Plantations at Princeville, located within the Princeville Resort on Kauai's lush North Shore, is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. This complex, which overlooks the Makai Golf Course just steps away from a jogging path, features such shared amenities as a swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a grilling area. You'll be just a few minutes from the St. Regis (one mile), charming downtown Hanalei (four miles), and all of the beautiful beaches that the North Shore has to offer. The Princeville Shopping Center is within walking distance as well. Nearby activities include horseback riding, golf, parasailing, hiking, zip line adventures, and helicopter rides.

Good location across from the Makai golf course. Backs up to Ka Haku Road so can be somewhat noisy. But good view of Napali coast. Condo was very clean and well stocked. When we arrived the kitchen lights didnā€™t work and one of the sliding doors would not lock. We called and the manager sent someone out to fix these issues very promptly. Great clubhouse and pool/hot tub. The clubhouse has new equipment and we used it frequently. Nice to have a garage as well.We enjoyed the condo and recommend it.

Great value for the place. Clean, modern and perfect location. The only complaint was that the pool was small and hot tub was not warmā€”when traveling with kids that is important.

Nice Property

This condo worked great for our family of 5. Just a couple things to be aware of:- condo backs onto fairly busy road where lanai sits. Although there is a nice tall hedge that provides privacy but not too tall that blocks wonderful views of mountains, there is some road noise,- second bedroom does not have air conditioning vents(weird), but windows open and allow cooling off in evening.Great kitchen and bathrooms!

Awesome place

The condo was perfect! The location was great and the view of the mountains every morning was amazing. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Lots of cooking wear and dishes. We used the beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella. It is a five star rating!

Wonderful

Delightful Stayā€¦ beautiful area and condo, well appointed, equipped and super clean. Views of the golf course and mountains were wonderful. No need for alarm clocks as chickens serve as your morning wake up. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas were a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Every beach and little town were what you want from a Hawaii vacation. Prepare for an amazing and unforgettable visit.

Very nice place

This condo was confortable for a family of 5. It was very well equipped and located on a quiet street. We had everything for the beach which was super efficient. The only tiny down side is the terrasse is situated on a busy street but we manage to eat outside anyway. With the A/C on you canā€™t hear anything. I would definitely go back.

Perfect Location

Unfortunately one of my packages I ordered arrived the day before we checked in and it was never to be seen again. I could tell it was delivered and placed in front of the door but who knows what happened to it after that. The people managing the property just said ā€˜this is why we donā€™t recommend sending packages hereā€™. Also, not sure if it is stated above but the second bedroom does not have AC and is pretty warm. We did love the unit over all and the location was amazing!!!

Loved everything about our stay!!

The plantation at Princeville property met and exceeded all of our expectations!! The view of the golf course and mountains was gorgeous. It was in walking distance to Queenā€™s bath. We enjoyed playing tennis at the golf club. It was close to princeville shopping center and a short drive to Hanalie bay. The property itself was clean and had every single amenity we could possibly imagine. It was lovely. The A/C was wonderful too. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxing Stay

The property was great. Had breakfast on the lanai each morning. Beautiful landscaping and fun birds joined us each day. One problem, we had to call the neighborhood security twice as the upstairs residents had a loud party until 1:30 AM on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. They were responsive and not really the fault of the condo owner but worth noting.

Beautiful scenery, spacious and bright home!

The home itself was clean and spacious and very well priced for the value it brought to our trip!! We especially loved the mountain and golf course views from the living room and backyard. It was well located and felt very safe and quiet. The only issue we had was during our check-in ā€” the smart lock on the door was having issues where the bolt would not unlock even though we were using the correct code. It took a while to get through to Vacasa customer service, but eventually they were able to give us another code to a lockbox with the spare key, and we had to use that to get in and out of the property since the smart lock was malfunctioning.
