It consists of 2 bedrooms each with bed 140 cm and dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk - in shower and double basin, 1 separate toilet, a living room with kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven) rotating, dishwasher, hood, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle ..) a dining area and a lounge with flat screen TV 102 cm, a storeroom with washing machine, garage for storing bike or sports equipment, a wooden terrace with table and chairs and a summer kitchen area with plancha. All on a fenced plot of 310 m2 with electric gate.
Many bike paths directly from the house, Lake Teich with supervised beach at 20 min max walk, ornithological park and many activities in the town of Gujan Mestras 10 minutes by car (Aqualand, the ladybird park, mini golf , bowling, tree climbing, municipal swimming pool .....) and a little further the ocean beaches, the dune of Pyla ......
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A deposit of 400 € will be asked on arrival by check or cash.
A cleaning fee of 50 € is offered. It can be retained on the deposit if the house is not returned in a good state of cleanliness.
