Spend your days on the white, sandy beaches, and then come home to kick back on one the balconies, on the deck, or out on the patio while you do a little reading or sip a refreshing beverage. Bikes are provided to help you explore the area, and you'll also have shared access to the best pool on 30A! This home also includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals and beach snacks, along with comfortable bedrooms that include three master suites with plenty of room for your guests to spread out and relax.

What's nearby:
The spectacular white, sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico are just a half-mile south of this rental (with an on-demand trolley service available to make the trip even easier), allowing you to spend your mornings building sandcastles and watching for playful dolphins in the surf. You can also cool off after a day at the beach in the fantastic community pool. This house is also close to an assortment of restaurants, shops, and art galleries as well, including several within walking distance.

House was perfect for us. We had 10 guests. The house easily served us well. Check-in was great checkout was great. Layout of house was really good. Master bedrooms were fabulous. It was great having 4 1/2 bathrooms. Highly recommend for large groups.

Moonlight Serenade property.

The house is well placed. The beach is across the street. We enjoyed the tram service. We wish they would’ve run later, but the hours that they ran, it was really beneficial. Enjoyed the bikes that they had there. They had some beach chairs and outdoor shower at the house before you came in Pool access was great. The house itself was laid out very nicely And definitely can handle 10 guests easily. I would highly recommend it. The owners and service are very responsive overall.

Very nice stay, needs to be better cleaned

The space in the house is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our group. The tram to the beach was a fun perk. The 4 pools were nice and clean but finding somewhere to sit - good luck. You have to get there very early to even hope for a chance at finding a chair or two for your family.

Great for a beach weekend

A group of 7 of us stayed at this house for my bachelorette trip to Rosemary Beach. We had a wonderful time and the house was a great fit for us! The beach house neighborhood is great, walking distance to town, and we loved the beach tram service. We did have an issue with a portion of the house’s lights not working on the first night, but the local staff promptly fixed it when we were at the beach the next day. The one area of improvement I would recommend is adding beach towels. For guests that fly in rather than drive, one beach towel can take up half a suitcase, so it would have been really nice if the house had a set to provide. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely book with Vacasa again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Loved this home, neighborhood & location! House was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 young adults & a toddler. There was room for additional kids if needed. Customer service was quick to reply with any questions via text and sent maintenance out ASAP when the fire alarm was beeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

The house was clean. The beach chairs, boards, and sand toys in the garage were great. My husband and daughter enjoyed the bikes. We love this neighborhood and being able to walk everywhere. We did use the team a couple of times with our beach equipment. That was convenient, and the drivers are nice and helpful. For the coffee drinkers: the coffee maker takes cone filters. There were no scissors or cookie sheets, and there should be more spoons and coffee mugs. But I’ve never stayed in a house that isn’t missing something. We would definitely stay here again.

Started out rough

I’ll start by saying that the home is beautiful and the layout/location was so nice. Unfortunately there were several issues that were not handled well. When we arrived the downstairs air was not working. We called and someone did come about 24 hours later and fixed it but the first night was extremely uncomfortable. In the meantime we noticed there were only 3 bath towels. We called the management and they said they would have them to us by 9 the next morning but in the meantime “we could wash those 3 so the 6 of us would have a towel”. They did not come the next day so I began texting the number provided and didn’t get bath towels for over 48 hours. The other issue we had was the ice maker. The freezer would barely open and we weren’t able to get it open or to get the ice maker to work. We had a great time despite the rough start but I am unlikely to stay at another place managed by this company. There was no so sorry or any kind of retribution.

Nice beach house

We have rented several homes through Vacasa, and are always impressed with their customer service. The few issues we had at this house (sinks not draining, etc) that we brought to the attention of Vacasa were quickly fixed. The staff were polite and attentive. (However, we didn’t want to wait around for a fix for a few other things: several recessed lights bulbs were out in the kitchen, the stairwell and upstairs, and the TV in the upstairs bedroom with two twin beds didn’t work. The grill ran out of propane almost immediately. When we arrived there was an open soda can in the primary bedroom closet and dirty laundry and trash from previous occupants under the bunk beds. In hindsight I wish we’d told Vacasa about all the issues when we arrived.) Other than that, it was a great house, comfortable furniture with a great assortment of bikes and beach supplies! But at the price we paid we were surprised by the issues… The neighborhood and pool were very nice, and the trams were great. The beach in front of this resort is insanely crowded, so we ended up driving to other beaches a few miles away.

Overall a nice place to stay. Flooring downstairs is old and dirty looking. Needs replaced.

Master sink drains slow. Master shower floor is dirty and needs cleaned. Flooring downstairs is a lighter tan that shows the ground on dirt from years of use. Needs to be placed very soon, especially contact add ring the high rental rate for the property. I would not stay in the sea rest area again. Too far away from beach and there are too many renters that are trying to use a small designated beach area that is too small for the large numbers of renters wanting to use the beach. Private beaches on both sides of the Seacrest beach area make the Seacrest beach area too small for the large number of renters wanting to use the beach.

Overall good stay, but overpriced.

Pros: location, tram service, plenty of rooms for our party of two families (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 infants). 2 pack n plays on site. Plenty of bath towels. Beach chairs provided which was nice. Vacasa was pretty responsive to addressing needs/concerns. Cons: check-in process not clear in welcome email. Didn’t know we had to check in with Seacrest guest services. Grill was not cleaned and propane was empty. Got locked out of the garage… no garage code provided. No beach towels as advertised. Stove/cook surface super uneven re cooking. Mattresses lumpy/worn and Not comfortable. No smart TVs on site.

Lots of room and fun!

We had a great visit with our friends. 4 adults and 5 kids under 4 years old. Plenty of room for the kids and babies to sleep, very clean and accommodating! Bring Bottled water, as the fridge doesn’t have a water dispenser!

Moonlight Serenade

We enjoyed the community, pools and proximity to the beach. The music in the park each evening was enjoyable. The bicycles were great for getting around the community.

Pleasant and Roomy

We stayed here with two families, (9 of us), and we had plenty of space. The kitchen and the bathrooms were nice, as well as the mattresses. Some thoughts for future guests: needs a new grill, there are no beach towels (we had to purchase new ones as we traveled from MN and didn't bring any), very minimal basics for kitchen/laundry were provided (we purchased hand soap, salt/pepper, laundry detergent, paper towels and garbage bags), among other things. Also it would have been nice to have printed info in house about needing to call security for bracelets and beach access, as well as local grocery stores and restaurants to visit... I called Vacasa and for some reason the security info was not listed on our web page reservation. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, nice neighborhood and easy to get to pool and beach (once you figure out how...).

Great long weekend

The home was very comfortable. First floor bedroom was great for a grandparent who could not climb stairs. Kitchen was well equipped, but was small and little storage for dry goods since pantry was locked. Rental was to include use of two bikes and code to lock was to be in house. We were not able to locate code and code provided by VACASA did not work on locks. We were able to fit 3 medium sized SUVs in drive way, but there is no additional street parking for this house. Tram service was great, but we usually walked to the beach (15 minutes). Beach was very crowded. A few light bulbs were out and TV in the 1st floor bedroom did not operate properly which was an inconvenience. Definitely recommend Seacrest and this home.

Great stay

Only change that would benefit would be faster turnaround time on advance inquiries weeks before arrival. I emailed a few times and would receive a partial answer weeks later or not at all regarding questions about the property

Spacious. Wonderful but a few issues

The area was fabulous. Family oriented and great for our group. HOWEVER, there was a dirty wine glass on the front porch a saucer in the cabinet with someone else’s butter Bike availability was advertised but the code for the bike lock was not provided. Info was not provided on how to get wristbands for the pool and beach. Seems there are problems with the management company The facility was beautiful if they can get organized

Awesome house

Great house for two family’s. We loved being toward the back of the community to avoid all the cars and traffic. Staff was super friendly and when our tub clogged they promptly responded and fixed it. Bring your own shampoo, soap, laundry soap TP and paper towels. Also due to Covid, no normal Salt and pepper or spices are available so plan accordingly. We would book same house again. Great pool and tram service to beach was perfect
