Thank you for taking the time to reach out to others Mario. I will have a listen regarding the sound you speak of. I have stayed in #2000 several times and the AC is quiet. For those that don't know, we are tied into the resort AC system. There are several points of fresh AC entry into the unit. You control each one with a thermostat. It's quiet, I have never had an issue with sound. But I look into any and all feedback. And if there is any noise beyond the sound of moving air, I will surely have a technician in to take care of it. Regarding tlc, I wish you could have been specific for anything you thought was less than perfect. We keep #2000 consistently updated. For example, all of the wood shelves, cabinets and trim in #2000 was refinished few months ago. And at that same time, every wood door with the fabric inserts was replaced. I wish you and your family the best. If there was ever anything not to your liking, we would have been happy to quickly respond during your stay. Best regards, Tim Miller

When I saw our guests email I called him to apologize to him personally about the trouble. This is not normal as our guests suggests in this email. Thank you Michael for sharing. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the bed. As I had mentioned at the time, the bed was almost brand new when you stayed with us. A mattress topper does can make the bed feel a lot softer for people that prefer a softer feel. I know everyone is different, but you guys were the only ones that complained to me about the bed. When making a purchase, I always go with medium firmness, and middle to upper end for mattress quality and price. Regarding the unit feeling smaller, I show the square footage in addition to the many photos. Kind regards, Tim Miller

Thank you kindly for providing your feedback Mo. I'm sorry we fell short regarding your expectations for the sheets and bed. Regarding the bed, the mattress was nearly brand new at the time of this review came in. It is a good quality, which is why I was surprised to read about this. I think the mattress feels really nice. But I thought maybe it's just me, so I have asked other guests and they all like it a lot as well. So the bed part I am confused about. Regarding the sheets, each year, my wife and I take down brand new sheets and towels for all the units. It's like a yearly ritual for us. We purchase 10 towels for every bathroom we have. We take care of 8 units in Cancun, most of them are 4br3.5bth units, so it a lot of towels and sheets. We have a total of 25 bathrooms, so we take down 125 towels each year. We get all cotton, high end towels, 53"x32" large, hefty, soft towels. And the sheets are 450 thread count sheets, all white for both the sheets and towels. Shrink wrapping 125 towels is a long process, my wife and I have it down to bit of a science, we get everything packed up in about 3.5 hours of non-stop work. We take 8 fully loaded checked in bags each year when we do this. It is always in December just before high season. That's why we always fly Southwest, because the first two bags for each of us are free. Anyway, sheets and towels are very expensive in Cancun, so we go through this trouble to keep costs down and also to have better control over the quality level of what we are bringing down each time. Every unit gets a new set of sheets every year. So it was disheartening to hear about the sheets not being in excellent condition. My wife is really big on having super nice sheets and towels, and also cleanliness and organization. We have many, many reviews on the biggest platform, over 200 as of this writing (I don't think I am allowed to say which platform here). I hope you do check out those reviews as well because you will see that we consistently get high marks for cleanliness and service. Best regards, Tim Miller
