As soon as the Falling Waters documents are signed, tenants are responsible for the association fees and will be deducted from any refund.

Naples Relaxing Condo With a View

Second floor condo that overlooks a lovely lake and pool. Enjoyed the screened lanai every morning for coffee and breakfast. Watched the fish make ripples in the lake, the birds fishing for minnows and even a bunny nibbling the grass. Gorgeous sunrises.

2023 Snowbirds

Very spacious and very clean condo unit with 2 screened lanais and beautiful view of the pond and pool. Michael and Sylvie were really easy to work with. The Falling Waters development is really large and safe to walk around. The clubhouse is nice with a large selection of books in their library and hosts many activities. Location is close enough for everything you need, but far away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Some things to consider would be replacing the main suite mattress and some worn Teflon pots and pans. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo unit.

Top Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir waren zum wiederholten male in Falling Waters. Diesesmal hatten wir bei Michael Byrne gemietet. Die Wohnung war super schön und der Kontakt immer sehr nah und nett. Da mieten wir gerne wieder.

Could not have picked a better place!

My husband and I were so pleased with the place, location, the pool, cleanliness, everything! We for sure would love to come back to Falling Waters someday! BONUS The owners were fantastic to work with.

2022 vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of room for us. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. Everything that we needed was supplied in the condo. The pool was amazing and the owners were so easy to work with!

Totally enjoyed the condo. Check in process was very easy . Falling Waters is a great community and I would definitely stay there again. All of the people were so friendly. Best pool ever and we were just steps away in this condo. The condo had everything in it that we needed and the owner was so easy to work with. Loved walking around the community and seeing all of the wildlife and beautiful landscaping. Great location and very close to all of the attractions in and around Naples.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment and a great holiday. Falling Waters is a very well-kept residential complex. A large pool invites you to swim and relax. This can be seen directly from the balcony as well as the lake. Every morning at breakfast on the balcony we could enjoy the beautiful view. The apartment is aligned with everything important. Even beach equipment is available. The beach is 10 minutes away and is wonderful. White sandy beach and very clean water. Old Naples is just as easy to reach and offers a lot to see. A cute town with many shopping facilities, many restaurants and much more. For us it was one of our most beautiful holidays so far and we come back very gladly. Beautiful condo at a beautiful resort

Newly renovated spacious condo, Beautiful view of lake and pool area. Everything you could need is there (beach chairs, pool toys, etc). Kitchen is more than well stocked. Unit manager was friendly and efficient. Most of all, the place was spotless. Located five minutes from downtown Naples shopping, dining and beautiful beaches. Would certainly recommend to family and friends. Thank you Michael and Sylvie

What a gem in Naples...

We stayed at Mike and Sylvie's place the first week of August and we had an absolute great time. What a beautiful property with all of the amenities - including a fantastic pool right outside our balcony. Sitting at night with a drink over looking the pond was very relaxing after spending a very "tough" day at the beach. The beach on a bad day was a 10 minute drive but that did not matter as there is so much to see driving through Naples. The beach was probably one of the nicest we have ever seen, and we have seen many from the Maritimes to Mexico to the Dominican. The unit itself was beautiful. It had all the amenities you could want and included a ton of space. Two huge bedrooms that slept all of us very comfortably - 5 in total. While we were there we needed nothing. Our only issue is we only had one week. We intend to go back assuming Mike and Sylvie will have us. Would recommend without a doubt. Paul and Kari

Condo rental in Falling Waters

We've stayed at this gated community condo at least 4 times, and loved it. It had everything we needed for our 3-month stay. Being on the second floor gives the unit plenty of light and airiness. There are 2 lanais....one facing east, the other west...thus making the most of either sunshine or shade. The large and fanciful pool is within easy walking distance. Davis Blvd is close by and provides easy access to I-75 or to the beaches. We are planning to go there again this coming winter.

Quiet nice condo and pool area

We stayed in this property for one week and had a relaxing vacation. It was spacious,secure and quiet. Very comfortable beds. For brwakfast we like it to sit in the screened lanai with view of the pond and pool. There is an extraordinary pool in a very nice pool area and very close to the condo. Shops, restaurants and downtown Naples are just minutes away.

Clean,updated condo with great view and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is incredibly clean and stocked with everything you would need. The view from the back lanai includes view of the pool and also the pond and is a great spot to watch the sunrise. We enjoyed seeing the ducks swimming in the pond and even watched a bald eagle grab a fish out of the water. The pool is a very short 2-3 minute walk away and is one of the nicest pools we have seen. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. There were mostly older people at the resort and a few younger families. We visited Naples pier and beach is about a ten minute drive. Many restaurants and shopping short drive away. Owner was extremely easy to work with, kept in good contact with us and made sure everything was all arranged for our arrival. We were met by a local agent at the condo who gave us the keys and answered our questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

Falling Waters Condo

Enjoyed the condo very much....planning to go there again early '15. No highway noises, just some local slow-paced cars/delivery vans. Quiet neighbors. Close to pool so car or bikes not needed for that. Since it's an upstairs unit it has an unobstructed overlook both from the front as well as the back lanais. Easy access to downtown via the close-by Davis Blvd. Unit was clean and in good condition, towels/blankets/sheets/many household items were provided, including hookup for internet, along with flat screen TV, local phone. Beautiful pool for all ages.

Do not understand this "review title" item

Very nice upstairs unit......tiled floors, excellent condition. Most needed items were supplied.....such as towels, bed linens, kitchen stuff, computer hookup and DVD player, TVs. Good location with respect to pool and clubhouse. Liked it so well that we've already asked about renting it again next year. Owner and local agent were easy to work with. Nice quiet neighbors too. About 7 miles from beaches.Outdoor concerts in Naples city area, Naples pier and beach. A car is a must, though.

Our home is located steps away from the beautiful pool , tennis courts, member center and the Club House. Our unit is on the second floor with a fantastic view of the pond and pool area.

Our home is centrally located in Naples and is only a small commute away from the most popular spots (Naples Beach, Marco lsland, Boating, Fishing, Golfing and Eating)
