This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.

This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.

Little getaway

Looking for a quiet getaway. The place was great, close to downtown but away from any major traffic. Just nice to lounge by the pool in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We loved the private pool and jacuzzi- very clean.We highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! Thank you Bob for our lovely stay.

Couples getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect Getaway Location

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless and well-appointed, with the added luxury of a private pool that made for a relaxing getaway. Great location

The location was great to easily walk into town and enjoy the wide range of dining experiences. The condo was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was also really good making for an easy check in/out process.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Great on bedroom.

This one bedroom condo has a bath and a half and a private hot tub and pool. That is almost impossible to find in the area.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, upscale getaway!

Cozy getaway

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

An Oasis In The Desert

We were in Palm Springs during a heat wave. Temperatures hit 118 degrees during our stay. The condo was a cool haven during the hottest part of the day. As soon as the sun dipped behind the mountain, we enjoyed the refreshing pool. It was one of our finest experiences we've had staying in Palm Springs. The kitchen is well equiped and the BBQ allowed us to have enjoyable meals every night. All that plus a good price too.

This property is one of the cleanest, best equipped, and most comfortable units we have encountered on VRBO. The owner, Robert, is responsive and dedicated to making sure his condo is of the highest standard for his guests. His staff keeps the property in great shape. The unit offers privacy and tranquility, and the entire gate-guarded complex is quiet and low-key. No loud parties here! If you are seeking privacy or solitude, along with top-notch amenities, this condo may become your favorite, as it has ours.

Great unit! Awesome location! We LOVED it!

The first thing that struck us was the cleanliness and attention to detail. The host obviously takes great pride in this place. It was perfectly furnished and the abundance of niceties was appreciated. The unit is ideally located. We walked to Koffi and the park every day. We also enjoyed the car auction taking place a half block away at the convention center. It was unexpected and fun. Bob is the perfect host. He’s attentive and available and makes the strong impression that he just wants you to enjoy the place that he so meticulously maintains. Other places give you rule books with pages of things that should/should not be done. Not here! It is truly a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy! We’ll be back!
