Summer vacation

Amazing location - just a few minute’s walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The ocean view from the balcony and living room is beautiful! This condo is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and fun stay!

excellent location, the unit was a little dated and the washer broke on the first day but the rental company did our laundry for us. Beautiful beach

High Pointe Resort #1413

Property was perfect for our stay, plenty of room for us, great view and location to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Allys beach. Loved Crabby Steve’s, beach chairs, and beach. Wish pool was heated.

Great Beach Vacation ; "Above and Beyond" Service

We had an overall great stay at High Pointe Resort. Would 100% recommend and would 100% stay here again. Young family of four. The beach and pool combination was super convenient. Limitless restaurant choices nearby, including Crabby Steve's on resort property with excellent food. *Excellent service from the property management team: I accidentally left some clothing behind; they bagged it and took it to UPS for me and it arrived at my house within a few days.

Great area and property - condo a bit outdated

Some minor things - which we figured we might be getting into. The door knob pulled off, the kitchen sink was very loose, water backing up in the tub and other wear and tear issues. Had an issue with one of the bands not working that never got resolved with the property manager. However, reasonably priced compared to everything around it. Pros - loved the access to the beach and the beach layout as well as the pool and the access to Highway 30A, Alysias Beach, Rosemary and everything in between. Would likely revisit here versus a more "upscale" and more expensive and also more crowded place along 30A.

Out of style and expensive 2 bedroom condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an ok rental--but way overpriced for this level of quality condo. An I'm used to going to Rosemary Beach. We usually have a large group and rent houses on the water, but this year there was only 4 of us, so we thought we would try a smaller unit. There were muliple light bulbs out, especially ones in kitchen and laundry closet--didn't the cleaning people notice? I let the management know on Saturday and a man came out, but never fixed the main problem, only changed a bulb in the dining room. Furniture was uncomfortable, linens were low quality, not enough kitchen dishes and paint peeling in master bath. Also for this price I was shocked that there was not a walk in shower. The oval built in tub and sliding glass doors were hard to get in and out of and I'm very agile.

Location Location Location!

High Pointe is quite possibly the best located condominium complex in Rosemary Beach. Pros: *All the shops / restaurants are a 5 min walk on manicured sidewalks; *Beach access is very close and easy. The stairs are steep but it’s one is the few access points that also has a ramp; *Crabby Steve’s is a casual beach cafe situated at the beach access point / outside the pool complex which offers a variety of casual beach food, mixed drinks, etc. They also have air conditioned restrooms which was really nice with kids especially when at the pool; *This unit came with two chairs / umbrella set up on the beach which was great as daily chair service is costly; *the pool is enormous and very clean, has varying depths from 3 to 6 feet. The caliber and size of the pool is something you’d see at a high end resort property. There are also plenty of pool chairs, umbrellas, tables so never had an issue with seating Cons: *The complex and condo itself is dated, especially compared to the ritzy surrounding real estate, but it’s well maintained with gated access and plentiful parking. *Both bathrooms had tub/shower combos and both were atypically high; could be challenging to step in for anyone with mobility issues *Tile flooring could use a deep steam clean as our soles turned black from just walking barefoot in the home. Everything else appeared very clean. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would absolutely return to the High Pointe condos!

Sept 2020 Stay

Overall a very nice play to stay. The complex is very convenient to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary and Alys. Seacrest shops and restaurants are literally across the street. The unit is located on the 4th floor overlooking the pool with a water view of the gulf. The beach is just a short walk away. The first thing we noticed was that the unit was very clean. The were ample towels in both bathrooms. The wifi worked perfectly with good connection speed. The kitchen seemed well stocked although we really didn't use it very much. Everything is the unit worked as intended. The pictures need a bit of updating. The bedroom furniture(both rooms) is not the furniture in the pictures. No issues with the furniture, it's just that the current bedroom furniture doesn't match the listing. Same for some of the rugs and bar stools. The main issue we had was with the bicycles...couldn't find bikes assigned to the unit anywhere. Contacted the bike rental company as per the instructions and they said they didn't have bikes for this unit so we contacted the property management. They looked for the bikes but could find them either. The were supposed to contact the bike rental company and get back to us but never did which was a bit disappointing. The only other issue with the complex was that the tennis courts...the courts were locked and unable to access them. Overall High Pointe is a great location. The complex is older but well maintained. The unit is in a good location, very clean and comfortable. Although there were some things that needed to be addressed, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

May 2021 Stay

The facility was incredible. Our particular unit was somewhat dirty. The floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes non stop our feet were totally black If we walked from The bedrooms to the kitchen our feet were black. Our child had black feet nonstop. The living room sofa was not clean either spots on it and rather unclean. The rest of the facility was perfect.

Nice view, easy beach access

We have always stayed at Rosemary beach in a house. Renting a condo was quite different for us. What we found was this High Pinot Condo offered us a wonderful beach view from our balcony and the beach was a very short walk away. What I loved was the ease of parking, the ease of getting to the beach and pool and the ease of check in and communication with the rental agency. Having the private beach was amazing… 2 chairs and umbrella are included and set up daily and everyone is front row. We will come back! The dryer was broken upon arrival but was fixed during our stay. Communication with the rental agency was fast and efficient. We had a very nice stay. High Point is the way to go!

Nice resort but some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed on 30A many times over the last 15 years and typically stay at Rosemary Beach but gave High Pointe a try since it was on the beach side of 30A. HP is located in Seacreast Beach, immediately adjacent to Rosemary Beach. The walk from HP to Rosemary is quick and easy (less than 5 minutes). There was good and bad with this unit.Good:1. Gated community on south side of 30A2. Easy access to amenities of Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach3. 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up included (via La Dolce Vita onsite)4. 2 adult bikes included (via La Dolce Vita onsite)5. Onsite restaurant (Crabby Steve's) serves excellent food and cocktails at lunch, available for dine in outside or take out6. Partial ocean view from unit7. Large lagoon style pool with multiple waterfalls and easy to spread out.8. Unit somewhat updated with stainless steel appliances, tile floors, comfortable bedsBad:1. Unit was only partially cleaned when we arrived - there were dirty sheets and unmade master bed, few items left on floor and couch from previous renters, sand in tub of 2nd bathroom, counters not completely wiped in kitchen. Property manager did respond in a timely manner to have cleaners come back out.2. Couch in the living room had multiple stains on the slipcover. Needed to be cleaned or replaced by another slipcover.3. Much of furniture in the dining area and bedrooms is different and not reflective of pictures on the website.4. The balcony furniture was badly stained/dirty and needs to be replaced.5. The sliding door film is worn and hazy and should be replaced - obscures the ocean view from inside the unit.6. The dryer did not work well - took multiple cycles to dry clothes. Property manager did respond with having an appliance vendor repair within 24 hours.HP is an older but nice resort in a great location. We would not stay in this particular unit again due to

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rosemary Beach/Seacrest is a very nice vacation place with a great beach. Condo was nice except for the tile floors throughout the unit need a scrubbing, dining room chairs and balcony furniture need to be replaced.
