Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to Bourbon Street, but far enough away for quiet time with the family. I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

This property was centrally located for our visit (always easy to get an uber too). It was clean and exactly as described. We also enjoyed having water and snacks there. Would stay again if we come back to New Orleans.

Beautiful rental apartment. The apartment was spacious with amazing high ceilings. It was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Balconies were nice to have if you wanted to just step outside for some air and enjoy the nighttime skyline. I would certainly rent this apartment again.

As other reviewers have noted, the unit looks even better in person than photos and the photos look good! Hallways from the street to the unit smells nice which is a plus. Nice touch. Beds are comfortable. Use the white noise machine due to the street noise. I don't think the street noise is any louder here than other places in the city, but I appreciated the white noise machine being provided. Some ambient light comes in around the curtains but not a ton. Use a mask if you are really sensitive to light (I am). HVAC worked great. Furnishings were all high quality. Ironworks coffee and crepes around the corner was an excellent spot. Easy walk to convention center. Will absolutely stay here again if in town for another conference. Door code entry into unit was very convenient. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay. The communication from the management team was clear and check in was smooth. The condo was impeccably clean. The rooms feel very spacious. It's in a great location, easily walkable to Canal Street and and Bourbon Street. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location within walking distance of the convention center, river walk, and the French District. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The place was perfect with an awesome kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony each night before going out to dinner. Very relaxing.

Best place in New Orleans

It was the perfect location for us. Quiet and within walking distance to so many restaurants and entertainment venues. The place was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Either as a group or individually, we plan to stay often in the near future.

Wonderful Stay at The Magnolia

We spent 4 nights at the Magnolia property and were impressed from the moment we walked in. Perfect communication with the rental company, easy access, great location, beautiful condo with all of the amenities you would need. I would absolutely stay here again.
