Newly Remodeled 1st Floor End Unit With Gorgeous Lake Views In Falling Waters!

Welcome to paradise at Casa Di Mango, our newest addition. The condo just went through a renovation with some upgrades, completely repainted, new flooring and professionally decorated with all new furnishings. The space is beautiful, calming and has a beachy feel. You won’t be disappointed!

The newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor end unit is in the highly desirable Falling Waters gated community located off Davis Blvd in Naples, Florida. You will feel like you are in paradise with the tropical landscape, offering one of the largest resort style pools in South Florida complete with an island and waterfalls. If the lazy river and spectacular pool are not enough, the Olde Naples beaches, 5th Ave. & 3rd St. shopping/dining district are only 8 minutes away!

This 1,345 sq. ft. first floor, end unit (no stairs to climb) is a must see offering gorgeous views of the lake from the living room, master bedroom and lanai. Take full advantage of the lanai’s comfortable patio seating and chaise lounge, allowing you to relax and dine outside. Inside you will find the home tastefully furnished with everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation! The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed with a walk in closet as well as access to the lanai. The 2nd bedroom offers two twins (that can easily be pushed together if needed) and the family room has a couch with a pull out queen bed (allowing a family to sleep up to six). The living room and dining area are both inviting and comfortable with all new furnishings and decor. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen to help you relax on those extra hot days. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics you would need to create home cooked meals. No need to bring a lot of clothes as there is a washer/dryer in the condo.

The condo includes a carport and one additional guest parking spot.

There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard and a putting green just outside the clubhouse doors!

Naples offers a year round haven for beachcombers, boaters, and sport fisherman alike. Some of South Florida's most highly acclaimed restaurants are in the neighborhood along with fine arts, culture, theater, galleries, symphony, and opera.

Wonderful stay. Place was immaculate and was pretty much loaded with everything needed. Management was prompt with answers to any questions asked. And there was a binder that had booklets for different things to choose from regarding food, activities, places of interest. Will definitely recommend others to use

Paradise

We really enjoyed this condo at Falling Waters. The check in was very easy, the owner was great to work with, and everything was clean and comfortable. This unit had everything we needed for our stay. Falling Waters is a beauitful community. The pool is a "resort like" pool with water falls and a lot of shady areas to relax. The landscape is very lush and perfectly manicured. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us and we hope to return someday!

Fits our needs nicely

Everything about this property works for us. We love Falling Waters and the condo makes it possible to be there. We enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai when it is sunny there and then enjoy sitting on the lanai the afternoon in the shade. The condo is just right for us and Dennis is very responsive. We'll be back!

Beautiful Place

We had a great time in Naples. The condo was clean and nice furnished. It had everything you need especially a lot of equipment in the kitchen. The communication with the owner was very nice and helpful, both before our arrival and due our stay. We would love to come back.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

We had such a great time. Everything was just as we expected it and even better. The condo was clean and bright. We loved the view on the patio. It goes out to the lake with a wonderful fountain. A place we would always return to.

We stayed in the apartment for four weeks in May. It was very clean. Everything needed was there. The contact with Dennis was excellent. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and concise. Dennis asked several times during our stay if everything was ok. The apartment is really recommendable.

Wonderful Retreat

This was our second year at the condo. We have been coming to Florida since retirement eight years ago and the two years at Falling Waters have been the absolute best. The condo meets all our needs and Falling Waters is just a wonderful place to be. Dennis is very accommodating and responsive to any problems and is just very easy to work with. We are already signed up for our third stay in 2023.

Great stay

Dennis was great, quickly responded to any questions. Condo was clean, had all the essentials, and then some - including bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella. The location by the pond was great for watching herons and ospreys. And there's a cute little anole that lives by the palm tree outside. Naples Beach is 6 miles away - check out the dolphins that hang out by the pier.

Karyn, Dennis and our 2 children live in the suburbs of Chicago. We both grew up in the midwest, met on a blind date in the city and have been married 15 years. Dennis runs a couple small businesses and Karyn teaches special education to high school kids.

Eventually we hope to make our home in Florida. We have spent a fair amount of time in SE Florida over the years but never SW Florida. When our agent showed us Naples, we had that 'aha' moment. Between the gorgeous landscaping, resort style amenities, close proximity to 5th Ave, the beaches, Marco and the immaculate home, we had a fairly easy decision to make.
