is great. We ate dinner at screaming eagle. All within walking distance. We had lots of fun. the condos are very quiet and low key so great for much needed R&R. We recommend!

Mixed Bag

Our stay at the Oceania Condos could have been close to perfect. The condo was very nice with a comfortable bed, nice showers and a gorgeous view. The grounds were beautiful, close to Eagle Beach and had lovely swimming pools. Kenneth, Head of Maintenance, was super helpful- he welcomed us when we arrived and successfully addressed a minor issue we encountered in our rental. We were willing to ignore the exterior construction/upkeep/painting/construction noise that was ongoing and even the noise from construction at the adjacent property; however, when construction on the unit DIRECTLY ABOVE our unit began 9 days into our 14 day vacation and we were listening to circular saws, hammering and tossing of lumber, it was unbearable. Anne at Prestige Vacations Aruba was very professional and helpful in processing a refund for our last four nights as we could no longer stay in our rental unit.
