This professionally decorated three story beach home has 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms. Spacious with 4285 sq/ft, it is equipped with an elevator for your comfort. EV charger as well.
Sleeps up to 10 people very, very comfortably, with roof deck, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, deck furniture, and stunning ocean views.

Fully furnished designer interiors and custom furnishings with hardwood floors throughout. Five large bedrooms and five large baths. Top of the line beds. One king bed in the master, and five queen beds in the other four bedrooms. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances.
The home is equipped with internet, WIFI, a high-end audiophile stereo, large game room, bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards and wet suits.

Large two car garage and in addition a single car garage.

Great beach rental — house and furniture was excellent /brand new condition. Owners were super great hosts — all amenities /beach gear was avail for our use. Great stay — no complaints — hope to be back again soon!

Family trip to CA

This house is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and they have so many things to enhance your experience. Everything went so smoothly with check-in/check-out. Joyce is wonderful to work with as well. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to this area. We have stayed in this area 3 times and this has to be the nicest house there!

Labor day at the beach

This was the most amazing house I've ever rented!!! Spacious, fully stocked with all amenities, perfect location.. From the furnishings to the appliances everything is top notch... The owner was so incredibly helpful.. We will definitely book this again..

Perfect

I am a pretty picky traveler and this house exceeded my expectations for our multi-generational family get away. The house is Immaculate, spacious and extremely well equipped as shown in photos and descriptions. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful gracious host. The location was perfect, steps to beach, short walk to marina and miles of bike trails. We will definitely be going back!

The Perfect Beach House!

We cannot say enough great things about this property - from the location, the amenities and overall experience. We stayed here for ten days with six adults and four kids and had the best time. Amazing location right off Hollywood Beach. All the beach gear needed. Plus we used the bikes and scooters to head to the nearby beach park and ride around the neighborhood. Explored nearby Ventura as well and even took a day trip to Santa Barbara. Can’t wait to stay here again!

great stay, flexible location

Just finished a 5-night stay at this lovely house. The house itself really was great, but my favorite aspect with our group (family gathering, infant through grandparents) was the flexibility of the house’s setup and its location. Whether we ate out or in, did lots of activities or just relaxed on the porch, this place was well prepared for whatever we wanted to do. Inside the house, I would highlight the elevator, well-equipped kitchen, large connected entertainment/dining space, and sunsets on the roof patio (with the fire pit which was quite effective at keeping everyone warm). Definitely recommended.

Amazing beach vacation house

This was an incredible place for our group of 10, ranging in age from 10 to 88! The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything a group could need for a beach getaway. From a wonderfully well-stocked kitchen (including an ice cream maker!) to an indoor elevator (perfect for the eldest in our group) to a huge assortment of beach toys (kite, boogie boards, wetsuits), the owners have truly thought of everything. The house itself is an ideal setup, with plenty of space for our group of 10 to sleep and to relax. And the indoor game room was fantastic for all ages! The owners were very responsive to questions and created a really fantastic vacation rental experience. We can't wait to return!

Worth it !!!!!!!!!

If Malibu and the Ritz Carlton had a baby.....it would be this property. Every attention to detail was exceeded. The beds have top-shelf linens, with great mattresses. Well stocked kitchen. All the toys a family would want and more. The rooftop fireplace was so wonderful at night watching the sunsets. If only the BEST will do, this property is for you.

Local Family Vacation

This spacious five-bedroom five-bathroom modern beach house was perfect for our local family vacation! With nine people, we were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped chef's kitchen and playing cards and board games in the adjacent living room. The home is steps from a beautiful and quiet beach, and a short walk to the harbor where we rented jet skis, a Duffy boat and purchased local fresh fish. This quiet beach community provided the perfect environment for us to walk, run, relax and recharge. The owners were accessible an ensured we had what we needed to enjoy our time. We highly recommend renting this beautiful home!

Surrounded with Every Luxury!

What an extraordinary experience our family had spending a week in this absolutely gorgeous home! Even before we arrived, our hosts made us feel welcome & well taken care of. They were so kind, extremely responsive, & had truly thought of everything to make our stay special. The home itself is just spectacular, as is the location & by a beautiful beach. And on top of that, the hosts had taken care to appoint it with every possible luxury and item we could need - from supersoft sheets & puffy comforters; to office supplies; to coffee, espresso, & tea; to bikes, surfboards, wetsuits, chairs, & kite; to everything else we could imagine. Super fun game room, too. Rooftop view is great. Master suite & bath is spectacular! What an absolute joy to have been here & taken care of so wonderfully. THANK YOU!

Revitalized in Oxnard

This home was spectacular! New, beautifully decorated, and 120% fully equipped. The equivalent of staying in a 5 star hotel resort. Our family of 3 generations had a great time. There was plenty of room and privacy for 8 adults and 4 kids. Robert and Joyce were terrific to deal with; they have a well-deserved pride of ownership. Ready to help when needed. Spectacular home and hosts!

Our family has an annual tradition of a summer vacation at Hollywood Beach and this. year's edition was AMAZING. This home is beautiful with a great floor plan, comfortable, spacious, extremely well stocked, and right across the street from easy access to the beach. The kitchen was a dream, and set up so nicely to make cooking part of the social experience. Games and beach stuff were top notch - my sister said "it's like they thought of every fun thing possible!" Our host Joyce was welcoming, kind, and super responsive - when we noted one little thing that would be nice for the kitchen she had it delivered to us the next day! Six outta five stars :D

Great location

Owners are watching at all times on Ring and making assumptions. They called to accuse I had a dog on premises and didn't apologize at all for bothering me and they were completely wrong. Then said we broke a door track which was probably already cracked when we arrived but just gave way at that point. Nice house but rather stressful

We have unbelievable reviews, other than this guest! This guest from the onset was not forthright, did not take responsibility for damages to the property, and became dismissive and hostile to all facts and matters at hand. We accommodated an early arrival for her family that were not even on the guest list. This guest in their 4 day stay damaged our custom barn door in which we had two contractors and a barn door company assess the the barn door they all said the door was slammed so hard that it was over the stopper in which I sent the guest a video and photos to show her the damages. This door that was left by this guest in the inoperable 'closed' position, not allowing access to the laundry room. In addition, she was given back an erroneous refund which she has refused to pay back, as per the VRBO representative that contacted her. Therefore, Ms. Brown did not pay for her stay in full, but thousands shy. VRBO owners beware. This is a brand new custom beach home... It is with great pride that we present our home for VRBO guests, as every prior review supports. Concurrently our family will continue to do everything for our guests, in making our home the most enjoyable and exciting VRBO experience possible.

Doesn’t get any better

This house absolutely perfect! Just as the photos depict - the home is immaculate. Beautifully designed and decorated. Every inch of the home is well kept and very clean. Just about anything you can think of, this home has it. Great location. Just steps from the beach. Close to restaurants. Just across the street you can enjoy all of the harbor activities you can think of - rent jet skis, electric boats, paddle boards and kayaks. The home is equipped with boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, and just about all the beach equipment you need. The rooftop deck was amazing for barbecuing and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The owners of the home were fantastic hosts, and were available for any questions. Cant say enough great things about this property. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect vacation home

What a wonderful home. Everything in person was just as nice, if not better than the pictures. The house is in pristine condition and is obviously very well taken care of. It is completely stocked - every kitchen appliance you could want; everything you might want at the beach (surfboards, beach chairs, toys, wet suits - you name it). The beach is so close, as well as the harbor and a park - both wonderful for walks, or bike rides. We really enjoyed walking to the local farmers market (Sunday mornings). Was a great way to stock up on fresh produce for meals for the week. We were surprised at how pleasantly cool the weather was - visited in August, at it was 65-73 degrees for the whole week. Such a refreshing change in the middle of summer. Very comfortable furniture and everything was beautifully appointed - it just felt like “home”. Would highly recommend!

The Most Amazing House

Robert and Joyce were amazing hosts and have an incredible property. We could not decide which was better the home or location, practically right on the beach. Their home is, frankly, unbelievable. The furnishing/decor is top notch and so well designed. The kitchen was stocked for foodies with all the kitchen tools and entertaining dishes you would need for a fantastic meal, which is very unusual for a rental. The game room, roof top deck, music room, and general layout just made the stay so outstanding with generous space for all. The proximity to the beach was perfect… you were basically on the beach which had a wide expanse, was very clean. And greet waves. The garage was stocked with beach gear - chairs, games, bikes, boards, etc….everything you need for a great beach vacay. And lastly, Joyce and Robert were great hosts - flexible, communicated well, attentive and super responsive. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Luxury Beach Getaway!

Joyce's home is absolutely stunning! It is even more gorgeous in person - the views are breathtaking, the location is walking distance to the beach, the harbor and restaurants, there are SO many beach supplies from surfboards, adults bikes and two kiddie bikes, wetsuits, so many beach chairs, toys, wagons and umbrellas/tents. You do not have to bring any of those items with you! The house is well stocked with any appliance you could ever think of, tons of cooking and baking supplies, kid friendly plates/cups, lots of fun board games, beach towels, the fantastic game room with ping pong, basketball, foosball, pool etc. The house is so gorgeous and so comfortable - we loved hanging out on the roof, roasting marshmallows and watching the sunset. Joyce is such a fantastic host! She provides a detailed welcome binder with wonderful clear instructions for everything in the house, local restaurant suggestions and tour companies etc. We rented an electric duffy and cruised around the harbor and then rented jet skis another day. She was quick to reply if we had any questions. This was one of our favorite vacations ever! Joyce's attention to detail from the comfortable beds, to the wonderful touches throughout the house and all the toys - it was a dream house and dream host!

If you’re looking for the PERFECT beach house…

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were transformed into another place! The first thing we saw was the uncrowded beach and from there it continued to get better and better! This house is SPECTACULAR! Upon entering the garage you are mesmerized by tons of ‘toys’ for kids and adults… bikes, helmets, locks, boogie boards, wet suits, fins, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs, even a kite! We had 3 kids aged 11, 9, and 5 and there were sizes and toys for each of them!! As you enter on the ground floor which has a lovely bedroom and bath there is a huge game room. It is a kid’s paradise with 4 different ‘toys’ (table bowling, basketball, foosball, and air hockey/pool table). Perfect for the moments when the kids need a break from building sand castles, playing in the water at the beach, bike riding, fishing, kayaking, and surfing. Floor 2 had another bedroom and bathroom, big family room, laundry room, sitting area (perfect to enjoy a glass of wine with the adults) and kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING you might need! Tons of silverware, dishes, pots and pans, bowls, and small appliances. Of particular note: unlike many VRBO’s which provide mismatched, leftover, low end supplies and dishes…everything was chosen to match! It felt so luxurious! Floor 3 had 2 more bedrooms + a master with its own patio and ocean view! The bathroom had a double shower! Can you tell we LOVED this place? It was PERFECT in every way!

Best Equipped Vacation Rental Ever

The best equipped vacation rental ever! The sand was only “100 steps” away, but the ocean was about 3 times that because of the beautiful long sandy beach. View of the water from the second and third floor balconies and the “cozy” rooftop deck. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Our 5 adults and 5 children had plenty of room to spread out. The game room was wonderful! The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Tons of beach gear, bicycles, scooters and a wagon and carrier to haul kids and stuff to the almost private beach. Desk area, printer and office supplies for the 2 who had to work during vacation. AC with controls on all 3 floors – or open the windows and get a great breeze. We had amazing weather early August. Comfortable beds, nice newer linens, blankets, and extra inflatable beds. "House manual” answered most questions and lots of labels, including all the switches for lighting, fans, shades, etc. The owner had a brand new grill installed our first morning after we had a bit of trouble the night before! She also arranged for a brand-new pack-n-play to be delivered to make our sleeping arrangements easier. They were very responsive and eager to make our vacation the best it could be, including early check-in. Notes for families with very little children: The house is beautiful, but has hardwood floors and stairs, lots of sharp edges/corners and an elevator. Bathtub not ideal for littles, master closet not accessible, baby gates available, great park nearby with pirate ship and play equipment, safe family bike routes, family friendly breakfast/lunch place 5 minute walk.

Wonderful Property and Location

Wonderful home and location. They did call frequently to check in regarding visiting guests.

Mr. Levin's stay which he booked for 6 adults no children. Mr. Levin had numerous adults, children and nannies staying in the home. we had numerous complaints from neighbors stating the excess amount of people going in and out of the home, noise, bicycles going through the home exiting from the side door late at night all very unusual for our home. The County of Ventura is very strict in enforcing noise and occupancy levels at short-term rentals, and noncompliance will result in loss of your short-term occupancy license. As per these regulations from the County of Ventura, the stated number of guests in a party cannot be exceeded day or night, and noise levels have to be observed with quiet hours between 10 pm thru 7 am. Mr. Levin and his guests had difficulties abiding by these rules and regulations. Lastly, Mr. Levin far exceeded his stated amount of 'six adults' as to the total number of guests!

Wonderful Stay

The hosts/property owners were amazing. They have thought of every detail to make your stay leisurely, relaxing, and enjoyable. My family was the most appreciative and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Rental

We have stayed in many rentals in the US and in other countries. This house was by far the most well stocked and appointed house we have stayed in. Everything you could need is available, from beach equipment to kitchen tools. There is ample space within the house for everyone to spread out and lots of things to keep everyone entertained. The location of the house is excellent with very easy access to the beach.
