Steps to the World famous "Makai Golf course!" This Plantation at Princeville 3 BR, 3 full bath condo includes new stainless steel appliances, A/C, large covered lanai with a large teak table and extra seating. Experience fantastic sunsets, rainbows, mountains views, and local birds visiting the lanai. This unique unit also offers an attached garage, steps to the resort pool with waterfall, BBQ and fully equipped fitness center.

All the luxuries of a hotel with the amenities of a home. Living room area has a large 50" flatscreen tv. Upgraded in 2024. Dining area has capiz shell chandelier, and a beautiful rattan table with seating for 4-6. MB has a Tommy Bahama King bed with new $10K mattress, flatscreen TV, view of mountains, and a large master bath. The master bath includes a large soaking tub and shower.. BR 2 has a flatscreen t.v with a king bed and private bath. BR 3 has a queen bed, with an adjacent bath. All rooms have ceiling fans. Additionally, this condo offers plenty of large windows and four sliding glass doors to feel the island breeze. We offer lots of toys in the garage, including five adult beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surfboard, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is adjacent to the building.

Walk to the Princeville Shopping Center restaurants, coffee, shopping, farmers markets, and live music on Wednesday and Saturday. Stroll along the scenic Ka Haku Road and take in majestic mountain, golf course and ocean views.

A golfer's paradise, this complex is across the street from the newly redesigned 45-hole PGA Championship 'Makai' Golf Course, and within minutes of the Prince Golf Course, the No. 1 rated golf course in Hawaii by Golf Digest Magazine.

For adventure seekers, Princeville is located minutes to what some consider 'the best beaches in the world'. Hanalei Bay, Sea Lodge Beach, Hideaways, Queens Bath, Anini Beach just to name a few. The sprawling 'Princeville Ranch is minutes away which offers zipline tours, horseback riding and kayaking. Minutes up the road, is Ke'e beach which is the gateway to the pristine Napali Coast.

For the relaxers, sunbathe at the pool, read on the lanai or warm sandy beaches or find some solitude at the Halele'a spa just minutes away.

Amazing stay. The condo was great, we loved the lanai, ate all our meals there and enjoyed coffee on it every morning. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies etc. Princeville area is beautiful as well.

Property was exactly as described. We were there as an adult family of 6. Each couple had a nice room and their own bathroom which is so nice. Loved the patio in the evenings looking out over the pool. Used the pool and spa which appeared well maintained. Always found parking although not really room to park in the garage as owner provides bikes, beach chairs, boards, etc which we enjoyed. Easy to go for a run/walk in the mornings.

This condo has it all! Super comfortable and the garage is loaded. It has everything you need. 3 different size coolers, all beach items, and even water shoes. Six adults stayed here and we all had plenty of room. I will definitely come back.

Excellent

Staying at this condo did not disappoint. It is very peaceful and the location was close to everything we wanted to do on the north shore. The condo was very clean and Laura was an excellent host who made sure you had everything you needed for the beach (the beach chairs were a plus). In addition, Laura sent me a very well done trip planning guide of restaurants, trails and information about all the beaches and what to expect at each beach. Overall the experience was excellent and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Princeville is gorgeous with stunning views. You will fall in love with it! Thank you again Laura for being an excellent host and attending to our needs.

Perfect Adult Children Christmas Gift

Laurie was amazing. The place was perfect with super comfy beds in each room. Close to Hanalei and lots of beaches to explore that were hidden and fun to discover. The bikes came in handy. We loved it and hope to have the opportunity to return again someday! Thank You!!

Long stay

We had a wonderful second time stay, this time we stayed for 16days. The condo is always outfitted with all the things we love to have laundry, pool, sand toys , chairs Boogey boards, dishes, blender. The spaciousness is awesome. The beds are always fluffy and comfy. Great views from the balcony. We have 3 kids and it is great for the older ones with board games and tvs in every room. It’s a little rougher with the younger one. We had to put away a lot of decorations and remove cleaning supplies or knoves from bottom drawers. We absolutely love it there and Laura is always so responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay in Princeville and made friends who helped guide us to interesting beaches. We found the baby albatross and saw the tunnels. What a great time to have the family together, relax, and enjoy all the interesting places to eat. We ate at a luau, tried the wonderful pulled pork at the Kalypso, had breakfast and lunch on a catermoran, and evenmade it to the south shore for a puka dog!

Trip of a lifetime

This place was perfect! The owners were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating!The beds were insanely comfortable, everything was very clean, it definitely felt like a home away from home! All the extra beach amenities to use was the icing on the cake! Perfect location, quiet area.If we ever get to come back to the Island this will definitely be our first pick to stay!

Great location

3 adult couples really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The host was wonderful and very timely and responsive to all communication. The location is so close tonHanalei and Kapaa and all the great beaches in between. My only complaint is that the property and location was so great that we didn’t even make it down to the southern part of the island other than once. So much to do and see right where we were. The condo was spacious, we loved the pool and spent most of our time out on the balcony. We never felt crowded. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation!!!

We love Kauai and this condo was perfect for our family (4 adults). The layout gave everyone a place to spreadout and have their own space. The condo is well located and has nice views of the pool and mountains. It was a bonus to have some chairs, cooler, boogie board, etc. to use during our stay. We chose to cook the majority of our meals and found the kitchen to be very well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

Great Location

Rental property is as described and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a great veranda in the morning for coffee. We loved it! So relaxing and welcoming. Our Grand-daughters enjoyed the pool after a day if sightseeing.

Kauai paradise

Better than advertised! Great location … near beaches, Restaurants, golf and Hanalei is only a short 5-8 minutes away…Highly recommend Hanelei Charters for boat cruise of the Napali Coast! Cost of Laurie’s condo was reasonable and well worth it! Sorry we didn’t stay longer!

Trip with Mom

Brought my elderly mother for a trip to Kauai. She has visited many time over the years, but has always stayed in Kapaa. The condo met our needs of separate rooms and bathrooms along with the lovely Lanai to hang out for coffee in the morning and snacks in the evening. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Would stay here again if the occasion arises.

I have been traveling to Kauai annually since 2006. I have extensive knowledge of the island, beaches, restaurants and local activities. I love sharing my knowledge with our guests and providing a wonderful family experience. We have traveled all over the world, but after traveling to Kauai, we were taken by the island's pristine beaches, canopy trees, secluded hikes, exhilerating zipline tours, and majestic mountain and ocean views. After staying in Princeville one time, we decided this is the most magical place on earth and are so fortunate to now own a place here. I love sharing our place with other families and love helping to create lasting memories.

Our family loves Kauai. Princeville is the most beautiful location on the island. Endless rainbows, secluded beaches, unlike home. Ke'e Beach and Hanalei Bay are close by as is the beginning of the famed Napali Coast trail. Princeville Ranch with its kayak and zipline tours, horseback riding and hikes is within a mile. Kauai proved to be everything we wanted in a family vacation and a place we can return to every year.

Our condo is both beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly. The view from the lanai is picturesque. Our lanai is really special. We have beautiful views of the pool, mountains and a sunset glow. You can see morning waterfalls on the mountains. From the second bedroom windows, you hear the sounds of the waterfall. We also have a very slight ocean view.
