Thanks for sharing your feedback Nyia. I'm sorry your experience could have been better. My wife and I take a lot of pride in our towels and sheets. We bring them down personally from the US. We provide large, high quality, soft all cotton bath towels (30"x58"). We normally get high praises on our towels and and also our sheets which we also bring down ourselves from the states to ensure the same high quality items every time. Sheets are 575 thread count. Our TV's should always be working. I don't know how they could not have been working. We have 5 TV's in the unit. The jacuzzi is checked before every check in and we have each guest sign off on that specifically. I apologize that something broke after your arrival. Normally Abdiel is there, even on Sundays. If we don't have arrivals on a Sunday, I try to give him those Sundays off. We provide a supply list in every welcome packet. Some items are unlimited such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and garbage bags. Others are not. We don't provide paper towels. However we do leave one roll there as a courtesy, as stated in the welcome packet. Kind regards, Tim Miller

Thank you for your detailed review, Angelo. You can see it has been a few years since this review was posted. I would like to confirm a few things. The AC works great in every room, and we have an ongoing maintenance contract where every unit within the condo is serviced every 90 days. The ceiling fans in 3703 all work, and they are brand new on the main level, very nice fans. The oven is new, and the dishwasher works perfectly. Regarding groceries, I think that may have been confusing for some readers. After you book, we send you a welcome pack. In the welcome packet you will find a link to book your transfers. When you book your transfers, you have the option to add the grocery store run. So when you check that box, they will pick you up from the airport, then take you to the grocery store, then to the condo. They charge an extra $35 for this. In the welcome packet, we recommend (in the welcome packet) that you put in the notes to have them take you to Walmart Cumbres. This is a big Walmart that also sells groceries. It is about 20 minutes out of the way (10 minutes in each direction). The reason we recommend this, is that this is where the locals go, it's not in the hotel zone. That's why the groceries there are 20% less than the place Angelo is referencing in the review. If you prefer pass on going to Walmart (leave no notes when you book the grocery store run), the transportation company will take you to the hotel zone grocery store by default. Because it takes less time for them. Totally up to each guest, but wanted to help the viewers understand that part. Blessings all, Tim Miller
